J.D. Kern
Rand Logistics, Inc. [Jersey City, NJ] recently hired J.D. Kern as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Kern spent four years at FlexiVan, Inc. as its Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Among his earlier positions, Mr. Kern spent three years as a Controller at Archive Systems and four years as Corporate Controller at Amber Road. His career also includes positions at PTC Therapeutics, Sara Lee Corporation and Deloitte & Touche LLP.
Armstrong Flooring, Inc. [LANCASTER, Pa.] (NYSE: AFI) announced that Douglas B. Bingham, Vice President, Treasury and Investor Relations, has been promoted to Senior Vice President, CFO & Treasurer, effective January 4, 2019. Bingham succeeds Ronald D. Ford, who resigned from the Company on January 4, 2019 to pursue other interests. Bingham has served as the Company’s Vice President, Treasury and Investor Relations since its separation from Armstrong World Industries, Inc., on April 1, 2016. He also managed the Company’s finance teams in China and Australia. Prior to the separation, he served as AWI’s Director, Treasury, and Risk Management since 2014, and as General Manager, Finance, Building Products Asia Pacific from 2011 to 2014. He joined AWI in 2007.
Target Corporation [MINNEAPOLIS] (NYSE: TGT) announced that Chief Financial Officer Cathy Smith will be retiring from the Company. Smith will continue in her role as Chief Financial Officer until her successor is named, and then move to an advisory role until May 2020 to ensure a smooth transition.

Marie Myers
UiPath [NEW YORK] announced the appointment of Marie Myers as its chief financial officer. Myers joins UiPath from HP where she served as the global controller and executive officer. She has spent the majority of her career at HP and Compaq, holding several leadership positions including vice president finance operations, printing and PC division and chief audit executive. UiPath’s previous CFO Mihai Faur will become corporate controller and chief accounting officer.
Coty Inc. [NEW YORK] (NYSE: COTY) announced Pierre-André Terisse has been appointed Chief Financial Officer, effective February 1, 2019. He spent the majority of his career at Danone, most notably as Group CFO of Danone for seven years and was General Manager of Danone’s Africa Division for three years. Pierre-André will be based in London.
Cummins Inc. [COLUMBUS, Ind.] (NYSE: CMI) announced that Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Pat Ward is retiring after 31 years and Mark Smith is succeeding him. Both moves are effective March 31, 2019. Mark Smith most recently serving as the Vice President of Financial Operations. In addition, Smith led the Investor Relations, Business Planning and Analysis, and Capital Management functions at Cummins.

Bill Gerraughty
Agero, Inc. [MEDFORD, Mass.] announced the appointment of Bill Gerraughty as Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining Agero, Bill filled the CFO role at several Boston-area technology companies. Most recently, he was CFO at OnProcess Technology. Prior to that, Bill held various finance-related leadership positions at Sparta Systems, NMS Communications, Infinium Software and others. Bill began his career at PwC in Boston and is currently a board member of LiveData, Inc.
Destination Maternity Corporation [MOORESTOWN, N.J.] (NASDAQ: DEST) announced the appointment of Dave J. Helkey to the position of Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer, effective January 21, 2019. Mr. Helkey brings more than 20 years of financial and operating expertise to the role, most recently serving as the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer of Things Remembered. Previously, he was the Chief Financial Officer of two health care companies and worked in the finance department of Limited Brands.
Angel Island Capital [SAN FRANCISCO] announced the appointment Robert Ryan as Chief Financial Officer. Ryan was previously Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer of Archview Investment Group. Prior to that, he served as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer at Ketchem Creek Capital Management LP, Chief Financial Officer of Funds at Chilton Investment Company LLC, and spent over seven years as the Controller at Satellite Asset Management LP.
Lamar Advertising Company [BATON ROUGE, La.] (NASDAQ: LAMR) announced that Keith A. Istre, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer, has informed Lamar of his intent to retire from the company effective December 31, 2019, after more than 40 years of service.
VSBLTY [PHILADELPHIA] announced that Laurette J. Pitts has been named Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining VSBLTY, she worked in the gaming and hospitality industry for 26 years. She held various senior level positions with both public and private companies.

Mary Taylor
Welty Building Company [AKRON, Ohio] announced that Mary Taylor, Lieutenant Governor of the State of Ohio, will join the company January 14 as its Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Her term as Lieutenant Governor ends January 13. Don Taylor, Mary’s husband of 31 years, is the President and Chief Executive Officer of the company. Mary Taylor is a recognized tax and auditing expert who, prior to serving as an elected official at the local, state and executive branches of Ohio government, spent 16 years in the private sector, including 12 years with current Welty auditing firm Bober Markey Fedorovich.
Perfecta [SPRINGFIELD, Va.] announced the appointment of Paul Mamros as Chief Financial Officer. Mamros joins Perfecta from Zippy Shell where he served as Chief Financial Officer since 2017. Previously, Mamros was Vice President of Finance for Career Education Foundation, and Director of Corporate Accounting, Reporting and Analysis for Verizon. Mamros began his career at Nestle Beverage.
Jackson Healthcare [ATLANTA] announced the appointment of Leslie Kurtz as Chief Financial Officer. Most recently, Kurtz was CFO at MedQuest Associates, and prior to that, she worked with multiple companies in accounting and operational finance leadership roles, including such brands as Right Management, Irwin & Browning and Coca-Cola Enterprises. Kurtz is the successor of prior Jackson Healthcare CFO Douglas Kline, who joined the company in 2005, and retired at the end of last month.

Brett D. Weinblatt
AST [NEW YORK] announced that Brett D. Weinblatt has joined as Chief Financial Officer. He was most recently Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Corporate Risk Holdings (formerly known as Altegrity). Prior to his time at Corporate Risk Holdings, during which he held multiple senior roles, Weinblatt was Senior Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer at Avis Budget Group. Before that, he was Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for multiple divisions at Alpharma.
Bioasis Technologies Inc. [GUILFORD, Conn.] (TSX-V: BTI; OTCQB: BIOAF) announced the appointment of Christine Antalik as chief financial officer. Antalik is the managing member of Founders Bridge Advisors, LLC and has served as chief financial officer of Aeromics, Inc. since October 2016. Previously, Antalik served as chief financial officer of SurgiQuest, Inc. Antalik was the vice president of finance and controller at HigherOne, Inc. Prior to HigherOne, Antalik served as controller for Tangoe, Inc. Antalik also previously served as controller and senior manager for Centerprise Advisors, Inc. (currently Marcum, LLP).
Cyanotech Corporation [KAILUA KONA, Hawaii] (NASDAQ CM: CYAN) announced that Brian B. Orlopp has been appointed Vice President Finance and Administration, Chief Financial Officer and Secretary. He replaces Jole Deal, who has held these positions since 2011. Mr. Orlopp was VP-Finance, Asia Pacific from 2012 for Fresh Del Monte Produce based in Manila. Previously, he was CFO for Sumifru Corporation (joint venture with Sumitomo) based in Singapore. Before that, he was Senior VP/Finance for Hawaii Bioenergy LLC in Honolulu and VP/Strategic Planning for Maui Land & Pineapple Company in Kahului.

Gary Fabian
Realty ONE Group [LAGUNA NIGUEL, CALIF.] added Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Gary Fabian. Fabian’s experience includes serving as Senior Vice President of Finance at Bank of America/Countrywide Home Loans and CFO of Stearns Lending.
Carousel Industries [EXETER, R.I.] announced it has welcomed Jason Cherry as the company’s new Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Cherry occupied a series of critical roles at General Electric, including Chief Financial Officer. Cherry joins us from Nielsen where he held the role of Chief Financial Officer, Lead Markets, along with Senior Vice President, Financial Planning & Analysis.

Bill Sutman
Vertical [LOS ANGELES] announced it has appointed Bill Sutman as executive vice president and chief financial officer (CFO). Sutman will succeed Jeff Silver, who continues with the company as a strategic advisor. Sutman’s most recent position was EVP, CFO & Treasurer for TEN: The Enthusiast Network. Prior to TEN, Sutman held CFO and Advisory roles in a number of different private companies. Sutman also served in a series of financial positions with NBC Universal, a division of General Electric, and its predecessor companies. He was EVP & CFO for the Media Works Group of NBC Universal which was responsible for NBC’s Broadcast and Network Operations, Universal’s Studios Production Operations and NBC Universal’s Information Technology. He also served as EVP & CFO for Universal Pictures. Sutman started his professional career in the New York office of Price Waterhouse. He then joined Joseph E. Seagram & Sons where he served as Director, European Treasury Operations and Vice President, Internal Audit until he transferred to Los Angeles upon Seagram’s acquisition of Universal Studios.
Chanticleer Holdings, Inc. [CHARLOTTE, N.C.] (NASDAQ: BURG) announced it has named Patrick Harkleroad as Chief Financial Officer. Harkleroad comes to Chanticleer with over 15 years of CFO experience. During that time, Harkleroad was a CFO consultant with the Business Enhancement Group of Carolina Financial Group (CFG). Harkleroad served as the Chief Financial Officer for one of CFG’s portfolio companies, Trinity Frozen Foods, LLC. Prior to his CFO role at Trinity, Harkleroad served as Chief Financial Officer of Landmark Leisure Group.
Woodward, Inc. [FORT COLLINS, Colo.] (NASDAQ: WWD) announced that Robert F. Weber, Jr., Vice Chairman and Chief Financial Officer has announced his intention to retire effective January 3, 2020, after more than 14 years as the CFO of the company. As part of the company’s succession planning for the Chief Financial Officer role, Jonathan “Jack” W. Thayer has joined the company effective today as Vice Chairman, Corporate Operations. Mr. Thayer will also be appointed to Chief Financial Officer on October 1, 2019, the beginning of Woodward’s fiscal year 2020. Mr. Weber will then transition into a senior consultant role supporting Mr. Gendron and the senior leadership team through his January 2020 retirement date. Thayer served as Chief Financial Officer of Exelon Corporation, from 2012 until his appointment in May 2018 to Chief Transformation Officer. Prior to his role at Exelon, Mr. Thayer served as Chief Financial Officer for Constellation Energy Group, Inc. from October 2008 until its acquisition by Exelon in 2012. Prior to Constellation Energy, Mr. Thayer held financial and investment banking positions at Deutsche Bank and SBC Warburg Dillon Read. Mr. Thayer has also been serving as a member of Woodward’s Board of Directors from 2016 until his resignation, which will become effective January 31, 2019, based upon joining the company’s management team.
CBRE Group, Inc. [LOS ANGELES] (NYSE: CBRE) announced plans to divide the responsibilities of its Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Chief Investment Officer (CIO) into two senior executive positions. Jim Groch, who has led both financial management and capital deployment functions since early 2014, will transition to focus full-time on capital allocation and deployment. Groch will continue to serve as CFO until a successor is transitioned into the role.
Senseonics Holdings, Inc. [GERMANTOWN, Md.] (NYSE American: SENS) announced the appointment of Jon D. Isaacson as the company’s Chief Financial Officer. Concurrently, and as previously announced, R. Don Elsey has stepped down from the position and will continue in an advisory role to ensure an orderly transition and completion of the company’s annual SEC filings for the 2018 fiscal year. Most recently Isaacson served as Chief Financial Officer of Edelman Financial Services. Prior to this role, Mr. Isaacson was a Managing Director at a private equity firm where he led the East Coast healthcare practice.
Systems Planning and Analysis, Inc. [ALEXANDRIA, Va.] named Darla Moon as Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining SPA, she served as CFO for the Patriot Group. Before that, Ms. Moon served as Senior Vice President, Business Operations and CFO at ManTech International Corporation
ChemioCare USA Inc. [NEW YORK] announced the appointment of Chris Chipman as its Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Chipman has been a managing member of Chipman & Chipman, LLC, since November 2000. Mr. Chipman was Chief Financial Officer and Secretary of Capital Gold Corporation from 2006 to June 2011.
Doximity [SAN FRANCISCO] announced the appointment of James (Jim) S. Cox as the company’s chief financial officer (CFO). Cox joins Doximity from Glassdoor. Prior to Glassdoor, Cox was CFO at Lithium Technologies and Advent Software.

RealPage, Inc. [RICHARDSON, Texas] (NASDAQ: RP) announced the appointment of Tom Ernst as Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer. Prior to joining RealPage, Ernst founded Tom Ernst Advisory (TEA) in 2015. Prior to TEA, Ernst led the Goldman Sachs Software Investment Banking Team globally and the Deutsche Bank Software U.S. Equity Research Team. He served as a Nuclear Engineer and Submarine Warfare Officer as well as other positions in the U.S. Navy.
Alta Mesa Resources, Inc. [HOUSTON] (NASDAQ: AMR) announced the appointment of John C. Regan as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Most recently he served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Vine Oil and Gas LP. Previously, he was Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Quicksilver Resources Inc., after having served as their Chief Accounting Officer. Mr. Regan was also employed by Flowserve Corporation where he held various financial positions of increasing responsibility.
Insulet Corporation [ACTON, Mass.] (NASDAQ: PODD) announced that Wayde McMillan has been appointed Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, effective March 1, 2019, succeeding Michael Levitz. To ensure a smooth and successful transition, Mr. McMillan will join the Company in February and Mr. Levitz will continue with the Company in an advisory capacity for a period following the succession effective date. Most recently, Mr. McMillan served as Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Finance of the Minimally Invasive Therapies Group at Medtronic. NCI Building Systems, Inc. [CARY, N.C.] (NYSE: NCS) announced that Shawn K. Poe, the Company’s Chief Financial Officer has informed the Company of his plans to retire from his position, effective May 31, 2019.
Chase Corporation [Westwood, MA] (NYSE American: CCF) announced that Kenneth J. Feroldi, Treasurer and Chief Financial Officer, has retired and that Christian J. Talma will be appointed Chief Financial Officer effective with our annual shareholders meeting scheduled for February 5, 2019. Talma was appointed Chief Accounting Officer in August 2018.

BankMobile [New York] a division of Customers Bank, named Bob Ramsey as Chief Financial Officer. Ramsey joined Customers Bancorp in 2017 serving as Director of Strategic Planning and Investor Relations. Prior to joining Customers Bancorp, Ramsey served as senior equity research analyst at FBR Capital Markets. He previously worked at Wachovia Securities.
HireVue [SALT LAKE CITY] announced that David Bedell has joined the company as its Chief Financial Officer. Most recently, Bedell was Vice President of Finance and Investor Relations at Instructure. Previously, he spent more than 13 years at Intuit, serving as Business Unit CFO for its payroll business unit and then as Head of Operational Finance for the company’s QuickBooks business. Earlier in his career, Bedell was a Senior Financial Analyst at Gateway, Inc.
The AZEK®Company [Chicago, Ill.] announced the appointment of Ralph Nicoletti as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Nicoletti was previously Senior Vice President and CFO at Newell Brands, Inc. He has also held positions at Tiffany & Company, Cigna Corporation, Alberto-Culver Company and Kraft Heinz.
