Phantom Screens [ABBOTSFORD, BRITISH COLUMBIA] announced Ralph Berzins as Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining Phantom Screens, Berzins held the positions as the Vice President of Finance for Serta Simmons Bedding Canada and the Vice President of Financial integration for OfficeMax based in Chicago, IL.

Stamper Oil & Gas Corp. [VANCOUVER] (TSX-V: STMP, OTCQB: STMGF) announced the resignation of David Alexander as Chief Financial Officer. John Ryan, a member of the Board of Directors will assume the role of Chief Financial Officer on an interim basis. Ryan is the founder and co-founder of a number of resource companies including Royal Silver Mines Inc., Silver Bull Resources, Western Goldfields Inc., and U.S. Silver Corporation.

Sarment Intelligent Services [TORONTO] (TSX-V: SAIS) announced that Jonathan Chou, who had agreed to join the Company as its Chief Financial Officer, effective 7 January 2019, advised Sarment that he has declined the position due to personal reasons. Togi Gouw will remain the Company’s Chief Financial Officer.

Arianne Phosphate [SAGUENAY, QC] (TSX-V: DAN, OTC: DRRSF) announced the appointment of Andrew Malashewsky as its new Chief Financial Officer (“CFO”). Malashewsky will be replacing James Cowley, who has been serving as Arianne’s interim CFO. Malashewsky began his career with Grant Thorton LLP before joining JDS Energy & Mining.

Loop Industries, Inc. [MONTREAL] (NASDAQ: LOOP) announced that Nelson Gentiletti will join the Company as COO and CFO effective January 1, 2019.  Most recently, he was Chief Financial and Development Officer of Transcontinental Inc.

Sarment Intelligent Services [TORONTO] (TSX-V: SAIS) announced the appointment of Jonathan Chou as its Chief Financial Officer. Prior to this appointment, Chou held the position of Chief Financial Officer of Kulicke & Soffa, from 2010 to 2018. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of MicroPort Scientific.

FANDOM SPORTS Media Corp. [VANCOUVER] (CSE: FDM, OTC: FDMSF) accepted the resignation of Alexander Helmel as Chief Financial Officer and the Company is pleased to announce the appointment of Christopher Hollinger as Chief Financial Officer in order to fill the vacancy created. Hollinger had restructuring experience and CFO management experiences in large divisions at Merrill Lynch and Bank of America. He began his career as an Associate National Bank Examiner with the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency. Additional career highlights include experience with Ernst & Young’s Restructuring and Reorganization Group.

Veritas Pharma Inc. [VANCOUVER] (CSE: VRT; OTC: VRTHF) announced the resignation of David Alexander as CFO and Director, and the appointment of Peter McFadden as interim CFO. Peter began his career in London, Ontario as a Chartered Accountant with KPMG. In 1995, Peter opened PMF Chartered Accountants.

Dundee Energy Limited [TORONTO] announced that Lucie Presot, Vice President and Chief Financial Officer has resigned. Robert Sellars, who has more than 35 years of experience in the financial services sector and has worked in various senior finance roles within Dundee Corporation and its subsidiary companies since 2000, will assume the role of Chief Financial Officer.

H-Source Holdings Ltd. [VANCOUVER] (TSXV: HSI; OTCQB: HSCHF) announced that it appointed Nicole Altenburg to serve as Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Secretary.  Denise Lok has resigned as Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Secretary. Altenburg has prior experience as the Principal Financial Officer of a public Company traded on both the NYSE and TSX.  She has over 17 years of experience as a controller in private industry and has also previously practiced as a certified public accountant with over a decade of experience in public accounting.

Supremex Inc. [MONTREAL] (TSX: SXP) announced the appointment of Guy Prenevost as Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Secretary effective April 16, 2018. Prenevost was most recently Chief Financial Officer of Rolland Enterprises Inc. and previously held various finance positions at Cascades Inc.’s Tissue Paper Products Division, including Director of Administration and Finance from 2007 to 2016. He also served as a member of the Board of Directors of Cascades USA Inc. and Best Diamond Packaging, LLC.

Stamper Oil & Gas Corp. [VANCOUVER] (TSX-V: STMP, OTCQB: STMGF) announced the appointment of David M. Alexander as Chief Financial Officer of the Company. Alexander replaces Omair Choudhry as CFO. Previously, Alexander has been Chief Financial Officer of BLOK Technologies Corp, Arakis Energy Corporation, Nortran Pharmaceuticals , and Veritas Pharma Inc. He has been an Independent Director of Marapharm Ventures Inc. since March 5, 2018.

Chris Beck

The Caldwell Partners International Inc. [TORONTO] (TSX: CWL) announced the appointment of Chris Beck as chief operating and financial officer of the firm. Mr. Beck joined Caldwell in early 2013 as chief financial officer and corporate secretary. Prior to joining Caldwell Partners in 2013, Mr. Beck was chief financial officer, treasurer and corporate secretary of BirdDog. From 2000-2007, Mr. Beck was chief financial officer at Highland Partners, a global executive search firm and a division of the public company Hudson Highland Group (formerly part of TMP/Monster Worldwide). From 1996-2000, he held various controller, financial function and M&A roles, culminating in chief financial officer at Alper Ink Group. He began his career in 1992 at Deloitte in the audit practice.

Aida Minerals Corp. [VANCOUVER] (CSE: AMC) announced the appointment of David Alexander. Mr. Alexander’s past achievements include his role as the CFO of Arakis Energy Corporation. Arakis was subsequently sold to Talisman Energy. David was also CFO of Laminco Resources Ltd. (name changed to Zaruma Resources Ltd.).

Toronto and Region Conservation Authority (TRCA) [TORONTO] announced Michael Tolensky as its new Chief Financial Officer. Prior to his appointment to TRCA’s Deputy Chief Financial Officer position in January 2016, Michael was a Senior Manager at PwC. Michael replaces his predecessor Rocco Sgambelluri, who will step down as CFO after a 36-year career at TRCA.

Madalena Energy Inc. [CALGARY] (TSX-V: MVN) announced that Thomas Love, VP Finance and Chief Financial Officer will depart the Company, effective May 31, 2017.

Yorbeau Resources Inc. [MONTREAL] (TSX: YRB.A) announced that Ercan Ugur has decided to leave his position as Chief Financial Officer. Yorbeau has appointed George Bodnar Jr. to assume the role of Vice-President and interim Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Bodnar Jr. currently serves as Vice-President of Yorbeau and has been a director of the Company since 1997. A veteran of the natural resources industry, he was president of the Company from 1997 to 2007. He is also a C.A. and was a founding partner of Côté Bodnar, Chartered Accountants (since acquired by Samson Bélair Deloitte & Touche).

TerrAscend Corp. [TORONTO] (CSE: TER) announced the appointment of Rebecca Hudson as the Company’s Chief Financial Officer (“CFO”). Before joining TerrAscend, Rebecca served as CFO of Hornby Bay Mineral Exploration Ltd. Prior to her role at Hornby, Rebecca served as CFO for several publicly-listed mining and exploration companies. The Company also announces that Jonathan Leong has resigned from the position of Interim CFO.

Bluestone Resources Inc. [VANCOUVER] (TSX-V: BSR) announced the appointment of Peter Hemstead as Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Hemstead has over 20 years of finance experience, with the last 10 years spent in a senior financial executive role at Capstone Mining Corp.

DIRTT Environmental Solutions Ltd. [CALGARY] (TSX: DRT) announced Clinton G. McNair as the newest addition to its senior management team, in the role of Chief Financial Officer. McNair’s official appointment to CFO is scheduled for June 1, 2017. McNair will join DIRTT after an accomplished career with Deloitte LLP, where he is currently Partner in its assurance practice. McNair is also the Deloitte Technology Leader for the Prairies and the CFO Transitions Leader for Western Canada.

International Wastewater Systems Inc. [VANCOUVER] (CSE: IWS) announced that Yaron Conforti will be leaving his role as the Company’s Chief Financial Officer and a member of its Board of Directors, to pursue new opportunities. David Alexander has been appointed to the role of CFO. Alexander has extensive experience as a CFO and his past achievements include CFO of Arakis Energy Corporation (subsequently sold to Talisman Energy), and Nortran Pharmaceuticals, Inc., (later Cardiome Pharma).

Surge Energy Inc. announced that Maxwell Lof, Chief Financial Officer, will be leaving the Company to pursue other interests.

Green Hygienics Holdings, Inc. (OTC: GRYN) announced the appointment of David Alexander as its new CFO. David was CFO of Arakis Energy Corporation, which was subsequently sold to Talisman Energy Inc. He was also CFO of Nortran Pharmaceuticals, Inc. Nortran subsequently, became Cardiome Pharma Corp.

Dream Office REIT (TSX: D.UN) announced the appointment of Rajeev Viswanathan as the REIT’s Chief Financial Officer effective August 10, 2015. He was most recently the Senior Vice President of Finance for Brookfield Asset Management. During his time with Brookfield, Mr. Viswanathan worked at General Growth Properties, the second largest U.S. REIT. Rajeev began his professional career with Ernst & Young LLP.

Luna Gold Corp. (TSX: LGC) announced the departure of Duane Lo from the positions of Executive Vice President and CFO of Luna Gold effective June 30, 2015. Concurrently, the Company is pleased to announce the appointment of Brad Blacketor as Chief Financial Officer effective July 7, 2015. Mr. Blacketor was CFO of Metallica Resources Inc. for 11 years prior to their merger into New Gold Inc. His past associations have been as CFO at Gold Resource Corporation, Bear Creek Mining Corporation, Metallica Resources Inc., and MinCorp Ltd. Most recently Mr. Blacketor was CFO at Midway Gold Corp.

Goldrush Resources Ltd. (TSX-V: GOD) announced the appointment of Scott Davis as Chief Financial Officer effective July 1, 2015. Mr. Davis is a partner in the Vancouver accounting firm CrossDavis & Company LLP where he has provided accounting services to junior mining and industrial companies for over 10 years. Scott Hamilton, who has served as Chief Financial Officer since November 2014 and as Chief Accountant of Goldrush since 2004 has resigned in order to take a position in the oil and gas industry.

ATK Oilfield Transportation Inc. announced the appointment of Darcy Campbell as Chief Financial Officer. Darcy worked at the executive level, including as CFO, for both publicly traded and private companies as well as Canadian and international companies. Brett Walker is leaving his position as CFO to explore other opportunities and will remain with ATK for a period to assist with the transition.

ExGen Resources Inc. (TSX-V: EXG) announced the appointment of Jason Tong to the position of CFO for the Company. Mr. Tong replaces Brian Harder, who is resigning as CFO. Mr. Harder will remain as a consultant to the company. Mr. Tong was previously the CFO of Pathway Capital Ltd. Mr. Tong was the CFO of Turnberry Resources Ltd. from February 2012 until the Company was acquired in April 2014. Currently, Mr. Tong is the CFO of Bluefire Mining (since March 2011) and holds a senior management position with a private technology start-up.
