Newell Brands Inc. [ATLANTA] (NYSE: NWL) announced that the company has appointed Ralph Nicoletti as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Nicoletti joins Newell Brands from Tiffany & Company, where he was Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining Tiffany & Company, Nicoletti was Chief Financial Officer of CIGNA Corporation and Alberto Culver, and held various senior finance positions at Kraft Foods, including Senior Vice President of Finance of Kraft Foods North America.
Cambridge Investment Group, Inc. [FAIRFIELD, Iowa] announced it has named Rick Boyles as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Senior Vice President. For the last 15 years, Boyles served as Chief Financial and Operations Officer for City Financial Corporation (CFC) in Indianapolis. Prior to CFC he spent 15 years with Lincoln National Corporation in a variety of roles, the majority of which as the Chief Financial and Administrative Officer for Lincoln Financial Advisors Corporation.
Capital Impact Partners [ARLINGTON, Va.] announced the appointment of Natalie Gunn to the position of Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Mrs. Gunn replaces Ellis Carr who assumed the role of President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO). Mrs. Gunn has been serving as Capital Impact Partners’ Controller since 2012. Prior to joining Capital Impact, she held senior positions at the Government National Mortgage Association (Ginnie Mae), National Cooperative Bank (NCB), Host Hotels and Resorts and PricewaterhouseCoopers.
Post Properties, Inc. [ATLANTA] (NYSE: PPS) announced that Chief Financial Officer Christopher J. Papa, will be stepping down from his role. Until a replacement is identified, Mr. Papa’s responsibilities will be assumed by other members of Post’s senior management team, including Arthur J. Quirk, who has been Post’s Chief Accounting Officer since 2001.
Liberty Property Trust [MALVERN, Pa.] (NYSE: LPT) announced that George J. Alburger, Jr. will retire from his position as executive vice president and chief financial officer, and Christopher J. Papa has been appointed to the same position. Mr. Papa has served as EVP and CFO at Post Properties since 2003. Prior to joining the Post corporate leadership team, Chris was an audit partner at Arthur Andersen LLP and BDO Seidman, LLP, and served as CFO of a privately held manufacturing company.
Global Partners LP [WALTHAM, Mass.] (NYSE: GLP) announced that the Board of Directors of its general partner, Global GP LLC, has elected Daphne H. Foster, the Partnership’s Chief Financial Officer, to the Board. Foster, who joined Global in 2007, was elected Treasurer of the Partnership in 2010 and promoted to CFO in 2013.
Addus HomeCare Corporation [DOWNERS GROVE, Ill.] (NASDAQ: ADUS) announced that Brian W. Poff has been hired as Executive Vice President – Chief Financial Officer. He replaces former CFO Donald Klink. Mr. Poff comes to Addus from his role as CFO and Treasurer of Oceans Healthcare. From 2011 to October 2015, he was Senior Vice President, Finance, Chief Accounting Officer and Treasurer for CCS Medical. He also served as Corporate Controller for AccentCare, Division CFO-Hospice for Gentiva, Assistant Controller for Odyssey and Divisional CFO for Horizon Health and Psychiatric Solutions.
Rivada Networks [NEW YORK] announced that Joseph J. Euteneuer has joined the company as co-CEO and CFO Americas. Euteneuer has held CFO and EVP positions at Sprint, Qwest Communications (now CenturyLink), XM Satellite Radio (now Sirius XM Satellite Radio), and Comcast.
Bioanalytical Systems, Inc. [WEST LAFAYETTE, Ind.] (NASDAQ: BASI) approved the appointment of Jill C. Blumhoff as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Vice President of Finance of the Company. Ms. Blumhoff succeeds Jeffrey Potrzebowski. Ms. Blumhoff joined BASi in October 2007 as Assistant Controller and has served as Director of Finance, Tax and IT since 2013. Before joining BASi, Ms. Blumhoff held various roles of increasing responsibility in financial reporting and analysis at Wabash National Corporation, in Lafayette, Indiana. Ms. Blumhoff began her career at Ernst & Young LLP.
Electro Rent Corporation [VAN NUYS, Calif.] (NASDAQ: ELRC) announced that Allen Sciarillo, Electro Rent’s Acting Chief Financial Officer since September 2015, has been confirmed as its Chief Financial Officer. Sciarillo has been with Electro Rent for 10 years. Sciarillo was previously the Chief Financial Officer of Dial Thru International Corporation, InterPacket Networks and RSLCOM USA. He began his career in public accounting with Deloitte & Touche.
Merkle [COLUMBIA, Md.]) announced the appointment of Sean Creamer to executive vice president and chief financial officer. Prior to joining Merkle, he served as CFO for The Madison Square Garden Company. Before that, Creamer spent nine years with Arbitron Inc. He served as chief financial officer, then chief operating officer, and ultimately chief executive officer of Arbitron. Before joining Arbitron, Creamer served as SVP and CFO of Laureate Education, Inc.
OneRoof Energy, Inc. [SAN DIEGO] a wholly owned subsidiary of OneRoof Energy Group, Inc. (TSX-V: ON) announced that its Chief Financial Officer, Dan Halvorson, has resigned. The Company also announced that it has appointed John Bunnel as interim Chief Financial Officer of the Company. John Bunnel has served as President and Chief Financial Officer of Fractional CFO, Inc. since 2010. From 2005 to 2009, John was Chief Financial Officer for two divisions of GMAC Mortgage LLC – Ditech and GMAC Direct. Prior to his tenure with GMAC, he was Vice President, Chief Financial Officer of Wells Fargo Consumer Credit Group. He began his career with Ernst & Young LLP, where he served as Senior Manager, Financial Advisory Services.
UDR, Inc. [DENVER] (NYSE: UDR) announced that Tom Herzog is stepping down from his position as Chief Financial Officer (“CFO”). Mr. Herzog has served as UDR’s CFO since January 2013. Shawn Johnston, UDR’s Chief Accounting Officer, will be named the interim Principal Financial Officer and, along with other members of the Company’s senior management team, will fulfill Mr. Herzog’s responsibilities.
HCP [IRVINE, Calif.] (NYSE: HCP) announced that Tom Herzog will join the company as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer (CFO). He will replace HCP’s outgoing Executive Vice President and CFO, Tim Schoen. Mr. Herzog has served as Senior Vice President and CFO of UDR, Inc., since January 2013. From 2011 until he joined UDR, he was the CFO at Amstar. Mr. Herzog’s experience in the public REIT sector also includes serving as CFO for two S&P 500 companies, HCP (2009-2011) and Apartment Investment and Management Company (2004-2009). Prior to this, Mr. Herzog was an executive with GE Capital Real Estate for four years, and spent a decade at the accounting firm Deloitte & Touche LLP.
WSFS Financial Corporation [WILMINGTON, Del] (NASDAQ: WSFS) announced that Dominic C. Canuso will join the company as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Canuso most recently served as Senior Director of Finance at Barclaycard US and prior to that served as Director of Finance and Corporate Planning, Strategy and Analysis at Advanta Corporation. Prior to joining Advanta, Mr. Canuso served as a Strategy, Finance and Economic Consultant for Arthur Andersen LLP.
Restoration Hardware Holdings, Inc. [CORTE MADERA, Calif.] (NYSE: RH) announced that Karen Boone has been promoted to the position of Co-President, Chief Financial and Administrative Officer. Ms. Boone joined RH as Chief Financial Officer in June 2012 and in May 2014 was promoted to Chief Financial and Administrative Officer. Prior to RH, Ms. Boone worked for Deloitte & Touche LLP, an accounting and consulting firm, where she most recently served as an audit partner.
SunEdison, Inc. [Maryland Heights, Missouri] announced that Brian Wuebbels, the Company’s Chief Administration Officer, Chief Accounting Officer and Chief Financial Officer, received a formal 30-day notice of the termination of his employment at the Company. Ilan Daskal will remain SunEdison’s Chief Financial Officer designee.
Spectronics Corporation [WESTBURY, NY] has appointed Fred Silverman as its Chief Financial Officer. Silverman has been an outside financial advisor to Spectronics since he first started as an accountant in 1979. He recently concluded a successful 30-year career at the CPA firm Janover LLC as that firm’s chief financial counsel for Spectronics.
Trustwave [CHICAGO, IL] announced the appointment of Kevin Kilraine as Chief Financial Officer. Kilraine joins Trustwave from Optus, where he served as a key finance and administration executive. Prior to Optus, Kilraine worked with KPMG in senior assurance, advisory and consulting roles.
Biohaven Pharmaceutical Holding Company Ltd. [NEW HAVEN, CT] announced the appointment of Jim Engelhart as its Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Engelhart joins Biohaven from Alexion Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (Alexion) where he was an Executive Director. Mr. Engelhart has over 17 years of financial leadership experience from Bristol-Myers Squibb, Schering-Plough and Alexion.
