Alithya [MONTREAL] announced that Claude Thibault will be joining Alithya on August 13 as Senior Vice-President and Chief Financial Officer. Claude has more than 20 years of experience serving as CFO for a variety of companies, both private and publicly traded. He has recently held the CFO position at the DCM Group, and previously at Mediagrif Interactive Technologies, Aptilon Health, and PTT Poly Canada L.P. – a company related to Shell Chemicals.

Yellow Pages Limited [MONTREAL] (TSX: Y) announced that Franco Sciannamblo has been appointed to the position of Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer.  For the past five years, Mr. Sciannamblo has been the Company’s Vice President, Corporate Controller, and Chief Accounting Officer.  The Company reported that Ken Taylor, the previous CFO, will leave the Company after a period of smooth transition.

McCoy Global Inc. [EDMONTON] (TSX: MCB) announced that Lindsay McGill has been appointed Vice President & Chief Financial Officer (“CFO”) of the Corporation, effective September 4, 2018. Ms. McGill will be re-joining McCoy from EPCOR Utilities Inc., where she held a senior management position overseeing corporate tax planning and compliance.

Turnstone Biologics [OTTAWA, Ontario & NEW YORK] announced the appointment of Jane Pritchett Henderson as Chief Financial Officer. Previously, she served as Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President of Corporate Development of Voyager Therapeutics since January 2017. Prior to Voyager, Ms. Henderson served as Chief Financial and Business Officer of Kolltan Pharmaceuticals, Inc., having joined the privately held biopharmaceutical company in early 2013 and leading the sale of Kolltan to Celldex Pharmaceuticals, Inc., in late 2016. Prior to Kolltan, Ms. Henderson served in various financial and business development leadership roles at ISTA Pharmaceuticals, Axerion Pharmaceuticals and Panacos Pharmaceuticals. Ms. Henderson currently serves on the Board of Directors of Sesen Bio (formerly Eleven Biotherapeutics, Inc.) and Ophthotech as well as a non-profit foundation, The EQUUS Foundation.

The Ledcor Group of Companies [Vancouver] announced the appointment of John Kump as Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Previously, John Kump had been Ledcor’s Chief Administration Officer (CAO). Kump replaces Jim Logan who is retiring.

Roxgold Inc. [TORONTO] (TSX: ROXG, OTC: ROGFF) announced the appointment of Vince Sapuppo to the position of Chief Financial Officer. Previously, he was the General Manager, Mergers and Acquisitions (Acting) and Group Manager, Commercial Reporting at Newcrest Mining. Prior to that, Mr. Sapuppo worked for BHP for over 10 years where he held various senior finance positions including Vice President Reporting, Divisional Chief Financial Officer and Controller roles. Mr. Sapuppo is presently the General Manager Finance at Beach Energy Limited, and is expected to assume the role with Roxgold in early September 2018.  Mr. Sapuppo replaces Natacha Garoute, who will be leaving the Company to take a position with a firm based in Montreal where she resides.

Divestco Inc. [Calgary] (TSX-V: DVT) announced that Danny Chiarastella, Chief Financial Officer, has resigned and will be leaving the Company effective August 2, 2018.
