Iron Mountain Incorporated [BOSTON] (NYSE: IRM) announced that Roderick Day, the company’s executive vice president and chief financial officer, will leave the company due to personal reasons. He will be replaced by Stuart Brown, who will be the company’s new Executive Vice President and CFO when Day steps down. Brown has served as CFO since 2011 for Red Robin Gourmet Burgers, Inc. From 2006 to 2011, Brown was CFO for DCT Industrial Trust Inc. Additionally, Brown served as chief accounting officer for Federal Realty Investment Trust from 2003 to 2006. Prior to that time, he held a variety of positions with Royal Ahold, as well as corporate accounting and controller roles for Ahold’s U.S. companies, Stop & Shop and Giant Food, Inc. Earlier in his career, he spent five years in public accounting with Deloitte.
Red Robin Gourmet Burgers, Inc. [GREENWOOD VILLAGE, Colo.] (NASDAQ: RRGB) announced that Stuart B. Brown, the company’s Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, will be resigning. Terry Harryman, the Company’s Vice President, Chief Accounting Officer and Controller for the past four years, will serve as interim Chief Financial Officer.
Nasdaq Inc. [NEW YORK] (NASDAQ: NDAQ) announced that Michael Ptasznik, a 20-year veteran of TMX Group Limited, has been appointed as Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Ptasznik joins Nasdaq from TMX Group Limited where he served as Chief Financial Officer since 2002. Prior to his appointment as CFO, he held senior positions including Vice President, Finance & Administration and Director, Financial Planning & Analysis.
Eastman Kodak Company [ROCHESTER, N.Y.] (NYSE:KODK) announced the appointment of David Bullwinkle as Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President. Bullwinkle replaces John McMullen as CFO. Bullwinkle joined Kodak in 2004 and has worked in several financial management roles at the company including Worldwide BU Controller, Assistant Corporate Controller and External Reporting Manager. Most recently he has served as the Director of Corporate Financial Planning and Analysis, Director of Investor Relations and Vice President, Finance at Kodak since 2010. Prior to joining Kodak, Bullwinkle worked as the Manager of Financial Reporting at Birds Eye Foods, Inc. and previously at PricewaterhouseCoopers from 1996 to 2002 in various roles including serving as an Assurance Manager.
3D Systems [ROCK HILL, South Carolina] (NYSE:DDD) announced that John N. McMullen will join the company as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. McMullen succeeds David Styka in the CFO role. Styka will remain with the company to provide operational and financial support to Management. McMullen most recently served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Kodak. Before that, McMullen led a 32-year career at HP and its acquired companies, Compaq Computer and Digital Equipment Corporation. His positions included Senior Vice President of Finance and Corporate Treasurer of HP, Chief Financial Officer of HP’s Imaging and Printing Group, and Vice President of Finance and Strategy for Compaq’s Worldwide Sales and Services Group. Since 2011, McMullen has served on the Board of Directors and as Audit Committee Chair of Vocera Communications.
AccuWeather announced the appointment of Steven Hickson as Chief Financial Officer. He was previously CFO of Latin American Pay Television Service (LAPTV), a pay television joint venture owned by 21st Century FOX, NBC Universal, Paramount Pictures, and MGM. Prior to that he managed at Turner Broadcasting System, Inc. He began his career in finance as a Certified Public Accountant with KPMG.
Pegasystems Inc. [CAMBRIDGE, Mass.] (NASDAQ: PEGA) announced it has appointed Ken Stillwell as chief financial officer and chief administrative officer. He joins Pega from Dynatrace, where he served as senior vice president and chief financial officer. Prior to Dynatrace, he was executive vice president and chief financial officer at SOVOS, where he managed a number of operational functions in addition to his duties as CFO. Mr. Stillwell also brings five years of financial leadership experience at PTC, where he served as the divisional CFO within the product lifecycle management (PLM) and application lifecycle management (ALM) segment.
U.S. Bancorp [MINNEAPOLIS ] (NYSE:USB) announced that Terry Dolan, currently vice chairman, Wealth Management & Securities Services, has been appointed to vice chairman and chief financial officer, replacing Kathy Rogers. Dolan has been with U.S. Bank for nearly 18 years and has been in his current role as vice chairman, Wealth Management & Securities Services since July 2010. Prior to his current role, he served as executive vice president and controller at U.S. Bank.
Fox Networks Group [LOS ANGELES] (NASDAQ: FOXA) announced that longtime CFO Del Mayberry will retire after more than three decades with the company. Ravi Ahuja, who currently serves as FNG Executive Vice President, Business Operations and Development, has been named Mayberry’s successor. Ahuja came to Fox from Virgin Entertainment Group where he was Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining Virgin, he was an Associate at McKinsey & Company in New York and Los Angeles. He is currently on the boards of Roku and YES Network and has also served on the LA Mayor’s Council on Innovation and Industry.
Millennium Health [SAN DIEGO] announced the appointment of Michael Keane as chief financial officer. Most recently, Keane was executive vice president and chief financial officer of Genomatica. Prior to that, he served as executive vice president, chief financial officer and board member at wind energy company Clipper Windpower, Inc. Keane previously held chief financial officer and executive positions with Computer Sciences Corporation, UNOVA, Inc., Western Atlas Inc., and Litton Industries after beginning his professional career as a certified public accountant for Price Waterhouse.
Unishippers Global Logistics, LLC [SALT LAKE CITY] announced that Robert Rodgers will join the executive team as the new CFO. Prior to joining Unishippers, he spent six years at Orbital ATK, most recently serving as VP and Corporate Controller. Previous to ATK, he spent five years at Lockheed Martin in various business management and financial roles as well as fourteen years in various finance roles at GE Capital.
Cogentix Medical, Inc. [MINNEAPOLIS] (NASDAQ: CGNT) reported that Brett A. Reynolds has rejoined the company as Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer. He joined Uroplasty in 2013, which was merged into Cogentix Medical in 2015. Brett came to the Company after serving in various senior positions over a span of ten years, including Chief Financial Officer, with Synovis Life Technologies. Prior to Synovis, he served in executive financial positions at Chiquita Processed Foods and Deloitte & Touche.
Arena Pharmaceuticals, Inc. [SAN DIEGO] (NASDAQ: ARNA) announced that Kevin R. Lindwill join its management team as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Prior to Arena, Mr. Lind was at TPG, most recently as a Principal at TPG Special Situations Partners and initially at TPG-Axon’s Pharma Partners group. Mr. Lind started his career in various capacities as a healthcare investment banker at Lehman Brothers, Inc.
Bankwell Financial Group, Inc. [NEW CANAAN, Conn.] (NASDAQ: BWFG) announced that Ernest J. Verrico, Sr., its Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President, has tendered his retirement notice. Mr. Verrico was named Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of the Company in September 2009 and served as the Chief Operating Officer from 2010 until 2013. Mr. Verrico came to Bankwell as a member of the executive management team, holding several executive positions at First Union National Bank of CT and Cornerstone Bank, and prior to that, a six year career at PriceWaterhouseCoopers.
Adverum Biotechnologies, Inc. [MENLO PARK, Calif.] (NASDAQ: ADVM) announced the appointment of Leone Patterson as chief financial officer (CFO). Ms. Patterson joins Adverum from Diadexus where she was chief financial officer responsible for all financial, administrative, legal and risk management functions. Before that, she was CFO at Transcept Pharmaceuticals Inc. from 2012 until 2014. Previously, Ms. Patterson was vice president and global corporate controller of NetApp from 2010 to 2012. She was vice president of finance at Exelixis from 2007 to 2010. Before Exelixis, Ms. Patterson served as vice president of global business planning and analysis of the Vaccines and Diagnostics Division of Novartis AG from 2006 to 2007. From 1999 to 2006, she held several positions, including vice president, corporate controller at Chiron. She also worked in the audit practice of accounting firm KPMG where she held various positions including senior manager.
Boyd Corporation [MODESTO, Calif.] announced the appointment of Eric K. Struik as Boyd’s Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Most recently, he was Chief Financial Officer for Erickson Incorporated. Prior to Erickson, Eric was VP of Finance for Remy International.
Mittleman Investment Management, LLC [NEW YORK] announced that Stephen G. Bondi has joined the firm as Chief Compliance Officer & Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Bondi joins the firm from van Biema Value Partners, LLC where for the past 6 years he served as Chief Operating Officer and was co-head of the company’s operational due diligence efforts. Prior to van Biema, Mr. Bondi served as Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer & Chief Compliance Officer for Asset Alliance Corporation for 10 years. Before joining Asset Alliance, Mr. Bondi spent nearly 18 years with GAMCO Investors, Inc., starting with the firm in 1982. While at GAMCO, Mr. Bondi held several executive and board positions, including Executive Vice President of Finance and Administration of GAMCO as well as President of Gabelli Securities, Inc., the parent company to their alternatives business.
Sonus Networks Inc. [WESTFORD, Mass.] (NASDAQ: SONS) announced that Mark Greenquist has resigned as Chief Financial Officer of the Company. Susan Villare, Vice President of Financial Planning and Analysis, will fulfill the duties as interim Chief Financial Officer while the Company considers both internal and external candidates.

Thycotic [WASHINGTON] has hired Kathy Moore as Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Prior to joining Thycotic, she was the CFO at Allied Telecom Group. She held executive roles at Razorsight Corporation, Wisor Telecom and Innovectra Corporation, prior to Thycotic.
Control Point Associates, Inc. [WARREN, N.J.] announced that they are welcoming Jason Shapiro as their new Chief Financial Officer / Chief Operating Officer. Prior to joining CPA, Shapiro was Controller of IEEE. Prior to joining IEEE, Jason served as Chief Financial Officer at Iron Eagle Group, an energy & infrastructure company that he founded. Mr. Shapiro was previously Vice President of Macquarie Capital Fund, Macquarie Group’s Private Equity Group. Prior to Macquarie, Mr. Shapiro was at UBS Investment Bank.
Northwest Hardwoods Inc. [TACOMA, Wash.] has named Frederic Jung as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Before joining NWH, Frederic was the chief financial officer at Arizona Chemical, for nearly 8 years until its recent sale to Kraton Performance Polymers. Prior to joining Arizona Chemical in 2008, Jung was with Nalco Company, where he served in a variety of successive leadership positions, including most recently as corporate controller.
Sunlight Financial [TEANECK, N.J.] announced the appointment of Barry Edinburg as Chief Financial Officer. Edinburg, a former executive at Kilowatt Financial and Fortress Investment Group, joins Sunlight from Spruce Finance where he was the Chief Financial Officer.
Vyze [AUSTIN, Texas] announced that John Whitmarsh has joined the company as Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Previously, Whitmarsh was the CFO for Zenoss Inc., a provider of unified IT monitoring and management solutions for physical, virtual and cloud-based IT infrastructures. He also held CFO roles at Century Payments (Worldpay), Misys Transactions Services (Allscripts), Digital Motorworks (ADP) and MessageOne (Dell).
CTI Foods [WILDER, Idaho] announced the appointment of Raymond (Ray) Silcock as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Most recently, Ray led the global Finance and Accounting organization of Diamond Foods, Inc. Prior to joining Diamond, Ray was SVP & CFO of The Great Atlantic & Pacific Tea Company. Other roles have included serving as CFO of UST Inc. and CFO of Swift and Company. From 1998 until 2005, Ray was CFO of Cott Corporation. Earlier in his career, he held a variety of progressively more responsible roles at Campbell Soup Company where he worked from 1979-1997.
CommerceHub [ALBANY, NY] announced the appointment of Mark Greenquist as Chief Financial Officer. Greenquist succeeds CFO Bob Marro, who will remain with the company as an advisor. Before CommerceHub, Greenquist was CFO of Sonus Networks. Prior to Sonus, he held a variety of senior leadership positions, including CFO at Unify (formerly Siemens Enterprise Communications Limited). Before Siemens, Greenquist served as President and CEO at Telcordia Technologies, Inc. until its acquisition by Ericsson in 2012, and held leadership roles at Symbol Technologies, Agere Systems, General Motors and Delta Airlines.
BDNA® Corporation [MOUNTAIN VIEW, Calif.] announced that veteran financial executive Dave Pomeroy has joined the team as chief financial officer. Pomeroy joins BDNA with more than 20 years of experience in finance, including holding senior finance positions at Apple, Yahoo and Microsoft. Before joining BDNA, Pomeroy served as the chief financial officer at Symphony Communication Services. Pomeroy also served as the chief financial officer for Rhythm NewMedia.
Smith & Associates [HOUSTON, TEXAS] announced the appointment of Jason C. Fowler to the role of Chief Financial Officer. Before joining the company, Fowler spent most of his career at Guaranty Bank and then Texas Capital Bank in Houston. Last year, Jason took on the role of Senior Vice President in Texas Capital’s Energy Banking Group. He began his banking career at Guaranty Bank in 2001.

Peay joins American Healthcare Investors from Veritas Investments, Inc., where he served as chief financial officer. Peay previously served in a series of management positions with Glenborough Realty Trust, Inc., ultimately as executive vice president and chief financial officer. Peay began his professional career in 1988 with real estate public accounting firm Kenneth Leventhal & Company, which merged with Ernst & Young in 1995.

Dreimiller, the Company’s Chief Financial Officer since 2008 and from 1992 to 2005, has decided to retire from the Company. The Company also announced that Donald A. Verifi, Inc. [LOS ANGELES, CA] announced the hiring of industry veteran, Ronald B. Cushey as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Cushey most recently served as Vice President of Financial Planning and Analysis at Hulu. Prior to Hulu, Mr. Cushey was the Vice President of Finance, Control & Administration at Sony Network Entertainment (SNE). He joined SNE from PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC). Previously he served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of various entertainment and media companies including, LIVE Entertainment, The Hollywood Stock Exchange and Nelson Holdings International Ltd./Nelson Entertainment Group.
Hecla Mining Company [COEUR D’ALENE, Idaho] (NYSE: HL) announced that Lindsay Hall has accepted the position of Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the Company, following the retirement of James Sabala. Recently, Lindsay was Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Goldcorp Inc. and prior to that held senior financial positions at Duke Energy Corporation.
Calamos Investments [NAPERVILLE, Ill.] has appointed Thomas Herman as Chief Financial Officer. Herman joins Calamos from Harris Associates, where he was CFO and Treasurer for the past six years. Previously, from 2004 to 2010, he was SVP, CFO and Treasurer at Ariel Investments.
