Titan Medical Inc. [TORONTO] (TSX: TMD, NASDAQ: TMDI) announced its Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Stephen Randall will retire after more than 10 years with Titan. As part of the Company’s succession planning process, Monique L. Delorme, currently Vice President, Finance at Titan, will be promoted to CFO effective October 1, 2020. Delorme joined the Company in March of 2019. In 2012, she launched a successful consulting practice providing financial and CFO services to both private and public companies.
Drone Delivery Canada Corp. [TORONTO] (TSX-V: FLT, OTC: TAKOF) announced the appointment of Manish Arora as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the Company. Arora joined DDC in August 2019 as Corporate Controller. He previously served as Corporate Controller for Cardinal Health Canada and has had prior experience in the aerospace industry with Vector Aerospace and in the automotive industry with Martinrea International and Magna Powertrain. Arora is replacing Robert Suttie.
Park Lawn Corporation [TORONTO] (TSX: PLC) announced the appointment of Daniel Millett as Chief Financial Officer of PLC. Millett will fill the position of Joseph Leeder, who is retiring after serving as PLC’s Chief Financial Officer since 2013. Millett formerly served as Chief Financial Officer of Agellan Commercial REIT and, prior to that, a Senior Manager, at KPMG LLP.
Ag Growth International Inc. [WINNIPEG] (TSX: AFN) announced the appointment of Jim Rudyk to the position of CFO. Prior to joining AGI, Rudyk served as CFO for a number of public and private firms in a variety of industries including his most recent position with Sofina Foods. Prior to this role, Rudyk was CFO for the Roots Corporation, and the Shred-It Corporation. Before these roles, Rudyk acted as both CFO and COO at Canada Cartage System, Limited. Rudyk’s earlier career included roles that included CFO, Director of Sales & Marketing and Controller at Companies such as Dell Computer Corporation and Wright Medical Technology. He began his career at PWC as an auditor.
West High Yield (W.H.Y.) Resources Ltd. [Calgary] (TSX-V: WHY) announced the appointment of Shelina Hirji as Chief Financial Officer. Hirji has been acting as CFO of the Company since November 2019. She is a designated accountant with over 38 years of experience with infrastructure construction in the oil and gas exploration and production business since early 1990.
Norseman Capital Ltd. [VANCOUVER] (TSX-V: NOC) announced that it has appointed David Robinson as chief financial officer, replacing Simon Ma. Robinson has over ten years of accounting and capital markets experience. He has provided audit, tax, and consulting services to private and public companies for a number of years at MNP LLP before moving to the Telus Pension Fund as a senior analyst. Robinson is currently the group CFO and a partner in Cronin Group, a natural resource focused merchant bank based in Vancouver, BC.
Galantas Gold Corporation [TORONTO] (TSX-V: GAL) announced the appointment of Alan Buckley as Chief Financial Officer, as of September 30, 2020, replacing Leo O’Shaughnessy. During his career, Buckley has held the positions of Chief Financial Officer and General Manager at Vedanta Lisheen Holdings Ltd and was Chief Financial Officer for Anglo American Lisheen Mining Ltd. Alan also has a continuing role as a Director of Shanoon Resources Ltd, an early stage mining and exploration company, founded in 2016.
