Jerry Ritzert
Dollar Bank [PITTSBURGH] announced the appointment of Jerry Ritzert as Chief Financial Officer. Ritzert originally joined Dollar Bank in March of 2018, as the Executive Vice President of Finance. Prior to joining Dollar Bank, Ritzert served as Executive Vice President and Corporate Controller at Northwest Bancshares, Inc. for 15 years. Additionally, he has held positions in accounting, financial planning, and corporate finance.
Waitr Holdings Inc. [LAKE CHARLES, LA] (NASDAQ: WTRH) announced that Jeff Yurecko, the Company’s current Chief Financial Officer, will resign from the position effective November 1, 2019.
Gilead Sciences, Inc. [FOSTER CITY, CA] (NASDAQ: GILD) announced that Andrew Dickinson has been appointed Chief Financial Officer (CFO), effective November 1. Dickinson currently serves as the company’s Executive Vice President, Corporate Development and Strategy. Dickinson joined Gilead in 2016. Prior to his tenure at Gilead, Dickinson worked for nine years at Lazard Frères & Co., where he was Global Co-Head of Healthcare Investment Banking. Prior to Lazard, he was General Counsel and Vice President of Corporate Development at Myogen, Inc., which was acquired by Gilead in 2006. Earlier in his career, he worked as a lawyer specializing in mergers and acquisitions.
Automattic Inc. [SAN FRANCISCO] announced that Mark Davies has joined the company as Chief Financial Officer. Davies comes to Automattic from Vivint, where he served as chief financial officer since 2013. Prior to Vivint, Davies worked for Alcoa as president of global business services and as a member of the Alcoa executive council. He spent twelve years at Dell Inc., most recently as the managing vice president of strategic programs, reporting directly to Michael Dell; and he served as chief financial officer of the Global Consumer Group.
Vivint Smart Home [PROVO, UT] announced that Mark Davies, chief financial officer, will be stepping down from his role to pursue a CFO opportunity outside of the smart home industry. Dale R. Gerard, currently senior vice president of finance and treasurer, will serve as interim CFO. Before Vivint, Gerard worked as the assistant treasurer and director of finance at American Commercial Lines and was senior treasury and financial analyst at Wabash National Corporation.

Michael McMurray
LyondellBasell [HOUSTON and LONDON] (NYSE: LYB) announced that Michael McMurray has been appointed executive vice president and chief financial officer (CFO), effective Nov. 5, 2019. McMurray replaces Thomas Aebischer who, earlier this year, elected to retire at the end of 2019. McMurray joins LyondellBasell following a nearly 11-year career at Owens Corning where he served as vice president, Investor Relations and treasurer; vice president, Finance for the Building Materials Group; and, for the past seven years, as chief financial officer. Prior to Owens Corning, McMurray spent 21 years in various positions of increasing responsibility with Royal Dutch Shell including as vice president, Shell Capital; global treasurer for Shell Chemicals; and Americas Finance manager for the Lubricants business. McMurray sits on the board of directors for Flowserve (NYSE: FLS).
Owens Corning [TOLEDO, OH] (NYSE: OC) announced that Michael McMurray, Chief Financial Officer, will be stepping down from his role to pursue another professional opportunity. Prith Gandhi, currently Vice President of Corporate Strategy, Corporate Development, and Financial Planning, will serve as interim CFO. Prior to joining Owens Corning, Gandhi worked in various financial roles for Dover Corporation and Zebra Technologies Corporation. Gandhi also spent 11 years with Morgan Stanley in mergers and acquisitions, and proprietary trading.
Orion Engineered Carbons S.A. [HOUSTON] (NYSE: OEC) announced the appointment of Lorin Crenshaw as Chief Financial Officer, effective November 4, 2019. Most recently, he held the position of Vice President and CFO for Albemarle Corporation’s Global Lithium business unit. Crenshaw will succeed Charles Herlinger as CFO who previously announced his intention to retire at the end of 2019.
Atento S.A. [NEW YORK] (NYSE: ATTO) announced the appointment of Jose Antonio de Souza Azevedo as Chief Financial Officer. Azevedo will replace the current CFO Mauricio Montilha. The appointment is effective as of November 11, 2019. Before joining Atento, he served as Unidas’ Chief Financial Officer and Investor Relations Officer. Azevedo previously served as Country Manager Brazil for Softline Company from 2016 to 2017. Prior to that, he held executive positions at Globalweb Data Services as Chief Executive Officer in 2015 and Chief Financial Officer from 2014 to 2015. He also served as Chief Financial Officer of Estre Ambiental from 2013 to 2014 and held several leadership positions at Latam Airlines from 2008 to 2013.
Huntington Bancshares, Inc. [COLUMBUS, OH] (NASDAQ: HBAN) announced that Zachary J. Wasserman will become Huntington’s senior executive vice president and chief financial officer, effective November 4, 2019. Wasserman succeeds Howell D. “Mac” McCullough, who previously announced his planned retirement after more than five years as Huntington’s CFO. Wasserman joins Huntington from Visa, Inc., where he served as CFO for the company’s North American business. Prior to Visa, Inc., Wasserman served in a variety of roles at American Express Company, where he spent four years as CFO of the company’s U.S. consumer business. He also served as CFO for other American Express businesses, including global merchant services, global network services and the global commercial card business. His previous financial leadership roles included the American Express consumer and small business unit in Asia, investment optimization and corporate planning.
e.ventures [SAN FRANCISCO] announced the addition of Patrick Reilly as Global Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining e.ventures, Pat was with TCV for over 20 years and was promoted to Chief Financial Officer in early 2014.

Paul S. Lalljie
2U, Inc. [LANHAM, MD] (NASDAQ: TWOU) announced the appointment of Paul S. Lalljie as the company’s Chief Financial Officer. Lalljie most recently served as CFO of Neustar, Inc. from 2009 to 2018. Lalljie joined Neustar’s finance department in 2000 and held several roles there before becoming CFO. Lalljie succeeds Catherine A. Graham, who announced her retirement as 2U’s CFO in August.
Sanmina Corporation [SAN JOSE, CA] (NASDAQ: SANM) announced Kurt Adzema has joined the Company as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Adzema succeeds David Anderson, who previously announced in January 2019 his plan to retire. Anderson will help facilitate a smooth transition and will remain as an advisor to Sanmina’s Executive Chairman through March 27, 2020. Most recently, Adzema served as Chief Financial Officer of publicly traded Finisar. Prior to Finisar, he held various positions at SVB Alliant, Montgomery Securities/Banc of America Securities, and Smith Barney.
American National Bankshares, Inc. [DANVILLE, VA] (NASDAQ: AMNB), parent company of American National Bank and Trust Company announced that William W. Traynham has informed the Company that he will retire from his position as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for medical reasons effective October 31, 2019. Jeffrey W. Farrar, Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, will assume the additional role of Chief Financial Officer and Principal Financial Officer for the Company and the Bank as of that date. Farrar has more than twenty years of experience in community banking, most recently serving as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Old Point Financial Corporation. Prior to that, he was with Union Bankshares Corporation and its predecessor companies since 1996.
MJardin Group, Inc. [TORONTO AND DENVER] (CSE: MJAR, OTCQX: MJARF) announced the appointment of Edward Jonasson, effective November 1, 2019. Jonasson was Vice President Finance and Group Corporate Controller at The Stars Group Inc. Jonasson also held senior finance positions at Open Text Corporation and DWL Incorporated.
Apprio [WASHINGTON] announced the appointment of Erika Capobianco as chief financial officer (CFO). Most recently, Capobianco served as executive director within JP Morgan Chase. She has worked in leading financial positions at Booz Allen Hamilton and SunTrust Bank.
Burlington Stores, Inc. [BURLINGTON, NJ] (NYSE: BURL) announced that John Crimmins has been appointed Chief Financial Officer. Crimmins joined the Company in 2011 and has served as interim Chief Financial Officer since September 16, 2019, in addition to his role as Executive Vice President, Finance and Chief Accounting Officer. Before joining Burlington Stores, Mr. Crimmins held various roles at The Timberland Company including Chief Financial Officer, and Corporate Controller and Chief Accounting Officer from 2002 to 2009.

RiVidium Inc. [MANASSAS, VA] (dba TripleCyber) announced that Archana Dhore is appointed Chief Financial Officer (CFO).

Michael Moehn
Ameren Corporation [ST. LOUIS] announced that Marty Lyons, currently executive vice president and chief financial officer, and president of Ameren Services, will become president of Ameren Missouri. Michael Moehn, currently president of Ameren Missouri, will become executive vice president and chief financial officer, and president of Ameren Services. The organizational changes will be effective Dec. 1. Moehn joined Ameren in 2000 and has been president of Ameren Missouri since 2014. He has held numerous senior leadership roles at Ameren, including those in the areas of nuclear and customer operations, regulatory and legislative affairs, strategy and accounting.
StemoniX, Inc. [MAPLE GROVE, MN] announced the appointment of Andy LaFrence as Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Prior to joining StemoniX, LaFrence served as Senior Vice President and CFO of Biothera Pharmaceuticals, Inc. from May 2018 to July 2019, and for five years prior to that as Vice President Finance, Information Systems, and CFO at Surmodics, Inc. LaFrence also previously served as CFO for CNS Therapeutics. He was an audit partner at KPMG LLP where he focused on supporting venture-backed, high-growth medical technology, pharmaceutical, biotech, and clean tech private and public companies.
Goodnight Midstream LLC [DALLAS] announced the addition of Ben Daitch as its Chief Financial Officer. Most recently, Daitch served as Chief Financial Officer of Paradigm Midstream. Prior to that, he was Chief Financial Officer at Jamex, Lonestar Resources and CDX Gas. Previously, he was an investment banker at UBS, Bank of America and Deutsche Bank.

Scott Rosenberg
Vector Solutions [TAMPA, FL] announced that Scott Rosenberg has taken the role of Chief Financial Officer. Before joining Vector Solutions, Rosenberg served as the CFO at Kabbage. Prior to Kabbage, Rosenberg spent nearly six years at Purchasing Power, LLC. Rosenberg’s past experience also includes time as CFO of eBay Enterprise, formerly GSI Commerce.
