Champion Petfoods [EDMONTON] announced that Greg Christenson is the Company’s new Chief Financial Officer. Christenson most recently was Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Amplify Snack Brands. Prior to joining Amplify, he was Chief Financial Officer of WhiteWave and Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Oberto Brands. He also spent 14 years at Kraft Foods in several leadership roles.
D-BOX Technologies Inc. [MONTREAL] (TSX: DBO) announced that Jean-François Lacroix, the Company’s Chief Financial Officer, has tendered his resignation in order to pursue another opportunity. The resignation of Mr. Lacroix takes effect on August 8,2019. The Company has appointed Sébastien Mailhot, Chief Operating Officer of D-BOX, as Interim Chief Financial Officer.
Good Life Networks Inc. [Vancouver] (TSX-V: GOOD) announced that Andrew Osis will be returning as the Company’s Chief Financial Officer. Osis will replace Konstantin Lichtenwald in this role. Osis previously served as interim CFO of GLN. His experience includes Vice President-Global Banking at RBC Dominion Securities, Inc. Osis has also held positions with Peters & Company and Newcrest Capital where he focused on mergers, acquisitions, and equity and debt financings. Since leaving the investment banking business. Mr. Osis has served on numerous Boards of Directors, and as CEO and CFO of public and private organizations.
Highvista Gold Inc. [Toronto] (TSX-V: HVV) announced that it has accepted the resignation of Janet O’Donnell as Chief Financial Officer of the Company. John L. Burns has agreed to assume the role of acting CFO of the Company.
Lite Access Technologies Inc. [VANCOUVER] (TSX-V: LTE, OTC PINK: LTCCF) announced the appointment of Chui Wong as Chief Financial Officer (CFO), replacing Arun Gupta. Most recently, Wong was CFO of a group of public and private mining companies. Prior to that, he held various progressively senior financial management positions at Methanex Corporation and was Vice President, SEC External and Financial Reporting at Bear Stearns in New York City.
Guyana Goldfields Inc. [TORONTO] (TSX: GUY) announced the appointment of Leon Binedell as Chief Financial Officer effective August 26, 2019. Until recently, Binedell was the Finance Director for a mining-focused private equity firm. Prior to this, Binedell was the National Leader – Finance Consulting in Mining & Energy for PricewaterhouseCoopersLLP. Prior thereto, Binedell worked at several companies including Xstrata Nickel (now Glencore), KoniamboNickelSAS (a Glencore Nickel Joint Venture), Xstrata Coal and Deloitte.
Nevado Resources Corporation [VANCOUVER] (NEX: VDO.H) announced Lesia Burianyk has been appointed as Chief Financial Officer of the Company. Burianyk has over 15 years of industry experience serving as Chief Financial Officer for various TSX-V and CSE listed companies. Burianyk succeeds Marcel Bergeron as CFO.
