New York Life announced that John Fleurant has been elected executive vice president and chief financial officer, effective July 1, 2013. Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer Michael Sproule will retire as scheduled on June 30, 2013, at which time Mr. Fleurant will begin serving as the company’s chief financial officer. Mr. Fleurant currently serves as Deputy CFO, a position he has occupied since October 2012 when the role was added to his other positions as senior vice president for finance and controller. Immediately prior to joining the company, Mr. Fleurant served as controller at Prudential Financial. After joining Prudential in 1995, he held positions of increasing responsibility, including chief financial officer for domestic businesses.
FIS™ (NYSE: FIS) announced that Woody Woodall has been named Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Woodall has served as senior vice president, chief accounting officer and controller for FIS since July 2008. Prior to joining FIS, Woodall served as executive director and controller of AT&T’s southeast region. Prior to AT&T, Woodall was a senior manager in the audit practice of PricewaterhouseCoopers serving technology and communications clients.
Innotrac Corporation (NASDAQ: INOC) announced the appointment of Steve Keaveney as its new Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Prior to joining Innotrac, Keaveney served as CFO for BeavEx.
Illinois Tool Works Inc. said its Chief Financial Officer Ronald Kropp will step down in August.
Monster Offers™ (OTC: MONT) announced the addition of Brandon M. Graham as its new Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining Monster Offers, Mr. Graham was responsible for leading the FP&A department for Tutor Perini Corp. Mr. Graham also served at AECOM Technology Corp as a Senior Analyst in Investor Relations and Corporate Development.
Sionix Corporation (OTC: SINX) announced the appointment of Joseph W. Autem as its Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Autem is a founder of CFO Partners from its inception in September of 2009. His clients at CFO Partners have included drilling companies and exploration and production companies in the states of Texas and Oklahoma. Prior to his association with CFO Partners, he has held CFO positions with leading companies including Rainwater, Inc., Natural Gas Partners, Broadcast.com, and TieTek. Mr. Autem currently serves on the Board of Directors of ViewCast Corporation; a Dallas based technology company and is the chairman of the audit committee.
24/7 Media announced that Christina Van Tassell has joined the company as Chief Financial Officer. Most recently she was Chief Financial Officer at Centurion Holdings in New York, a position she held for 9 years. Previously, she held senior roles with PricewaterhouseCoopers Transaction Services in New York and London, and PwC Global Capital Markets in Sweden.
Devicescape announced the appointment of Jeff Baeth to the position of Chief Financial Officer. Baeth comes to Devicescape from JAJAH, Inc., where he served as Chief Financial Officer and helped facilitate the company’s acquisition by Telefónica S.A. in 2010. Prior to joining JAJAH, Inc. in 2007, Baeth was senior vice president at VeriSign Inc. Prior to joining VeriSign, Baeth served in finance and accounting roles for Adobe Systems Inc., KLA-Tencor, and KPMG.
Pelion has named Richard Skelly as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining Pelion, Skelly served as the Executive Vice President/Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President and Treasurer for Golden Living formerly Beverly Enterprises (NYSE: BEV). Previously, he was Senior Vice President, Treasurer of OfficeMax. At The Grand Union Company, he served as Treasurer and Acting Chief Financial Officer.
Sabre Holdings® has appointed Rick Simonson as executive vice president (EVP) and chief financial officer (CFO). Simonson most recently served as CFO and president, business operations at Reardon Commerce. Prior to that he spent nearly 10 years in several global roles at Nokia, including EVP and general manager of Nokia’s Mobile Phones division, and EVP and CFO, which he held for over five years. He was also with Barclays Capital and Bank of America Securities serving the telecom, media, and technology industries. He currently serves on the boards of Electronic Arts and Silver Spring Networks. Simonson replaces CFO, Mark Miller , who is leaving the company to explore opportunities with other portfolio companies of TPG or Silver Lake, the two private equity firms that own Sabre.
Energy Automation Systems, Inc. (EASI) announced that Mary-Beth Army has been named chief financial officer. Army was most recently in a senior finance position with Healthtech Holdings. She has also served as CFO for Hobby Lobby International.
Relay Foods announced that Jill Douthit has joined the company as its new chief financial officer. Prior to joining Relay Foods, Douthit served as vice president of finance at a software-as-a-service provider. Before that, Douthit excelled in a variety of leadership roles at a procurement and supply chain management enterprise serving the hospitality industry. Douthit’s earlier career experience includes a planning and forecasting role with a major North American retail company and associate and analyst positions with a private equity fund.
Acronis announced that Craig Dynes has joined the Executive Team as chief financial officer (CFO). Prior to joining Acronis in March 2013, Mr. Dynes served as CFO and senior vice president of Pegasystems. He joined Pegasystems in 2006. From 2004 to 2006, Mr. Dynes served as CFO of Demandware. Prior to that, he served as President and CEO of Narad Networks from 2003 to 2004. From 1997 to 2002, Mr. Dynes served as CFO of SilverStream Software, Inc., an application development software company. He has held senior financial positions at Sybase Inc. and Powersoft Corp.
New Enterprise Stone & Lime Co., Inc. announced that it has appointed Paul I. Detwiler, III as the Company’s Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Detwiler will continue his role as President, Secretary and a director of the Company. In connection with his appointment, Paul I. Detwiler, III will cease to act as Chief Financial Officer of the Company. The Company also announced that it has appointed Albert L. Stone as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Stone previously served as U.S. Chief Financial Officer of Aggregates Industries, a position he held since 1997.
Pacific Power Products Holdings, Inc. announced that Dennis Bunday has been named president and chief financial officer. Bunday succeeds Mark Dawkins, who was recently named the company’s new chief executive officer. Bunday most recently served as executive vice president and chief financial officer of Williams Controls, Inc. from 2001 to 2012. Bunday also served as a board member of Southwall Technologies.
NBC Entertainment announced that Bradley Melnick has been promoted to executive VP and CFO. Melnick is a company veteran who most recently has been senior VP and CFO for the West Coast Television Group. Melnick joined NBC Universal in 1998 and has held positions in news, cable and production. He also has worked for Golden Books Family Entertainment and the accounting firm Coopers & Lybrand.
USHEALTH Group announced the promotion of Cynthia B. Koenig to serve as the insurance holding company’s Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Ms. Koenig joined the company in March 1999 as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Before coming to USHEALTH Group, Ms. Koenig served in various senior accounting management capacities with multi-line property and casualty insurance companies including TIG Holdings, Inc. and Fireman’s Fund Insurance Company.
The Davey Tree Expert Company has announced the promotion of Joseph Paul to CFO and secretary. David Adante, Davey’s former executive vice president, Chief Financial Officer and secretary, officially retired as of March 22, after more than 33 years at the company. Paul served most recently as vice president and treasurer at Davey. He began his Davey career in 2005 as treasurer, and his previous work experience includes Deloitte & Touche and AccessPoint Openings, LLC.
