WWE [STAMFORD, CT] (NYSE: WWE) announced the appointment of Frank A. Riddick III, who has served as a member of WWE’s Board of Directors for more than 11 years, as interim Chief Financial Officer. Riddick previously served as CEO for FloWorks International, LLC, JMC Steel Group, Formica Corporation, and Triangle Pacific Corp., and President/COO of Armstrong World Industries, Inc. He has also served in executive management positions, including Chief Financial Officer, Controller, Treasurer, and Vice President of Mergers and Acquisitions during a career that spans 40 years. Riddick also served as Compensation Committee Chairman and member of the Audit Committee as a part of WWE’s Board of Directors.
Medin Technologies, Inc. [TOTOWA, NJ] announced the appointment of Jim Engler as Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining Medin Technologies, Engler served as the Chief Financial Officer and Vice President, Finance at Preferred Display, Inc. and IPC Systems, Inc. and held executive financial roles at the LeFrak Organization and Medical Resources, Inc.
Motus [BOSTON] announced that Tim Brown, Chief Financial Officer, is transitioning to Chief Corporate Development Officer. Brown has been at the financial helm of Motus since 2013. Brown joined Motus after serving as the Chief Financial Officer of ConnectEDU (CDU). Prior to CDU, Brown led the corporate development/M&A function at EducationDynamics. He was also a principal at Halyard Capital.
Mediafly [CHICAGO] announced the appointment of Keith Parrish as Chief Financial Officer. Parrish is replacing John Evarts who previously held both CFO and COO roles. Prior to Mediafly, Parrish was the CEO of iPresent. Following Mediafly’s acquisition of iPresent in August 2019, Parrish joined the team as EVP of European Operations.
The Scion Group [CHICAGO] announced the appointment of Monte J. Huber as the company’s first-ever chief financial officer. Huber served the past six years in the roles of chief accounting officer, chief financial officer and senior vice president of strategic initiatives for Blackstone at its multi‐family platform (LivCor) and its asset management platform (Revantage Corporate Services). He previously held positions at Equity Residential (EQR) and Strategic Hotels & Resorts.
Questionmark [TRUMBULL, CT] welcomed Peter Rooken-Smith as Chief Financial Officer. Prior to Questionmark, Peter was Finance Director at Vizolution, Ascom Network Testing and Financial Controller at Argo Interactive.
Spartech [ST. LOUIS] announced that Roger Sim has been named new Chief Financial Officer. Sim replaces Bob Robison, who is retiring. Prior to joining Spartech, Sim was CFO for Custom Windows Systems. He previously served in similar leadership capacities for Backyard Products LLC, Innocor Inc.; Tyden Group; Global Closure Systems; Silgan Holdings; Silgan Closures; Thatcher Tubes LLC; Courtaulds Packaging/Akzo Nobel; and Arthur Andersen.
Six One Commodities LLC (61C) [NEW YORK] announced Joshua Bailey joined as its new Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Bailey joins 61C from Castleton Commodities International LLC (CCI) where he was the CFO of the Assets group. Prior to being CFO at CCI, Bailey held various positions of increasing responsibility in the finance organization at Noble Americas Corp (NAC). Bailey started his career in the Financial Services Assurance practice at Ernst & Young LLP.
Trivest Partners [MIAMI] announced that Dan Rogan has been promoted to Chief Financial Officer. Dan joined Trivest in 2014 as Vice President of Finance. Prior to joining Trivest, he worked for L Catterton and Deloitte Tax LLP.
Digital River [MINNEAPOLIS] announced the appointment of Christopher (CJ) Bernander as the company’s chief financial officer. Bernander most recently was vice president of finance at Renaissance Learning. Prior to his role at Renaissance Learning, Bernander spent nine years at Digital River in various financial leadership roles, including accounting, finance and corporate development functions. His prior experience includes experience in public accounting at EY.
PeerStreet [LOS ANGELES] promoted Ellen Coleman to Chief Financial Officer. Coleman joined the company a year ago as EVP of Finance. Prior to joining PeerStreet in 2019, Coleman held positions as Managing Director at Countrywide Financial Corp, Treasurer at Stearns Lending, and Executive Vice President and Treasurer at both Nationstar Mortgage and Homeward Residential, Inc.
Tennant Company [MINNEAPOLIS] (NYSE: TNC) announced that Keith Woodward, Tennant’s senior vice president and chief financial officer, will take a temporary medical leave of absence. In Woodward’s absence, Tennant has appointed Andy Cebulla to act as the Company’s interim CFO. He joined Tennant over two years ago and is currently the Vice President of Finance and Corporate Controller.
The Penn Mutual Life Insurance Company [HORSHAM, PA] announced that Dave Raszeja, senior vice president, financial management and chief risk officer, has been promoted to senior vice president, chief financial officer, effective March 1. Raszeja will move into the role and take over responsibilities from Sue Deakins, who announced her retirement early last year. Raszeja joined Penn Mutual in July 2001 as an actuarial analyst.
Effectual [HOBOKEN, NJ] announced that Robert Doherty has joined the team as Chief Financial Officer. He held progressively senior positions at PaineWebber, Salomon Brothers, and Citigroup and led finance teams at Metromedia Fiber Networks, FiberMedia, and vXchnge.
Spirit AeroSystems [WICHITA, KS] (NYSE: SPR) announced the appointment of Mark Suchinski as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. This follows the resignations of Jose Garcia, Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Suchinski served in various financial leadership roles at Spirit since 2006. Since 2019, Suchinski served as Spirit’s Vice President, Quality. Before that he was Vice President, Boeing 787 Program, from 2018 to 2019. From 2014 to 2018, he was Spirit’s Vice President, Controller and Principal Accounting Officer, having previously held numerous roles within Spirit’s finance organization including Vice President, Treasurer and Financial Planning; Vice President, Finance and Treasurer; Vice President, Financial Planning & Analysis and Corporate Contracts; and Controller, Aerostructures Segment. Prior to joining Spirit, he was at Home Products International, where he served as Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer from 2004 to 2006, and Corporate Controller from 2000 to 2004. Prior to that, he held financial leadership positions of controller and senior finance manager at other companies.
Realty Income Corporation [SAN DIEGO] (NYSE: O) announced that its EVP, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer Paul Meurer is leaving the company. To ensure a smooth transition, Meurer will serve as a senior advisor to the company through March 31, 2020. Sean Nugent, the company’s Senior Vice President, Controller, will serve as Principal Financial Officer and Treasurer on an interim basis.
Spartan Motors, Inc. [CHARLOTTE, MI] (NASDAQ: SPAR) announced the appointment of its incoming chief financial officer, Jonathan C. Douyard, effective no later than March 31, 2020. Douyard most recently served as the vice president of finance and CFO of Fluke Corporation, an operating company within Fortive, a Danaher Industrial spin-off. Prior to joining Fluke, he held key financial leadership positions at Sikorsky Aircraft, a United Technologies Company; and General Electric. Rick Sohm, the Company’s current CFO, previously announced he was stepping down for non-business reasons in September 2019.
Agrify Corporation [BURLINGTON, MA] announced the appointment of Niv Krikov as its chief financial officer. Krikov joins Agrify after two years as chief financial officer at Desalitech, which was acquired by DuPont. Previously, he held the same position at PeerApp. Krikov also served as chief financial officer at NTS from 2007 to 2014.
Cardiff Lexington [FT. LAUDERDALE, FL] Corporation (OTC: CDIXBB) announced that Steven Healy has agreed to join the senior management team as the Company’s Chief Financial Officer. Healy founded Dania Solutions, and served as CFO of NetTalk.COM, Inc. He was CFO of National Molding, LLC and CFO of Imperial Industries, Inc.
EXL [NEW YORK] (NASDAQ: EXLS) announced the appointment of Maurizio Nicolelli to the role of Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Nicolelli’s most recent role was Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Casa Systems, which he joined in 2019. Prior to that, he served 23 years at FactSet Research Systems, where he was Senior Vice President, Principal and Chief Financial Officer from 2009 to 2018.
Infinity Federal Credit Union [Westbrook, ME] hired Bob Leger as its chief financial officer (CFO). Leger was previously CFO for York County Credit Union and Town & Country Federal Credit Union. He most recently held the position of controller for Aroma Joe’s Franchising.
TI-TRUST, Inc. [HINSDALE, IL] announced that Julie Kenning has been named as the Chief Financial Officer for the company. Kenning is the Executive Vice President of Operations, and will assume the role of CFO in addition to her current duties. Kenning has been with the company for over 20 years.
Insmed Incorporated [BRIDGEWATER, NJ] (NASDAQ: INSM) announced the appointment of Sara Bonstein as Chief Financial Officer. Bonstein most recently served as Chief Financial Officer & Chief Operating Officer of OncoSec Medical Incorporated. Prior to joining OncoSec, Bonstein served as the Chief Financial Officer, Secretary, Treasurer and Executive Vice President at Advaxis, Inc. Before Advaxis, Bonstein was a Six Sigma Champion & Black Belt at Eli Lilly & Company. She also held key finance positions at ImClone Systems and Johnson & Johnson.
Vimeo [NEW YORK] announced the appointment of Narayan Menon as Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining Vimeo, Mr. Menon served as Chief Financial Officer, Treasurer and Corporate Secretary at Prezi. Previous leadership roles include Corporate Vice President at Intuit, Senior Director of Finance at Microsoft, and Senior Director at Skype.
Cooks Venture [NEW YORK] announced the hire of Ankur Agrawal as chief financial officer. Most recently, Agrawal served as the VP of Finance at SeatGeek. Agrawal was also at Blue Apron, where he worked for over three years. Prior to Blue Apron, Ankur worked at Pepsico in a variety of Finance roles.
Lightspeed Systems [AUSTIN, TX] announced that is has appointed Kirk Orgeldinger to the newly created positions of Chief Financial Officer (“CFO”) and Chief Operating Officer (“COO”). Most recently, he served as the CFO of Accruent. Previously, he worked for Three Rivers Operating Company, Lockheed Martin and BAE Systems.
DC Housing Finance Agency [Washington, DC] has a new Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Steve Clinton. Prior to joining the DCHFA, Clinton was a Senior Housing Policy Advisor for the U.S. Department of the Treasury. At the Treasury Department, he also served as an advisor to the FISCAL Bureau of the Office of Domestic Finance and later was a Senior Advisor to the Small Business Administration (SBA) Office of Capital Access. Before Clinton joined the U.S. Treasury Department, he spent 25 years at Freddie Mac where he was Senior Vice President. Other roles during his 25 years included Senior Vice President of Single-Family Operations, Director of Single-Family Mortgage Credit Pricing, and bond trader.
