TECSYS Inc. [MONTREAL] (TSX: TCS) announce the appointment of Mark J. Bentler as Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Bentler will succeed interim CFO, Berty Ho-Wo-Cheong, Vice President, Mergers and Acquisitions and former CFO, effective September 17th, 2018. Bentler joins the company from Aptos Retail where he served as Chief Financial Officer from 2015 to 2018. From 2008 to 2015, Mr. Bentler served as Vice President, Finance, for Epicor Retail, a division of Epicor Software Corporation that was later spun out to create Aptos.

Potash Ridge Corporation [TORONTO] (TSX: PRK) announced that Ross Phillips, Potash Ridge Corporation’s Chief Financial Officer, has resigned to pursue other opportunities. In the interim, Chris Reid, a director of the Company, will assume the role of Acting Chief Financial Officer.

Cotinga Pharmaceuticals Inc. [LONDON, Ontario and BOSTON] (TSX-V: COT, OTCQB: COTQF) announced the appointment of Victor Hugo as Chief Financial Officer (CFO), effective July 20, 2018. Hugo will succeed Gene Kelly, who has served as Cotinga’s CFO since 2006. Hugo brings more than 20 years of experience in finance and accounting including CFO experience with public companies.

The Green Organic Dutchman Holdings Ltd. [TORONTO] (TSX: TGOD, US: TGODF) announced the appointment of Brian Athaide, TGOD’s current CFO, to the position of CEO. The Company also appointed Julia Golubovskaya, Vice-President, Finance as interim CFO. Ms. Golubovskaya has over 18 years of experience in consumer products, having worked with Proctor & Gamble in Canada, the USA and Russia.

DHX Media [HALIFAX] (TSX: DHX.A, DHX.B; NASDAQ: DHXM) announced that Doug Lamb has been appointed Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Lamb succeeds former CFO, Keith Abriel, who will be leaving the Company after a short transition. Lamb was appointed as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Postmedia in July 2010, stepping down from such position in February 2017. Prior to that, he was Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Canwest LP since 2005. Mr. Lamb also served as Vice President of Corporate Development of Metroland, the community publishing business of Torstar Corporation. Prior to his employment with Torstar Corporation, he held a variety of financial roles at Hollinger International Inc. and Southam Inc.

Andrew Peller Limited [GRIMSBY, Ontario] (TSX: ADW.A, ADW.B) announced that Brian D. Athaide, Chief Financial Officer of the Company, has resigned effective March 16, 2018 to pursue other interests. Peter Patchet, APL’s former retired Chief Financial Officer will rejoin the Company on an interim basis.

Torex Gold Resources Inc. [TORONTO] (TSX: TXG) announced that Steven Thomas will be joining the executive team as Chief Financial Officer effective April 2, 2018. Thomas joins the Torex team from Goldcorp Inc., where he held the role of CFO Canadian Operations.  Prior to that, he held the role of CFO of De Beers Canada Inc. for ten years.

MYM Nutraceuticals Inc. [VANCOUVER] (CSE: MYM.CN, OTC: MYMMF) announced Craig Lennox has joined MYM as its new Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Lennox joins MYM from Clearly, where he was most recently Chief Financial Officer.

Annidis Corporation [OTTAWA] (TSX-V: RHA) announced the resignation of Brian Baker from his position as chief financial officer and corporate secretary of Annidis.

Five Star Diamonds Limited [TORONTO] (TSX-V: STAR) announced the appointment of Jeremy South as Chief Financial Officer. South is currently Managing Partner of a Canadian-based private equity group. He has over 30 years of experience in M&A, capital markets and private equity, including senior positions in investment banking at Deutsche Bank, NatWest Markets and Deloitte.

Lakeland Resources Inc. (TSX-V: LK) announced the appointment of Jody Bellefleur as Chief Financial Officer for the Company. Ms. Bellefleur has been Chief Financial Officer of Zimtu Capital Corp. since June, 2013 and has been with the Zimtu group of companies since 2008. Ms. Bellefleur replaces Sam Wong who has resigned.

Royal Nickel Corporation (TSX: RNX) announced that its CFO, Fraser Sinclair, is leaving effective December 31, 2014. Tim Hollaar will be appointed the new CFO of RNC effective January 1, 2015. Mr. Hollaar will join RNC from North American Palladium Ltd. (“NAP”). Prior to being the Corporate Controller at NAP, he held a number of senior finance and marketing positions at RNC, Norilsk Nickel International, Vale Inco Limited, BHP Billiton and WMC Resources Marketing.

Target Capital Inc. (TSX-V: TCI) announced that Kristoffer Moen has been appointed the new Chief Financial Officer for the Company.  Mr. Moen replaces Ryan Hoult whose employment with the Company ceased.

ACT360 Solutions Ltd. (TSX-V: AKM) announced the appointment of Charles Jenkins as the Company’s Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Jenkins has served as the Chief Financial Officer for a number of issuers, most recently Evolving Gold Corporation and Naturally Splendid Enterprises Ltd.

Excelsior Mining Corp. (TSX-V: MIN) announced the appointment of Carlo Valente as Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Valente currently leads the multi-disciplined Business Development team at King & Bay West (“KBW”) and is the CFO of two junior mining companies under KBW’s management. He was previously a Managing Director in the Deals group of PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC). Sonya Atwal has resigned as Chief Financial Officer.

QLT Inc. (TSX: QLT) announced that Sukhi Jagpal, Chief Financial Officer of the Company, has notified the Company that he is leaving to pursue other opportunities. Mr. Jagpal will continue in his current role through January 26, 2015.

Eyelogic Systems Inc. (TSX-V: EYE) announced that Kristoffer Moen has been appointed the new Chief Financial Officer for the Company. Mr. Moen is currently a director for the Company. Mr. Moen replaces Ryan Hoult whose employment with the Company ceased.

Andrew Peller Limited announced that Brian D. Athaide has been appointed Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President Human Resources and Information Technologies of the Company effective January 5, 2015. In conjunction with this appointment, Peter Patchet, Chief Financial Officer CFO and Executive Vice President Human Resources, will be retiring January 5, 2015. Mr. Athaide comes to the Company following a distinguished and successful twenty-five year career with Proctor and Gamble (“P&G”), most recently as Finance Director and Chief Financial Officer of P&G Eastern Europe and Central Asia.

San Marco Resources Inc. announced the appointment of Bernie Zacharias as the Company’s Chief Financial Officer. This appointment follows the resignation of Julie Capstick from the positions of CFO and Corporate Secretary. Bernie Zacharias is a managing partner and founder of Avisar Chartered Accountants. He has worked extensively with, and has served as CFO for, various mineral exploration and development companies on the TSX Venture Exchange.

Divestco Inc. (TSX-V: DVT) announced the appointment of Danny Chiarastella as Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Chiarastella served as Divestco’s Vice President, Finance since 2009 and prior to that as the Company’s Controller and Manager, Financial Reporting. Before joining Divestco in 2003, Mr. Chiarastella was a financial analyst at Precision Drilling Corporation and Controller at Integrated Production Services Ltd.
