Symantec Corp. [MOUNTAIN VIEW, Calif.] (NASDAQ: SYMC) announced that Nicholas Noviello will be stepping down from his role as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer in the coming months to pursue other opportunities. Mr. Noviello will continue as CFO until a successor is appointed and will assist in a smooth transition.
Snap Inc. [SANTA MONICA, Calif.] (NYSE: SNAP) announced the appointment of Lara Sweet, Snap’s current Chief Accounting Officer, as interim Chief Financial Officer and principal financial officer. Ms. Sweet’s appointment follows the previously announced departure of Chief Financial Officer Tim Stone, which is planned for February 5, 2019. Sweet joined Snap in 2016 and served in multiple roles in Snap’s finance organization, including Chief Accounting Officer and VP Controller. Prior to joining Snap, Ms. Sweet served as Controller and Chief Accounting Officer at AOL. She has also held the positions of Senior Director, External Reporting at Freddie Mac and Senior Manager, Internal Audit at Marriott International.
Norsk Titanium [PLATTSBURGH, N.Y.] announced that Stephen L. Littauer has joined the company as Chief Financial Officer. After serving as CFO for over three years, Bart van Aalst will return to his position as a member of the Norsk Board of Directors. Littauer most recently served as CFO for Ten Cate Advanced Composites and AIP Aerospace. Prior to his positions as a corporate officer, he spent 17 years as a senior-level financial executive with Eaton Corporation and GE Aviation. Littauer began his career progressing through increasingly responsible finance and contracts management roles at Rockwell and Thiokol.

James Denena
Snow Software [STOCKHOLM & AUSTIN, Texas] announced the appointment of James Denena as Chief Financial Officer. Most recently, Denena was Vice President of Global Finance & Corporate Development for PROS. He also served more than a decade at Applied Materials in various senior finance, business development, and M&A roles.
NN, Inc. [CHARLOTTE, N.C.] (NASDAQ: NNBR) announced that Chief Financial Officer Thomas C. Burwell will be departing from the company.
Two Harbors Investment Corp. [NEW YORK] (NYSE: TWO) announced the appointment of Mary Riskey as Vice President, Chief Financial Officer. The appointment of Ms. Riskey as Chief Financial Officer became effective following the previously announced resignation of Brad Farrell. Ms. Riskey joined Two Harbors in 2011 and has most recently served in the role of Vice President, Acting Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer, since October 2018.

Yvonna Stevens
International Youth Foundation (IYF) [Baltimore, MD] appointed Yvonna Stevens as their new Chief Financial Officer & Executive Vice President of Finance, Administration, and Information Technology. She previously served as IYF’s Director, International Finance and Administration from 2007 to 2018. Prior to this and since joining IYF in 2001, she worked in a variety of roles diversifying her financial and project experience including Project Finance Officer and Assistant Controller.
MomentFeed [SANTA MONICA, Calif.] announced that Ed Shaughnessy has joined the company as Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Prior to joining MomentFeed, Shaughnessy was CFO at LogicMonitor. He also spent more than a decade at Intel Corporation in core finance operational positions. In addition to serving as Director, Strategic Business Development in the Software and Solutions Group, Shaughnessy was Mergers & Acquisitions Finance Controller for Intel Capital, playing a key leadership role in Intel’s purchase of McAfee in 2010.
VMG Partners [SAN FRANCISCO] announced that Angad Hira has been promoted from his previous role as Vice President to Chief Financial Officer at VMG Partners. Hira will remain on the Board of Directors for VMG portfolio brand, Lily’s Sweets. Prior to joining VMG in 2010, Mr. Hira was an investment banker in the Mergers & Acquisitions group of UBS Investment Bank.
FICO [SAN JOSE, Calif.] (NYSE: FICO) announced that Mike Pung, CFO, has announced that he intends to retire from the company December 31, 2019. Pung will remain CFO until a successor is named and will facilitate a smooth transition.

Gregg Waldon
Alula [ST. PAUL, MINN.] announced that Gregg Waldon has joined the company as Chief Financial Officer. Waldon comes to Alula from Kareo. Before joining Kareo, Waldon served as the CFO at RedBrick Health. He also served a CFO at SoftBrands. Waldon also served for seven years as CFO at Stellent, that was acquired by Oracle. He also served as CFO at GalaGen.
Sunworks, Inc. [ROSEVILLE, Calif.] (NASDAQ: SUNW) announced that Phil Radmilovic, the Company’s Chief Financial Officer will resign to pursue other career opportunities. Mr. Radmilovic will continue in his role until February 22, 2019 to ensure an orderly transition of his responsibilities. Sunworks has appointed Paul McDonnel, its Treasurer and CFO from September 2016 – June 2018, to serve as interim CFO until a successor is identified.
Covalent Collective, Inc. [Colorado Springs, Colorado] announced that the Company added Anthony Engel as Chief Financial Officer. Before joining Covalent Collective, Mr. Engel served as CFO at Agrium. In addition to his experience at Agrium, Mr. Engel also previously served as Corporate Accounting Manager at Molson Coors.

Scott Brubaker
GlobalLogic Inc. [SAN JOSE, Calif.] announced that Scott Brubaker has joined as chief financial officer. Brubaker joins GlobalLogic from TPG Global, where he was an operating partner and managing director for the company’s credit arm. He began his career at accounting firm Arthur Andersen, and spent over ten years at Alvarez & Marsal.
888VoIP [BUFFALO, N.Y.] announced that Peter Crage will assume the role of Interim Chief Financial Officer. Most recently he was Chief Financial Officer for Diamond Resorts. Crage’s previous positions include Chief Financial Officer for Seaworld Entertainment Inc. Additionally, Crage also headed the financial team of Extended Stay America Inc. as the CFO and held the position of EVP and CFO for the Cedar Fair Entertainment Company.
DreamBox Learning [BELLEVUE, Wash.] announced that Lance Ludman has joined the company as Chief Financial Officer. Most recently, Ludman served as CFO of the Enterprise Markets Group for Blackbaud.
PCF Insurance Services [WOODLAND HILLS, Calif.] announced that Dani Goldsmith has joined the Company as its Chief Operating and Chief Financial Officer. Dani will also serve as a Director on PCF’s Board of Directors. Dani is the former Chief Financial Officer of HUB International. Dani has held leadership positions with Tenneco, Borg Warner, Owens Corning as well as numerous private equity-sponsored transactions.
Horizon Global Corporation [TROY, Mich.] (NYSE: HZN) announced that Barry Steele has been named the Company’s Chief Financial Officer, effective February 18, 2019. Steele will be joining Horizon Global from his role as Chief Financial Officer at Gentherm Incorporated. Prior to joining Horizon Global and in addition to Steele’s CFO role at Gentherm Incorporated, he also served in a number of financial roles, including the role of Chief Financial Officer, at Advanced Accessory Systems, LLC. Brian Whittman, a Managing Director of Alvarez & Marsal North America, LLC, who has been serving as interim CFO for Horizon Global since November 9, 2018, will continue to serve in that capacity until Steele joins the Company. After stepping down as interim CFO, Whittman will hold the title of Vice President, Finance through the filing of Horizon Global’s 10-K.

Joe Franciskovich, Chief Financial Officer
Old Pal [LOS ANGELES] appointed Joe Franciskovich as Chief Financial Officer. Franciskovich joins from Live Nation Entertainment where he served as Deputy CFO to Live Nation’s ticketing business, Ticketmaster. Prior to joining Ticketmaster, Joe was a director and investment lead for Steel Partners, LP. Prior to Steel, Franciskovich’s professional experience includes private equity roles with Platinum Equity, investment-banking roles with Citigroup, and five years active duty as an officer in the US Air Force.
Sanmina Corporation [SAN JOSE, Calif.] (NASDAQ: SANM) announced that Chief Financial Officer, David Anderson, plans to retire from his role to spend more time with his family. Anderson’s career with the company spans 17 years. David joined Sanmina in 2002 and has held various financial positions becoming CFO in 2017. To ensure a smooth transition, Anderson will continue in his role as Chief Financial Officer until a successor is named, and then will move to an advisory role until March 27, 2020.
Armor Express [CENTRAL LAKE, Mich.] announced the appointment of Thomas (Tom) Thebes, Jr. as its new Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining Armor Express, his most recent roles were that of CFO and VP of Finance at Domo Tactical Communications (DTC). Before that, he served as EVP of Operations, General Manager, CFO and VP of Finance at Chemring (Niitek, 3rd Radar, Chemring Detection Systems). Tom also served as CFO and VP of Finance at Protected Vehicles, Inc. and Force Protection, Inc. Earlier in his career, he held various positions including Finance Manager, Controller and Director of Finance, at Spectrum Group, Insilco Technologies, KPMG Peat Marwick, Exide Electronics, and Owens-Corning Fiberglas.
Reading International, Inc. [CULVER CITY, Calif.] (NASDAQ: RDI) announced that Devasis “Dev” Ghose has retired from the Company as Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer. Gilbert Avanes, Vice President, Financial Planning and Analysis, has been appointed Interim Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer. Avanes joined Reading in 2007 and has held a variety of positions of increasing responsibility on the Company’s finance team, including: Senior Director of Financial Planning and Analysis; Director of Financial Planning and Analysis; Senior Finance Manager; and his current position of Vice President, Financial Planning and Analysis. Prior to joining Reading, Mr. Avanes served in various finance and accounting roles over the course of a decade at Toronto-Dominion Bank Financial Group.
Citizens, Inc. [Austin, Texas] announced that Kay E. Osbourn will transition to the role of Head of Financial Reporting and step aside as Citizens’ Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, and Chief Investment Officer, effective upon the Company’s appointment of a new Chief Financial Officer. Since joining the Company in 2008, Mrs. Osbourn has served in several different management roles including Chief Investment Officer, President, Interim Chief Executive Officer, Treasurer, and Vice President, Internal Audit. Mrs. Osbourn, served as Citizens’ Chief Financial Officer from 2009 through 2015 and then assumed the Chief Financial Officer role again in 2017. From 2015 to 2017, Mrs. Osbourn was the Company’s President.
USA Technologies, Inc. [MALVERN, Pa.] (NASDAQ: USAT) announced that Glen Goold has been appointed interim Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Goold has served as a consultant to USA Technologies since October 2018. Goold served as Chief Financial Officer at Sutron Corporation from 2014 to 2018. Mr. Goold had previously served as the assistant Chief Financial Officer and Director of Finance, and then as interim Chief Financial Officer for Sutron Corporation. Prior to that, he spent seven years at The Carlyle Group, where he served as Associate Vice President of Fund Management. Former Chief Financial Officer, Priyanka Singh, stepped down, effective January 7, 2019.
Constellation Advisers, LLC [NEW YORK] announced that it has hired Michael Sabatell as its Corporate Chief Financial Officer and Director of Financial and Regulatory Reporting. Sabatell joins Constellation after having spent nearly a decade at Fortress Investment Group where he last was Vice President and Controller. Prior to Fortress, Mr. Sabatell served as a Vice President and Management Company Controller for a global multi-strat hedge fund.
Bantek, Inc. [PINE BROOK, N.J.] (OTCPINK: DRUS) announced that it has selected Jeffrey L. Garon to be its new CFO and to join its board of directors. Jeff held senior positions in the following companies: Mota Group, CVA Partners, Etelos, Kaufman Bros., Tripath Technology, Silicon Storage Technology, Monster Cable Products, Oracle, Ashton-Tate, and Teledyne Microelectronics.
Curaleaf Holdings, Inc. [WAKEFIELD, Mass.] (CSE: CURA, OTCBB: CURLF) announced that Neil Davidson was appointed Chief Financial Officer. Davidson most recently served as Chief Financial Officer for Deluxe Entertainment Services Group. Prior to that, he spent nine years at Bally Technologies, Inc. where he rose through the ranks to become its Chief Financial Officer.
