Revlon, Inc. [NEW YORK] (NYSE: REV) announced that its Board of Directors elected Juan R. Figuereo as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Figuereo most recently served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of NII Holdings, Inc., from October 2012 to October 2015. Mr. Figuereo also served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Newell Rubbermaid Inc. from 2009 to 2012 and as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Cott Corporation from 2007 to 2009. Prior to that, Mr. Figuereo served as Vice President, Mergers and Acquisitions for Wal-Mart International from 2003 to 2007 and in various international, finance and general management positions at PepsiCo from 1988 to 2003. Mr. Figuereo has served since June 2011 as a director and as a member of the Audit & Risk Management Committee of PVH Corp., becoming Chairman of such committee in 2015.
Cracker Barrel Old Country Store, Inc. [LEBANON, Tenn.] (NASDAQ: CBRL) announced that Jill Golder will join the Company to become its Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer (“CFO”). Golder replaces Lawrence E. Hyatt. Golder was most recently Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Ruby Tuesday, Inc. During her 23 years at Darden Restaurants, Inc., she held progressively more responsible positions, including Senior Vice President of Finance for Olive Garden North America, Senior Vice President of Finance for Smokey Bones, Senior Vice President of Finance for the Specialty Restaurant Group, and Senior Vice President of Finance for Red Lobster. She also served as Director of Strategic Planning and Corporate Analysis for Domino’s Pizza International, and Chief Financial Officer of Cooper’s Hawk Winery and Restaurants.
Workday, Inc. [PLEASANTON, CA.] (NYSE: WDAY) announced Robynne Sisco has been named chief financial officer. Robynne joined Workday in 2012 as chief accounting officer. Prior to joining Workday, she was chief accounting officer and corporate controller at VMware. Before VMware, she served as senior vice president and chief accounting officer at VeriSign and assistant controller at Oracle. She also held senior finance roles at Visa, General Electric, and Ford.
Playboy Enterprises [BEVERLY HILLS, Calif.] announced that Veteran media executive David Israel, who joined in 2012, has been named Chief Financial Officer of the company. Mr. Israel replaces Christoph Pachler. Prior to joining Playboy in 2012, David was the Chairman, CEO and founding partner of Procysive Corporation. Prior to Procysive, Mr. Israel was CEO, International for Reed Business Information. Previously, David served as CEO, Classified Ventures and as President of Macmillan Computer Publishing.
Vendavo [MOUNTAIN VIEW, CA] announced the appointment of John Oosterhouse, as chief financial officer. Prior to joining Vendavo, he served as senior vice president and interim CFO at Veritas. He has previously held leadership positions at Sun Microsystems, Maxtor Corporation, and Unisys.
CSAA Insurance Group [WALNUT CREEK, Calif.] announced the appointment of J. Paul McCaffrey Jr. as the company’s new Chief Financial Officer (CFO). McCaffrey most recently served as the executive vice president, CFO and treasurer at Grange Insurance. Prior to joining Grange Insurance in 2006, he was a senior manager with Ernst & Young and held finance roles with International Total Services, Revco D.S., and Sherwin-Williams.
Children’s Minnesota [MINNEAPOLIS/ST. PAUL, Minn.] announced that Todd Ostendorf has been appointed to chief financial officer (CFO). He most recently held the role of CFO for North Memorial Health Care. Prior to North Memorial, Ostendorf was CFO for UnitedHealth Group’s Complex Population Management.
Accelerize [NEWPORT BEACH, California] (OTCQB: ACLZ) and its marketing software division CAKE, announced the appointment of Anthony (Andy) Mazzarella to the position of Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Mazzarella, assumed the role of Interim Chief Financial Officer in January 2016. Prior to joining Accelerize, Mr. Mazzarella most recently served as Chief Executive Officer at Scalable Network Technologies. Prior to that he was a founder and Chief Executive Officer of AOptix Technologies from 2000 to 2005. Before that he was Chief Financial Officer of iMALL. In addition to his executive roles, Mr. Mazzarella has also served as a member of the Board of Directors of numerous other technology companies, including Mustang Software, SuperNation, MyLife (Reunion.com), eForce Media and PatentVest. Earlier in his career he served as Vice President of Finance for The Davis Companies, Director of Planning for Twentieth Century Fox, and Senior Consultant with Deloitte & Touche.
Limelight Networks, Inc. [TEMPE, Ariz.] (NASDAQ: LLNW) announced the appointment of Sajid Malhotra as chief financial officer (CFO). Mr. Malhotra has been serving as the Company’s Interim CFO since December, 2015. He joined Limelight in March 2014. Prior to that Malhotra has served as senior vice president of strategy, marketing and mergers for Convergys Corporation.
Transfast [NEW YORK] announced the appointment of Joe Tumbarello as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer. Tumbarello joined the company as COO in June 2015. Previous experience includes companies like First Data Corporation, where he was a divisional Chief Financial Officer and General Manager, Cardservice International, where he was Chief Financial Officer, and FNDS3000 Corp. Immediately prior to joining Transfast, Tumbarello was Senior Vice President of Finance and Administration at Global Cash Card.
CoreLogic® [IRVINE, Calif.] (NYSE: CLGX) announced that James L. Balas has been named chief financial officer. Balas, who has been the company’s senior vice president finance, controller and principal accounting officer since September 2012, assumes the role from Frank Martell. Balas joined CoreLogic in March 2011 as senior vice president, controller and principal accounting officer. Prior to joining the company, he held a variety of senior financial leadership positions at several publicly traded companies after a successful 10-year career at Ernst & Young and Capgemini.
Delta Risk LLC [SAN ANTONIO] announced that Jim Garner has been named Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Prior to joining Delta Risk, Garner was Managing Partner for the firm Solomon Edwards. Before that he was President and Founder of Virtus Consulting.
Federal Realty Investment Trust [ROCKVILLE, Md.] (NYSE: FRT) announced that Chief Financial Officer, James M. Taylor, will be stepping down from his role. Mr. Taylor has served as Federal Realty’s Chief Financial Officer since 2012.
Albemarle Corporation [BATON ROUGE, La.] (NYSE: ALB) announced that Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer Scott A. Tozier has returned to the company following a temporary medical leave of absence, resuming management responsibility for the company’s Finance and Shared Services functions.
CNO Financial Group, Inc. [CARMEL, Ind.] (NYSE: CNO) announced that it has appointed Erik Helding as Executive Vice President (EVP) and Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Mr. Helding previously served as Senior Vice President, Treasury and Investor Relations. Mr. Helding was most recently Senior Vice President of Treasury & Investor Relations. Prior to that, he served as VP of Enterprise Financial Planning & Analysis. He joined CNO in 2004 as Director of Finance for Bankers Life and Colonial Penn. Prior to joining CNO, Mr. Helding held finance positions with GE Capital from 1999-2004.
White Lodging [MERRILLVILLE, Ind.] announced that Ken Barrett has joined White Lodging as the Senior Vice President & Chief Financial Officer. Most recently, Barrett was Senior Vice President of Asset Management for Chicago based Strategic Hotels where he worked for the past 10 years. Prior to that, Barrett worked with IHG as Regional Controller and Director of Accounting for the Americas and with Interstate Hotels as a Regional Controller in their Crossroads Hospitality division. He has worked with most of the major hotel brands including: Fairmont, Four Seasons, Hilton, Hyatt, InterContinental, Loews and Marriott.
Examination Management Services, Inc. [IRVING, TEXAS] announced the appointment of C. Chris Apple to the role of chief financial officer (CFO). Apple succeeds Michael Zarriello, who has served as the company’s interim CFO since November 2015. Apple most recently served as executive vice president and CFO for AMX Corporation. Prior, he held senior finance roles with BEI Holding Corporation, Alcatel-Lucent, Answersoft Inc. and Sevin Rosen Funds.
NS1 [NEW YORK] announced that Aaron Pullin was appointed CFO. Prior to NS1, Pullin served as CFO of Net Access. Before that, he was CFO at Voxel dot Net. He also served as controller at Embrace Technologies and as senior financial analyst at InfoHighway Communications.
Federal Home Loan Bank of Des Moines [Des Moines, Iowa] announced that Joseph Amato has been appointed Executive Vice President/Chief Financial Officer. Most recently, he held the position of Chief Financial Officer at Freddie Mac. Prior to joining Freddie Mac, Amato served as Chief Executive Officer & Co-founder of NextFinance. Prior to that, he spent over 10 years with Fannie Mae, including holding management roles in Financial Transactions and Portfolio Strategy.
LHC Group [LAFAYETTE, La.] (NASDAQ: LHCG) announced that it has named Joshua L. Proffitt, previously LHC Group’s Executive Vice President, Corporate Development and General Counsel, as Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer. Mr. Proffitt will replace Dionne E. Viator. Prior to being named Executive Vice President, Corporate Development and General Counsel in August 2012, Mr. Proffitt had been Senior Vice President, Chief Compliance Officer and Assistant General Counsel since April 2009. He joined LHC Group in September 2008 as Vice President, Assistant General Counsel and Assistant Director of Acquisitions. Previously, he was a Senior Associate in the Corporate Healthcare Practice Group at Alston & Bird LLP, which he joined in 2002.
ModCloth [SAN FRANCISCO] has appointed Phil Neri as chief financial officer (CFO). Mr. Neri most recently served as CFO of Serena & Lily since 2011. Prior to Serena & Lily, Mr. Neri held the CFO role at Delivery Agent, Inc. and Gumps of San Francisco, as well as financial leadership positions at Restoration Hardware and Williams-Sonoma, Inc.
Xcel Energy Inc. [MINNEAPOLIS] named Robert (Bob) Frenzel as executive vice president and chief financial officer. Frenzel, replaces Teresa Madden. Frenzel most recently served as senior vice president and CFO for Luminant. Prior to joining EFH, Frenzel was a vice president at Goldman Sachs. Earlier in his career he was a consultant in the strategy, finance and economics practice at Arthur Andersen. Frenzel also served as a nuclear engineering officer and weapons officer in the United States Navy.
Axis Global Logistics [NORTH BERGEN, NJ] announced that Paula Nitto has joined the company as Chief Financial Officer. In 1998, Paula joined NYK Line. She climbed the corporate ladder to CFO. Before joining Axis, Paula was a Global Controller at Inttra, Inc. Paula began her career in public accounting with Coopers and Lybrand (PwC), and CFO of an architectural firm.
Victory Energy Corporation [AUSTIN, TX.] (OTCQB: VYEY) announced that its board of directors has appointed Jeff Marlowe as its Interim Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Marlowe will replace Fred J. Smith, Jr. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Marlowe held the position of Director of General Accounting at Forestar Group, Inc. Prior to his post at Forestar, from 2009 to 2013, Mr. Marlowe was employed by Davis Petroleum Corp., where he first started as Corporate Controller and was eventually promoted to Vice President & Controller. The Cleveland Foundation [CLEVELAND] announced the appointment of Rosanne Potter as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Potter replaces retiring Cleveland Foundation SVP and CFO Kate Asbeck. Potter most recently was Senior Manager for Pension Management at Eaton Corporation. She also has held treasurer positions at several other global companies including the Lubrizol Corporation, RTI International Metals and Dexter Corporation.
Fusion [NEW YORK, NY] (NASDAQ: FSNN) announced that Michael R. Bauer has joined the company as Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Bauer most recently served as Chief Financial Officer of GTT Communications, Inc. Prior to GTT, Mr. Bauer led the financial planning and analysis and investor relations efforts at MeriStar Hospitality Corporation. Mr. Bauer began his career with Arthur Andersen in audit and business advisory services.
Red Lion Hotels Corporation [SPOKANE, Wash.] (NYSE: RLH) announced that James Bell, its former Chief Financial Officer, has decided to leave RLHC to pursue another professional venture. The Board has appointed David Wright, the Company’s Vice President of Accounting, Tax & External Reporting, as interim Chief Financial Officer. David Wright joined RLHC in 2015 as Vice President of Accounting, Tax & External Reporting. He worked for the previous seven years in various technical accounting roles at Itron and for 11 years prior to that in increasing supervisory roles on external audit engagements at Deloitte.
AMAG Pharmaceuticals, Inc. [WALTHAM, Mass.] (NASDAQ: AMAG) announced the appointment of Edward (Ted) Myles as senior vice president, chief financial officer and treasurer. Prior to joining AMAG, he served in various positions at Ocata Therapeutics, Inc., most recently as chief financial officer and chief operating officer. From 2008 to 2013, Mr. Myles served as chief financial officer and vice president of operations at PrimeraDx, Inc. Prior to that, Mr. Myles was senior vice president of finance and chief financial officer of Pressure Biosciences, Inc. Newman most recently served as Vice President and a Division Chief Financial Officer at Bloomin’ Brands Inc. He was formerly the Vice President and Treasurer, and Head of Risk Management from October 2012 through October 2013 for Bloomin’ Brands. From February 2002 to August 2012, he was employed in numerous roles with Best Buy Co., Inc., most recently serving as Senior Director and Chief Financial Officer of Best Buy’s Private Brands and Global Sourcing Group, and previously serving as Senior Director and Deputy Treasurer. Prior to his role within Treasury at Best Buy, Newman worked as Director, Strategy Development and Operations for Best Buy International. Before joining Best Buy, he spent two years with Scotiabank.
