Fiera Capital Corporation [MONTREAL] (TSX: FSZ) announced that Lucas Pontillo joined the Firm as Executive Vice President and Global Chief Financial Officer, effective October 22, 2018. Mr. Pontillo takes over from John Valentini, who has served as the Firm’s Chief Financial Officer since September 2015. Mr. Valentini will focus on his role of President and Chief Executive Officer, Fiera Private Alternative Investments. Pontillo’s most recent role was Chief Operating Officer for Manulife Asset Management Canada. He was also CFO of Manulife’s Global Asset Management business.
LXRandCo, Inc. [MONTREAL] (TSX: LXR, LXR.WT) announced that, effective November 22, 2018, Audrey Lara will be leaving her position as Chief Financial Officer of the Company to pursue other opportunities. Nadine Eap, currently Corporate Controller at LXRandCo, will assume the role of interim Chief Financial Officer upon Ms. Lara’s departure. Prior to joining LXRandCo, she was Finance Manager at TSX-listed Aimia Inc. Prior thereto, Ms. Eap was Director of Administration and Finance at Logibec. Prior to joining Logibec, Ms. Eap spent seven years at Deloitte in Montreal and Sydney, Australia.
Centric Health Corporation [TORONTO] announced that Leslie Cho, the Company’s Chief Financial Officer, will be leaving the Company effective November 16, 2018.
Current Water Technologies Inc. [GUELPH, Ontario] (TSX-V: WATR) announces that Edward Tsang has been appointed as Chief Financial Officer of the Company, on an interim basis.
Nevada Exploration Inc. [VANCOUVER] (TSX-V: NGE; OTCQB: NVDEF) announced the engagement of PNW Corporate Services & Advisory Ltd. (“PNW”) to provide the services of Christina Blacker, who has been appointed to the role of Chief Financial Officer of the Company. Ms. Blacker has more than 13 years of experience working with public companies, predominantly in the mining industry, including current roles as controller for two other TSX Venture listed issuers. In connection with Ms. Blacker’s appointment, the Company has accepted the resignation of Cyrus Driver as Chief Financial Officer of the Corporation.
BlissCo Cannabis Corp. [VANCOUVER] (CSE: BLIS, OTCQB: HSTRF) announced the appointment of Jennifer Archibald as the Company’s Chief Financial Officer. She previously served as CFO and Chief Business Operations Officer at Correvio Pharma Corp. Prior to joining Correvio, Ms. Archibald managed the accounting operations at the corporate office of The Jim Pattison Group. Ms. Archibald replaces Sean Ty, who served as interim CFO, and who will continue in his role as the Company’s Controller.
The Green Organic Dutchman Holdings Ltd. [TORONTO] (TSX: TGOD) announced the appointment of Sean Bovingdon as Chief Financial Officer. Most recently, he served as CFO of Toronto Hydro Corporation. Prior to that he served as President & CFO of public and private oil and gas companies, CFO & VP, Finance for TSX listed technology and manufacturing companies, and Controller for a major TSX listed oil sands company.
B.E.S.T. Venture Opportunities Fund Inc. [TORONTO] announced that it has appointed Thomas Lunan as Chief Financial Officer.
First Cobalt Corp. [TORONTO] (TSX-V: FCC; OTCQX: FTSSF) announced that Ryan Snyder has joined the executive team as Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Snyder spent five years in operations finance with Inmet Mining Corporation. He then joined Enirgi Group Corporation where he oversaw financial planning, asset modeling and corporate governance. Most recently he was with Primero Mining Corp., initially as Director of Finance and Treasurer and later as Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Snyder replaces Kevin Ma, who will remain with First Cobalt in an advisory capacity during a transition period.
