Apogee Enterprises, Inc. [MINNEAPOLIS] (NASDAQ: APOG) announced that it has selected Nisheet Gupta as the company’s next Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, effective June 15, 2020. Gupta will succeed James Porter, who announced his planned retirement last December. Gupta joins Apogee from Land O’ Lakes, Inc.,where he has served as Vice President, Global Finance Operations since 2017. Prior to his role at Land O’ Lakes, Nisheet worked for eight years at Diebold Nixdorf, where he held roles of increasing responsibility in the company’s finance organization. Previously he served in numerous finance leadership roles with leading global companies including FirstData (now FISERV), Novartis, FedEx, and Ernst & Young.
Zuora, Inc. [REDWOOD CITY, CA] (NYSE: ZUO) announced Todd McElhatton will join as the company’s chief financial officer, effective June 22, 2020. McElhatton currently serves as senior vice president and chief financial officer of SAP Cloud Business Group. Prior to his role as a member of SAP’s Global Finance Leadership Team, he was the CFO for SAP North America. Before joining SAP, McElhatton held multiple senior finance leadership roles, including as CFO of VMware’s Hybrid Cloud Business, CFO of Oracle’s Cloud Services and CFO for Hewlett Packard Managed Services Business.
WWP [FLORHAM PARK, NJ] hired Jennifer Adams as its Global Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Most recently, she served as EVP COO & CFO for NYDJ Apparel, LLC. Prior to that, she spent nearly five years as CFO for The Collected Group; before that, she served as CFO for select brands of Denver-based VF Corporation.
Agilysys, Inc. [ALPHARETTA, GA] (NASDAQ: AGYS) announced that Dave Wood, will become its Chief Financial Officer on June 1, 2020. The appointment follows the resignation of Tony Pritchett, Current Chief Financial Officer, who is leaving to pursue other opportunities. Wood has been the Company’s Vice President, Corporate Strategy & Investor Relations since June 2019, after having served as Agilysys Vice President – Finance. Wood joined Agilysys in 2011 as the Controller of the Hospitality Division. Since that time, he has led a variety of teams across Operations, Accounting and Finance, serving as Vice President – Finance, and subsequently as Vice President – Corporate Strategy & Investor Relations, Prior to joining Agilysys, Dave was a Senior Manager at NCR and Radiant Systems working on various Finance and Accounting functions.
Vor Biopharma [CAMBRIDGE] announced the appointment of Nathan Jorgensen, PhD, as Chief Financial Officer. Dr. Jorgensen has over a decade of experience in the financial industry focused on healthcare and biopharma at the Qatar Investment Authority (QIA), Calamos Investments and Stifel Nicolaus.
Resideo Technologies, Inc. [AUSTIN, TX] (NYSE: REZI) announced it has selected Tony Trunzo to serve as its chief financial officer, effective June 8, 2020. Trunzo most recently served as a managing director at a leading West Coast private equity firm. From April 2015 to November 2016, Trunzo was executive vice president and CFO of FEI Company, before it was acquired by ThermoFisher Scientific in September of 2016. Prior to that, he served in leadership roles at FLIR Systems, including as senior vice president and CFO from 2010 to 2015, and as senior vice president, Corporate Strategy and Development from 2003 to 2010. Earlier in his career, Trunzo worked in various capacities at Bank of America Securities and PNC Bank. Trunzo is on the Board of Directors and is the audit committee chair for API Technologies Corporation.
Patrick Industries, Inc. [ELKHART, IN] (NASDAQ: PATK) announced that Joshua Boone, Chief Financial Officer, has resigned to accept a senior leadership position with another publicly traded company. The Company has appointed John A. Forbes as Interim Chief Financial Officer. Forbes, who has been a member of Patrick’s Board of Directors since 2011, has extensive senior leadership experience, including as the President of Utilimaster, a business unit of Spartan Motors USA, Inc., from 2010 to 2017, the CFO of Utilimaster from 2009 to 2010, and the CFO of Nautic Global Group LLC from 2007 to 2009. In addition, Mr. Forbes served as the CFO of Adorn Holdings, Inc. from 2003 until its acquisition by Patrick in 2007.
Organic Valley [LA FARGE, WI] announced the appointment of Joseph Eagleeye as chief financial officer of CROPP Cooperative. Eagleeye joined CROPP Cooperative in 2017, most recently serving as vice president of business insight and data science. Prior to joining Organic Valley, Eagleeye was a risk manager for Morgan Stanley’s wealth management program. He previously served as a principal at Premia Capital Management in Chicago. His career has also included insights and risk management roles for Merrill Lynch & Co. and derivative and commodity trading strategies for Putnam Investments.
Breakthru Beverage Group [NEW YORK] announced the appointment of Melissa Calderwood as Executive Vice President & Chief Financial Officer effective June 1, 2020. Calderwood succeeds Gene Luciana, who has served as the company’s Chief Financial Officer since the inception of Breakthru Beverage Group after joining Charmer Sunbelt Group in 1992. Most recently Calderwood served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of five operational businesses at iHeartMedia, including financial and strategic oversight for National Sales, the syndicated Networks and the Live Events business. Previously, Calderwood held multiple finance and strategy roles at Diageo, including serving as Finance Director for the Catalyst Division, and as the North American Business Development lead within the Global Business Strategy Group. Prior to Diageo, she has held management roles at the General Motors Treasurer’s Office and at PricewaterhouseCoopers.
Park Place Technologies [CLEVELAND] announced that Andrew Gehrlein has joined the company as Chief Financial Officer. Gehrlein most recently served as CFO of Valtris Specialty Chemicals. His previous roles include more than a decade as CFO for ERICO International Corporation, and Controller for Chart Industries, Inc. Gehrlein inherits the role from Tony Tricarichi, who is retiring after serving Park Place as CFO since 2017.
Qualys, Inc. [FOSTER CITY, CA] (NASDAQ: QLYS) announced the appointment of Joo Mi Kim as Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Kim will take over from current CFO Melissa Fisher who will depart at the end of the month. Most recently, Kim served as CFO of Impact, a leader in partnership automation, and prior to that was CFO at Aera Technology. From 2016 to 2018, Joo Mi served as the vice president of FP&A and Investor Relations at Qualys.
Biofourmis [BOSTON] named Matt Borowiecki its Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Most recently, Borowiecki served as Head of Capital Transactions and Structuring for MassMutual. Prior to that, he served as Head of Corporate Development for MassMutual. Another role he held with the global company was Head of International Strategy and Corporate Development for MassMutual International, where he was based in Hong Kong.
BitSight [BOSTON] announced it has appointed Tim Adams to Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Adams joins BitSight from ObsEva where he held the same role. He also held the roles of CFO at Demandware, and CFO at athenahealth.
Histogen Inc. [SAN DIEGO] (NASDAQ: HSTO) announced the appointment of Susan A. Knudson as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Prior to coming to Histogen, Knudson most recently served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Pfenex Inc. Prior to Pfenex, Knudson held the position of Chief Financial Officer of Neothetics, Inc. Among her previous roles, she served as Senior Director of Finance and Administration at Avera Pharmaceuticals.
NGM Biopharmaceuticals, Inc. [SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO] (NASDAQ: NGM) announced the appointment of Siobhan Nolan Mangini as Chief Financial Officer (CFO), which will take effect on July 13, 2020. Nolan Mangini most recently served as President and CFO of Castlight Health. She joined Castlight in 2012 and assumed roles of increasing responsibility, ultimately being appointed CFO in 2016 followed by her additional appointment as President in 2019. Prior to joining Castlight, Nolan Mangini worked as a management consultant at Bain & Company. She began her career at the Henry J. Kaiser Family Foundation as a financial associate responsible for managing the allocation of the foundation’s endowment.
Applied Therapeutics [NEW YORK] (NASDAQ: APLT) announced the appointment of Dr. Charles (Chuck) Silberstein as Chief Financial Officer and Head of Business Development. Dr. Silberstein is replacing Dr. Mark Vignola, who will be moving on to pursue new business opportunities. Dr. Silberstein was formerly Senior Vice President of Corporate Business Development at Allergan plc (recently acquired by AbbVie). Dr. Silberstein brings was a portfolio manager and equity healthcare analyst at The Boston Company Asset Management and Goldman Sachs Asset Management and as a senior healthcare equity analyst at JP Morgan Asset Management.
Yakima Chief Hops [YAKIMA, Washington] welcomed new Chief Financial Officer Howard Allred. Allred brings experience with large, leading-edge brands including adidas Golf/Taylor Made, Sports Incorporated and Nike, Inc.
First Light Diagnostics, Inc. [CHELMSFORD, MA] appointed Andrew Wilsack as the company’s new CFO. Wilsack most recently served as a financial consultant at Danforth Advisors. He was previously the Vice President of FPA for Masimo Corporation and was the CFO at Argose Corporation.
Skybox Security [SAN JOSE, CA] announced that Charlie Velasquez has joined the company as chief financial officer. Velasquez joins Skybox with an extensive pedigree as CFO in companies including Arxan Technologies, CollabNet, AccelOps and Tidal Software. He also has directed operations and product management for Cisco Systems’ Cloud Solution Management Theater Group.
Siklu [SAN JOSE, CA] announced the appointment of Ilana Lurie as New Chief Financial & Chief Operations Officer and Secretary of the Board. Lurie is joining Siklu after her latest position at NovelSat, where she served as CFO. Previous to NovelSat, Lurie held various senior financial executive positions for the Enterprise Services business of HP, and Ness Technologies. Lurie also serves as Director in Eltek.
