Don Elsey
Lyra Therapeutics, Inc. [WATERTOWN, MA] announced that Don Elsey will join as the company’s Chief Financial Officer. Elsey most recently was Chief Financial Officer of Senseonics, Inc. Previously, he served as Chief Financial Officer of Regado Biosciences Corporation, and of LifeCell Corporation. Elsey was Chief Financial Officer of Emergent Biosolutions Corporation. Earlier in his career, he held senior financial positions at BioVeris Corporation, Igen, Inc. and PE Corporation (Applera). Elsey currently serves on the boards of directors of OpGen, Inc. and RegeneRx Biopharmaceuticals, Inc.

Jack McClunn
Bidtellect [DELRAY BEACH, FL] announced the appointment of Jack McClunn as the company’s Chief Financial Officer. Before joining Bidtellect, Jack served as CFO of Tilting Point Media, before which he served as CFO of DoubleVerify for five years. Prior to DoubleVerify, McClunn held CFO positions at SelectMinds Inc., later acquired by Oracle Corporation; and SpaFinder Inc.

Fraser Allan
Fisher & Paykel [COSTA MESA, CA] announced the appointment of Fraser Allan as Chief Financial Officer. Allan joined Fisher & Paykel in April 2017 and most recently has been serving as the Chief Financial Officer in New Zealand. Prior to Fisher & Paykel, Allan held several finance roles at companies such as KPMG and Spark New Zealand Limited.
ExtraHop [SEATTLE] announced the appointment of Bill Ruckelshaus as its Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Previously, Ruckelshaus was CEO and President at Blucora. Prior to Blucora, Ruckelshaus held CFO and COO positions with companies including Expedia and AudienceScience. His experience also includes leadership roles at financial institutions including Credit Suisse and Prudential.

Rachael Methal
Somos, Inc. [EAST BRUNSWICK, N.J.] announced the hiring of Rachael Methal as its Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Methal most recently served as the Chief Financial Officer at ClickPay.

Gayle Anderson
One Technologies, LLC [DALLAS] announces the appointment of Gayle Anderson as Chief Financial Officer. Anderson spent six years at Match.com, where she served as executive vice president of corporate development, CFO, and vice president of global finance. She also worked at DigiWorksCorp, Dallas Zoo Management, International Rectifier Corp., and The Walt Disney Co.
Ygrene Energy Fund [PETALUMA, CA] announced the appointment of Greg Saunders as Chief Financial Officer. Saunders joins Ygrene from CleanFund Commercial PACE Capital Inc. where he served as CleanFund’s Chief Executive and Financial Officer. Previously, Saunders served in CFO and COO roles at publicly traded and venture-backed specialty finance companies, most recently as the Chief Financial Officer at Project Frog Inc., and Tioga Energy Inc. Saunders succeeds Tim Condon, who is retiring.
CHS Inc. [ST. PAUL, MN] (NASDAQ: CHSCP) announced that Tim Skidmore, executive vice president and chief financial officer, is retiring effective December 31, 2019.
Quovant [NASHVILLE, TN] announced that Scott Craighead has joined as chief financial officer and brings more than 20 years of professional experience in public and privately owned entities.
ShiftPixy, Inc. [IRVINE, CA] (NASDAQ: PIXY) announced the hiring of Domonic “DJ” Carney as chief financial officer, replacing Patrice Launay who is leaving the company. Over the course of his impressive career, since serving as senior auditor at Deloitte & Touche in the early 1990s, Carney has twice served as Chief Financial Officer and has worked with an impressive group of public and private companies, from large corporations to high-growth startups spanning the high technology, contract manufacturing, advanced materials, and energy sectors.
Infinera Corporation [SUNNYVALE, CA] (NASDAQ: INFN) announced the appointment of Nancy Erba as Senior Vice President, Strategic Finance, and her subsequent appointment as Infinera’s new Chief Financial Officer (CFO), effective August 26, 2019. Erba will replace Brad Feller. Erba was CFO for Immersion Corporation. Prior to Immersion, she held numerous global leadership positions spanning functions and markets at Seagate Technology. These roles included Vice President, Financial Planning and Analysis, Division CFO and Vice President of Finance for Strategic Growth Initiatives, and Division CFO and Vice President of Finance of the Consumer Solutions Division.
Northrop Grumman Corporation [FALLS CHURCH, VA] (NYSE: NOC) appointed Todd Ernst, vice president of investor relations, reporting to Ken Bedingfield, corporate vice president and chief financial officer. Ernst succeeds Steve Movius, who will continue to serve as corporate vice president and treasurer until his planned retirement in early 2020. Prior to joining Northrop Grumman, Ernst served as vice president of investor relations at GE. Previously, he was vice president of corporate development at Raytheon, and led investor relations for seven years. Ernst joined Raytheon in 2010 as director, competitive assessment for corporate strategy. Ernst has also held senior positions at Balyasny Asset Management and Neuberger Berman.
DigitalOcean [NEW YORK] announced that it has appointed Bill Sorenson as its new Chief Financial Officer, who will help scale the company’s global finance organization. Most recently, Sorenson was the CFO at Enernoc. Previously, Sorenson served for five years as the CFO of Qlik.
Revature [RESTON, VA] announced the hiring of Arjun Ganesan as Chief Financial Officer. Before joining Revature, Ganesan spent nearly 15 years at ITG, as the Global Head of Corporate Development, Strategy and Financial Planning & Analysis.
AML RightSource [CLEVELAND] announced the appointment of Todd Ayers as Chief Financial Officer. Ayers previously was Vice President of Finance.

John R. Freeman
BioLabs [CAMBRIDGE, MA] announced that John R. Freeman joined as Chief Financial Officer. Freeman was most recently as CFO of the Lumeon. He also led the Boston office of Tonneson + Co.
NuCurrent [CHICAGO] announced the appointment of Stephen G. Wasko as its chief financial officer. Wasko led Illinois Superconductor Technology Corporation, where he was the founding CFO of a company. Wasko also served as CFO for Nanosphere, Inc. Wasko recently served as President/COO/CFO of ViMedicus, Inc.; as CFO and head of business development for Perceptual Robotics, Inc.; and as President/COO of Molecular Diagnostics, Inc.
SKOUT CYBERSECURITY [NEW YORK] announced it has appointed Don O’Neill as its new Chief Financial Officer. Most recently, he was Senior Vice President of Operations at Datto Inc. O’Neill also previously served as Datto’s Controller and interim CFO and played a leadership role during Vista Equity’s acquisition of the company and its subsequent merger with Autotask.
Turning Point Therapeutics, Inc. [SAN DIEGO] (NASDAQ: TPTX) named Yi Larson as executive vice president and chief financial officer, effective Aug. 26. Larson joins the company from Goldman Sachs & Co. where she worked for more than 12 years and most recently served as managing director of Healthcare Investment Banking.
GE [BOSTON] (NYSE: GE) announced that GE Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer Jamie S. Miller will transition from her role as CFO. Ms. Miller joined GE in 2008 as Vice President, Controller and Chief Accounting Officer. She went on to become GE’s Chief Information Officer. After two and a half years in that role, she became the President and CEO of GE Transportation. Ms. Miller was appointed SVP and Chief Financial Officer of GE in October 2017.
Maxim Integrated Products, Inc. [SAN JOSE, CA] (NASDAQ: MXIM) announced that Brian C. White will join Maxim on August 12, 2019. He will be appointed chief financial officer (CFO) after the filing of Maxim’s fiscal year 2019 Annual Report, estimated to be filed on August 16. Maxim Integrated’s current CFO, Bruce Kiddoo, will serve in an advisory role through October 2, 2019, after which he will retire to support non-profit causes. Most recently, White was the CFO at Integrated Device Technology (IDT) for almost six years. Prior to his role as CFO, he served as IDT’s vice president of finance and treasurer for six years. Additionally, Mr. White has held a variety of financial and operational management positions at companies including Hitachi GST, IBM and Deloitte.

Lou Martinez
Exide Technologies [Milton, GA] announced the appointment of Lou Martinez as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Martinez succeeds Tony Genito, who is retiring from Exide. Martinez joined Exide in 2005 and most recently held the position of Chief Accounting Officer and Corporate Controller. Prior to that, Mr. Martinez served as Corporate Controller for AirGate PCS, Cotelligent and Aegis Communications Group.
Regulus Therapeutics Inc. [LA JOLLA, CA] (NASDAQ: RGLS) announced the appointment of Cris Calsada as its new Chief Financial Officer effective August 30, 2019. Calsada joins Regulus from Sanifit where she has served as Chief Financial Officer since December 2017. Prior to her employment with Sanifit, Ms. Calsada was self-employed as a finance consultant to various life sciences companies. From 2004 until its acquisition in 2015, she served in positions of increasing responsibility with Ambrx, most recently serving as its Chief Operating Officer and Vice President of Finance. Prior to Ambrx, she worked for Sony Online Entertainment as its Executive Director of Finance and Controller.

Craig Connop
SME [SOUTHFIELD, Mich.] announced the hiring of Craig Connop as its new Chief Financial Officer. Most recently, Connop served as the Vice President of Finance at Stoneridge Control Devices. Previously, Craig was the CFO and VP of Finance and IT at GKN Driveline Americas.
Lannett Company, Inc. [PHILADELPHIA] (NYSE: LCI) announced the appointment of John Kozlowski as chief financial officer (CFO), effective August 31, 2019. He succeeds Martin Galvan, who, as previously announced, will retire on August 30, 2019, following the planned submission of the company’s Form 10-K for fiscal year 2019. Kozlowski presently serves as the company’s chief of staff and strategy officer. Prior to joining Lannett, Kozlowski held senior finance positions with Finisar Australia (formerly Optium Australia) and Optium Corporation.
Kentik [SAN FRANCISCO] announced the appointment of Alfred Yu as chief financial officer. Yu joins Kentik with over 20 years of experience, including senior positions at Bill.com and Evernote.
Curvature [CHARLOTTE, NC] announced the appointment of Sreekant Kasibhatta as the company’s new CFO. Previously, Kasibhatta served as CFO for RGIS. Prior to that, Kasibhatta held roles of increasing scope and seniority during 14 years at Tyco International. He also served as VP and CFO of Tyco’s Growth Markets. Additionally, Kasibhatta was the VP and CFO of Tyco Integrated Security, formerly ADT Commercial, a division of Tyco’s North American Installation & Services.
MATH Venture Partners [CHICAGO] announced the addition of Josh Leavitt as its Chief Financial Officer. Previously, Josh was a Market President for Green Thumb Industries and the Co-Founder & CEO of Zoku Technologies. Prior to that, from 2007 to 2016, Josh was the CFO of a Chicago-based hedge fund.
