Madalena Energy Inc. [CALGARY] (TSX-V: MVN) announced that Thomas Love, VP Finance and Chief Financial Officer will depart the Company, effective May 31, 2017.

Yorbeau Resources Inc. [MONTREAL] (TSX: YRB.A) announced that Ercan Ugur has decided to leave his position as Chief Financial Officer. Yorbeau has appointed George Bodnar Jr. to assume the role of Vice-President and interim Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Bodnar Jr. currently serves as Vice-President of Yorbeau and has been a director of the Company since 1997. A veteran of the natural resources industry, he was president of the Company from 1997 to 2007. He is also a C.A. and was a founding partner of Côté Bodnar, Chartered Accountants (since acquired by Samson Bélair Deloitte & Touche).

TerrAscend Corp. [TORONTO] (CSE: TER) announced the appointment of Rebecca Hudson as the Company’s Chief Financial Officer (“CFO”). Before joining TerrAscend, Rebecca served as CFO of Hornby Bay Mineral Exploration Ltd. Prior to her role at Hornby, Rebecca served as CFO for several publicly-listed mining and exploration companies. The Company also announces that Jonathan Leong has resigned from the position of Interim CFO.

Bluestone Resources Inc. [VANCOUVER] (TSX-V: BSR) announced the appointment of Peter Hemstead as Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Hemstead has over 20 years of finance experience, with the last 10 years spent in a senior financial executive role at Capstone Mining Corp.

DIRTT Environmental Solutions Ltd. [CALGARY] (TSX: DRT) announced Clinton G. McNair as the newest addition to its senior management team, in the role of Chief Financial Officer. McNair’s official appointment to CFO is scheduled for June 1, 2017. McNair will join DIRTT after an accomplished career with Deloitte LLP, where he is currently Partner in its assurance practice. McNair is also the Deloitte Technology Leader for the Prairies and the CFO Transitions Leader for Western Canada.

International Wastewater Systems Inc. [VANCOUVER] (CSE: IWS) announced that Yaron Conforti will be leaving his role as the Company’s Chief Financial Officer and a member of its Board of Directors, to pursue new opportunities. David Alexander has been appointed to the role of CFO. Alexander has extensive experience as a CFO and his past achievements include CFO of Arakis Energy Corporation (subsequently sold to Talisman Energy), and Nortran Pharmaceuticals, Inc., (later Cardiome Pharma).

Madalena Ventures Inc. (TSX-V: MVN) announced that Thomas Love has been appointed Vice President, Finance and Chief Financial Officer.  Most recently, Mr. Love was the former CFO and a director of Online Energy Inc. and had been providing consulting services to the Company since the acquisition of Online. Prior to his role at Online, he was the CFO of Trimox Energy Inc. and Moxie Exploration Ltd., and President and Chief Executive Officer of Moxie Petroleum Ltd.  Earlier in Mr. Love’s career, he was involved in running the Canadian operations of a U.K. based International E&P and articled at Ernst & Young LLP.

Teliphone Corp. (OTC: TLPH) announced the appointment of Chris Convey as its Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Convey served as the Chief Financial Officer of Uniserve Communications Corp. from October 2011 to December 13, 2012. Prior to Uniserve he served as Vice President of Finance for two hi-technology firms. He further served as the Financial Controller for PA Consulting’s Venture Investment arm. Mr. Convey replaces Tim Sansom, the CFO of Navigata Communications 2009 Inc. who remained with the company during the initial transition period after Teliphone acquired it main operations and network in December 2012.

FDG Mining Inc. (TSX-V: FDG) announced that Andres Tinajero has resigned as Chief Financial Officer of the Company.

Quartz Mountain Resources Ltd. (TSX-V: QZM) announced that Michael Lee has been appointed as Chief Financial Officer (“CFO”).  Mr. Lee replaces Simon Beller who has resigned from his role with the Company. Since 2010, Mr. Lee has led the Risk and Compliance department at Hunter Dickinson Inc. (“HDI’).  Prior to joining HDI, Mr. Lee worked for Ernst & Young LLP.

Enhance Skin Products Inc. (OTC: EHSK) appointed Donald Nicholson as President, Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer. From February 2009 to the present, Mr. Nicholson has been a member of the Company’s Board of Directors.  Mr. Nicholson is, currently, the founding shareholder, and Chief Executive Officer of Mercuriali Ltd..  From February 2007 until January 2010, Mr. Nicholson was the founding shareholder and Chief Financial Officer of Stravencon Ltd. From February 1996 to November 2006, Mr. Nicholson was Chief Financial Officer of SkyePharma Plc. From January 1989 until September 1995, Mr. Nicholson was with Corange London Limited (Boehringer Mannheim) in various capacities, including Corporate Strategy and Finance Director, Financial Reporting and Strategy Director and Assistant Group Financial Controller.  From September 1986 until December 1998, Mr. Nicholson was with the Wellcome Foundation Ltd., London.
