Avon Products, Inc. [NEW YORK] (NYSE: AVP) announced the appointment of Jamie Wilson as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. He replaces Avon’s current Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer, James Scully. Prior to joining Avon, Mr. Wilson served as CFO of SABMiller. Prior to SABMiller, Mr. Wilson was Strategy and Projects Director at Scottish & Newcastle. Additionally, Mr. Wilson spent several years at Highland Distillers, where he held a variety of positions, most notably Group Finance Director. Mr. Wilson began his professional career at Deloitte Haskins & Sells.
Sprint [OVERLAND PARK, Kan.] (NYSE: S) announced its board of directors has elected Patrick T. (“Pat”) Doyle to the board. Mr. Doyle will chair the Audit Committee. Mr. Doyle most recently served as DirecTV’s Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President, Finance. After joining the company in 1992, Mr. Doyle held a variety of positions in finance and accounting at DirecTV until he retired following the company’s acquisition by AT&T in July of 2015.
Texas Instruments [DALLAS] (NASDAQ: TXN) announced that Rafael Lizardi will become the company’s next chief financial officer. Lizardi follows current Chief Financial Officer Kevin March, who has been in the role for 13 years. Lizardi joined TI in 2001 and was named vice president in 2010. Prior to joining TI, Lizardi was a captain in the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers.
Neiman Marcus Group [DALLAS, TX] announced that Michael Fung will serve as Interim Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer of Neiman Marcus Group. This position was previously held by Donald T. Grimes. Most recently, Mr. Fung served as Interim Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer for 99 Cents Only Stores and currently serves on its board. Prior to that, Michael spent 11 years at Wal-Mart Stores Inc., retiring in 2012. During his tenure, he served as Chief Financial Officer for Walmart U.S and SVP, Global Procurement and Internal Audit. Earlier in his career, he held leadership and executive-level positions at Sensient Technologies, Vanstar Corporation, Bass Pros Shops, Beatrice Companies, and Deloitte & Touche.
eSilicon Corporation [SAN JOSE, Calif.] announced that Philippe Morali has been appointed as the new CFO. Prior to eSilicon, he served as CFO for Quantenna Communications, Inc. Prior to that, he served as vice president finance & corporate treasurer at Micron Technology, Inc. Mr. Morali has also held leadership positions at SanDisk Corporation; Palm, Inc.; and 3Com Corporation. He started his career at Hewlett-Packard.
root9B Technologies [NEW YORK] (OTCQB: RTNB) announced that William L. Hoke has been appointed Chief Financial Officer. For the last 8 years, Mr. Hoke served as Chief Financial Officer of Road Machinery, Inc. Prior to this, he served as Vice President, Finance and Interim Chief Financial Officer for Mesa Air Group; North American Vice President at Insight Enterprises; and Vice President, Finance and Interim CFO at Telespectrum Worldwide. Mr. Hoke began his career at Deloitte & Touche.
Couchbase [MOUNTAIN VIEW, Calif.] announced the appointment of Greg Henry as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. He replaces Sujan Jain, Couchbase’s CFO since 2014. Henry most recently led ServiceNow. Prior to ServiceNow, Henry held various senior executive financial positions at GE Healthcare, culminating as CFO of the Healthcare IT unit.
Stem, Inc. [MILLBRAE, Calif.] announced Bill Bush as its new Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining Stem, he served as the CFO of Borrego Solar Systems, Inc. Earlier, Bush was CFO of Solar Semiconductor Inc. Bush was also a founder of Buzzsaw.com, and he spent seven years in public accounting with Ernst & Young and PricewaterhouseCoopers.
Bank of Glen Burnie [GLEN BURNIE, MD] announced that Chief Financial Officer John Wright is departing, to pursue other opportunities. President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO), John D. Long, will serve as interim CFO while a search is conducted for a permanent CFO.
PDC Energy, Inc. [DENVER] (NASDAQ: PDCE) announced the appointment of David Honeyfield to the position of Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President. Mr. Honeyfield was most recently Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Jonah Energy in Denver. His previous experience includes six years at Intrepid Potash, where his last role was President and Chief Financial Officer. Previously, he served in various leadership roles including Chief Financial Officer at SM Energy, Controller and Chief Accounting Officer at Cimarex Energy/Key Production Company, and Senior Audit Manager at Arthur Andersen.
U.S. LBM Holdings, LLC [BUFFALO GROVE, Ill.] has named Patrick McGuiness executive vice president and chief financial officer of the company. He succeeds CFO Rick Kolaczweski who retired. Most recently, McGuiness was executive vice president and CFO with Houston-based Landmark Aviation. Prior to his time with Landmark, McGuiness was senior vice president and CFO for Tiffany & Co.
Dialpad [SAN FRANCISCO] announced that Steve Love has been named the company’s first Chief Financial Officer. Most recently, Love was the CFO for Mblox. Prior to Mblox, Love was the CFO for Evolv. Before Evolv, Love held senior and executive financial management positions at Informatica and Portal Software. Love began his career at EY.
Sailthru [NEW YORK] welcomes Marty Meyer as its new Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining Sailthru, Marty was the chief financial officer at Shapeways. His previous roles include president at Corero Network Security, and as vice president and COO for ExtendMedia Corporation.
AbleTo, Inc. [NEW YORK] announced that Clifford A. Farren, Jr. joined the company as Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Farren joins AbleTo following his role at QuintilesIMS, where he served as Vice President of Finance for the United States Business Unit. Prior to serving at QuintilesIMS, Mr. Farren served in senior and C-level financial leadership roles at QualityHealth and TargetRx.
DialogTech [CHICAGO] announced Bob Burns as their Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Burns joins DialogTech from HERE where he was the divisional CFO. Prior to taking the role as CFO in 2011, he held roles of increasing responsibility in NAVTEQ’s finance organization. Earlier in his career, Burns worked at Motorola.
Rapid7, Inc. [Boston, MA] (NASDAQ: RPD) announced the appointment of Jeff Kalowski as the Company’s chief financial officer (CFO). He replaces Steven Gatoff, who joined Rapid7 at the beginning of 2013, and announced his planned departure in August 2016. Mr. Kalowski’s most recent position was CFO at Imprivata. Prior to joining Rapid7, Mr. Kalowski served as CFO of Imprivata since 2007, and took the Company public in June 2014. His previous CFO roles include ProfitLogic, Inc.; and Torrent Systems. Previously, he held CFO positions at Looking Glass Technologies, Beyond Incorporated, Magna Computer Corporation, and Cadmus Computer Corporation. He also held a role as audit manager at the accounting firm Price Waterhouse.
HSN, Inc. [ST. PETERSBURG, Fla.] (NASDAQ: HSNI) announced today that Rod Little will join the company as chief financial officer. Mr. Little will succeed Judy Schmeling, who was named president of HSNi operating division Cornerstone Brands. Mr. Little comes to HSNi having served as chief financial officer for Elizabeth Arden, Inc. as well as a variety of leadership positions with Procter & Gamble.
Corporate Capital Trust and Corporate Capital Trust II [Orlando, Fl.] have appointed Chirag Bhavsar as their chief operating and chief financial officer. He replaces former president and chief financial officer, Steve Shackelford, who has left to become CEO of Redeemer City to City, after being with the company for over 20 years.
InsideSales.com [SILICON SLOPES, UT] announced that Alan Black has joined the company as chief financial officer. Most recently, Black was senior vice president and chief financial officer at Zendesk. Prior to Zendesk, Black was the president and CEO of Intelliden.
