Silver Bear Resources Plc [TORONTO] (TSX: SBR) announced the appointment of Mikhail Ilyin as Chief Financial Officer (“CFO”). Ilyin first joined Silver Bear as a Group Finance Controller on February 28, 2019. Mr. Ilyin has extensive experience as a financial executive and senior audit consultant. Mr. Ilyin joined the Company from United Cable Group where he was Head of Finance Control.
Q-Gold Resources Ltd. [TORONTO] (TSX-V: QGR) announced that Deborah Battiston, a former Chief Financial Officer of the Company, has been re-appointed as Chief Financial Officer of the Company. Ms. Battiston has over 25 years of experience that includes public companies, mergers & acquisitions as well as tax and financing. Battiston replaces Stephen Woodhead, the former Chief Financial Officer of the Company.
Pasinex Resources Limited [TORONTO] (CSE: PSE) announced that Wendy Kaufman, Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Secretary, has advised the Company that she will resign from the organization to pursue another opportunity.
Khiron Life Sciences Corp. [TORONTO] (TSX-V: KHRN, OTCQB: KHRNF) announced the appointment of Wendy Kaufman as CFO, effective July 2, 2019. Kaufman served most recently as CFO at Pasinex Resources Limited. Ms. Kaufman has significant experience with Latin American operations, gained during her tenure as CFO at Primero Mining Corporation, and previously in her role as Vice President, Finance and Treasury at Inmet Mining Corporation, among other executive management positions. Kaufman will be replacing Darren Collins who has concurrently resigned his position as CFO to pursue other interests.
