Dentons [Montréal] welcomes Andrea Nicholls to the Firm as Canada Chief Financial Officer. Most recently, Andrea led the finance operations and financial reporting at Triton Digital, Inc. Andrea comes to Dentons with significant professional services experience, having spent the first 13 years of her career in public accounting at PwC Montreal, as a Senior Manager in the Assurance practice.
Chorus Aviation Inc. [HALIFAX] (TSX: CHR) announced the appointment of Gary Osborne as Chief Financial Officer. Osborne is currently the Vice President, Finance and Business Services at Jazz, and will succeed Jolene Mahody. Mr. Osborne has been with the company 14 years. Over the next several months Ms. Mahody will work with Mr. Osborne to ensure a smooth transition to his new role which is effective May 8, 2019.
Exchange Income Corporation [WINNIPEG] (TSX: EIF) announced the appointment of Darryl Bergman as Chief Financial Officer, who will join EIC in April, 2019. Bergman joins EIC from Northland Power Inc., where he was Vice President, Corporate Finance and Treasurer. Richard Wowryk, Corporate Controller at EIC, will act as interim Chief Financial Officer until Mr. Bergman joins EIC.
Invictus MD Strategies Corp. [Vancouver] (TSX-V: GENE; OTCQX: IVITF) announced the appointment of Harbir Toor as Chief Financial Officer (“CFO”) on March 7, 2019, to succeed Dylan Easterbrook. Ms. Toor most recently served as Vice President, Finance of a private, clinical stage biopharmaceutical company. Prior to that, Ms. Toor held various senior finance positions including Interim Finance Director of a not-for-profit organization and Corporate Controller of a public pharmaceutical company.
Titanium Transportation Group Inc. [BOLTON, Ontario] (TSX-V: TTR) announced Kasia Malz has resigned as Chief Financial Officer, effective March 15, 2019. Alex Fu, Titanium’s Director of Finance, has been appointed by the Company’s board of directors as Interim Chief Financial Officer.
Lift & Co. Corp. [TORONTO] (TSX-V: LIFT) announced the appointment of Kasia Malz to the position of Chief Financial Officer (“CFO”), effective March 18, 2019. Malz will succeed Craig Hudson. Most recently and over the past five years, Ms. Malz was Chief Financial Officer at Titanium Transportation Group Inc. Prior to Titanium, Ms. Malz was a manager at Williams & Partners Chartered Accountants LLP since 2006.
