Stephanie Ratza
Quisitive [TORONTO] announced it has named Stephanie Ratza as chief financial officer (CFO). Prior to joining Quisitive, Ratza held executive positions with The Descartes Systems Group, Open Text Corporation, MKS Inc., and IPICO Inc., and worked for private companies such as BlueCat Networks Inc., Resolver Inc., and Kiite Inc. She also currently sits on the board of directors for Good Life Network Inc. and Centre of Excellence in Next Generation Networks (CENGN).
AutoCanada Inc. [EDMONTON] announced that Christopher Burrows has resigned from his position as Chief Financial Officer and will remain as an advisor for three months to effect an orderly transition.
Maya Gold & Silver Inc. [MONTREAL] (TSX: MYA) announced the appointment of Bruno Dumais as its new Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Dumais has held senior level positions in publicly traded companies crossing a variety of sectors, such as KDA Group, Mitec Telecom, Niocan and Premier Tech. Until recently, he was Chief Financial Officer of KDA Group.
