YAMANA GOLD INC. [TORONTO] (TSX: YRI, NYSE: AUY) announced the promotion of Jason LeBlanc to Chief Financial Officer from his previous role as Senior Vice President, Finance. He has been with Yamana for 11 years and has held increasingly senior positions over that time. In February 2016, the Company announced that Charles Main, Executive Vice President, Finance and CFO would be retiring effective the end of February 2017.
Axios Mobile Assets Corp. [MISSISSAUGA] (TSX-V: AXA) announced that Marc Topacio has resigned as the Company’s Interim Chief Financial Officer.
KGIC Inc. [TORONTO] (TSX-V: LRN) announced that Fareed Sheik tendered his resignation as Interim Chief Financial Officer.
Hyduke Energy Services Inc. [NISKU, AB] (TSX: HYD) announced the appointment of James M. Hill to the position of Interim Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Hill brings to Hyduke thirty years of board and executive experience with TSX-listed oilfield service companies as a manager of internal audit, director, president, chief executive officer and chief financial officer. Companies include Nowsco Well Service Ltd., Canadian Fracmaster Ltd., Integrated Production Services Ltd., HSE Integrated Ltd. and Gasfrac Energy Services Ltd. Dayna Decker will remain with Hyduke as controller and chief financial officer of Hyduke’s operating subsidiaries.
