Louisiana-Pacific Corporation [NASHVILLE, Tenn.] (NYSE: LPX) announced that Alan Haughie has been named Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Haughie succeeds Mike Kinney, who has served as interim CFO since July 2018. Kinney will return to his role as Treasurer and Investor Relations Director. Haughie most recently served as Senior Vice President and CFO of ServiceMaster Global Holdings Inc. from 2013 to 2017. He joined ServiceMaster after spending 19 years with Federal-Mogul Corp., where he held a number of positions, including Senior Vice President and CFO; Vice President, Controller and Chief Accounting Officer; Director of Financial Planning and Analysis; and various financial planning and analysis roles in Federal-Mogul’s European aftermarket business.
SJI [FOLSOM, N.J.] (NYSE: SJI) announced that Cielo Hernandez joined SJI in the role of senior vice president and chief financial officer. Hernandez joins SJI from A.P. Moeller Maersk Line A/S where she served as vice president and chief financial officer for the region of North America.
Dime Community Bancshares, Inc. [BROOKLYN, N.Y.] (NASDAQ: DCOM) announced that Avinash “Avi” Reddy was named Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer (“CFO”) of the Company and its subsidiary, Dime Community Bank. Mr. Reddy previously served as Senior Vice President, Head of Corporate Development and Treasurer at the Company, beginning in 2017. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Reddy held several investment banking roles with firms including Evercore Partners, Barclays Capital and Lehman Brothers.
Harte Hanks [NEW YORK] (NYSE: HHS) announced the appointment of Mark Del Priore as Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Del Priore succeeds Jon Biro, who decided to step down from the role and has agreed to remain with the company through February 28, 2019, to help facilitate a smooth transition. Mr. Del Priore joined Harte Hanks in November 2018 as its Chief Restructuring Officer. Prior to joining the Company, Del Priore was Chief Financial Officer at SITO Mobile. From 1999 to 2013, Mr. Del Priore served as a Principal at W.R. Huff Asset Management Co., L.L.C., where he evaluated and oversaw a number of W.R. Huff’s public and private investments.
Astreya [SAN JOSE, Calif.] announced the appointment of Andrea Bendzick to Chief Financial Officer. Bendzick was most recently held the position of Senior Vice President of Global Delivery Operations at NTT DATA Services.
Avalon Healthcare Solutions [TAMPA, Fla.] announced the appointment of John Adams as Chief Financial Officer. Most recently, Adams served as the CFO of Alignment Healthcare. Prior to Alignment, Adams served as the CFO at Accumen. Other leadership roles held by Adams include EVP & COO at Acxiom; EVP, Business Solutions at Eclipsys; and CFO at AT&T Business Services. Adams worked in various financial and operational roles for 15 years with EDS in his early career.
Custom Molded Products (“CMP”) [NEWNAN, GA.] announced the appointment of Joseph Giordano as Chief Financial Officer (“CFO”). Giordano assumes the role of CFO from David Brooks, Interim CFO from Tenex Capital Management, investment partner to CMP. Giordano most recently served as CFO at Wencor Group. Prior to Wencor, Giordano was CFO and Treasurer for Drew Industries Incorporated. He began his career at some of the largest accounting firms including KPMG and Deloitte.
WellPet, LLC [TEWKSBURY, Mass.] announced that Bill McDonald has been elevated to the role of Chief Financial Officer. McDonald has been with WellPet for nearly a decade and previously served as Senior Director of Financial Planning and Business Development. His deep roots in finance also include management and financial planning roles for consumer brands and accounting roles for PricewaterhouseCoopers.
Suffolk [BOSTON] announced it has hired former GE Vice President of Financial Planning and Analysis Puneet Mahajan as its new Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Prior to this position at GE, Mr. Mahajan served as GE’s Chief Risk Officer, Chief Financial Officer of GE India, Chief Financial Officer of GE Capital Asia and Chief Financial Officer of GE Consumer Finance Japan.
AxiomSL [NEW YORK & LONDON & SINGAPORE & MEDELLIN, Colombia] announced the appointment of David Weber as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer. Weber joins AxiomSL from Charles River Development (CRD), where he served as Chief Financial Officer since 2006. Prior to CRD, Mr. Weber held various roles at Sybase Inc., including Vice President of Worldwide and International Field Operations Finance; Senior Director of Professional Services; and Director of Operations. He was the Chief Financial Officer at Context Integration. Weber succeeds Eyal Amsalem, who has served as AxiomSL’s Chief Financial Officer since 2008. Mr. Amsalem will remain at AxiomSL as its Chief Administrative Officer.
The Dow Hotel Company [SEATTLE] promoted Steve Griffin to executive vice-president & chief financial officer. Griffin most recently was senior vice-president of finance. Prior to joining The Dow Hotel Company, he was chief financial officer for WineBid.com. He also held the same position with Tully’s Coffee Company.
Digi International Inc. [MINNETONKA, Minn.] (NASDAQ: DGII) announced that Gokul Hemmady, the company’s Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer, gave notice of his intention to resign effective on or about February 5, 2019. Mr. Hemmady is leaving the company to pursue an opportunity at a start-up business based in Silicon Valley in an emerging industry. The company has appointed Brian Ballenger to serve in the additional roles of Interim Treasurer and acting principal financial officer and principal accounting officer, effective upon Mr. Hemmady’s departure.
BioDelivery Sciences International, Inc. [RALEIGH, N.C.] (NASDAQ: BDSI) announced the appointment of Terry Coelho as Chief Financial Officer. Most recently, Ms. Coelho served as Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer at Balchem Corporation. Previously, she served as Chief Operating Office for Diversey, Inc. and held senior finance positions at Diversey Care from 2014 through 2017. Ms. Coelho has also served in senior finance leadership roles at Novartis from 2007 to 2014. Ms. Coelho succeeds Ernie De Paolantonio who is retiring from the Company as previously announced.
RedAwning Group [EMERYVILLE, CALIF.] announced the appointment of Josh Baird as Chief Financial Officer. Baird is the former Vice President of Asset Management at KHP Capital Partners. He is also the former Vice President of Asset Management at Kimpton Hotels and Restaurant chain where he worked for 12 years. Baird is taking over for John Wade, RedAwning CFO since 2010, who is retiring.
Gravie [MINNEAPOLIS] announced that Charles Marentette has joined the team as Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining Gravie, Marentette served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Walser Automotive Group in Minneapolis. Additionally, he has significant senior executive experience at Ceridian and Best Buy.
RLH Corporation [DENVER] (NYSE: RLH) announced the appointment of Julie Shiflett as its Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer. Ms. Shiflett returns to RLH after having been its Chief Financial Officer from 2010 to December 2014. As Principal of NorthWest CFO, an outsourced financial expert consultancy, Ms. Shiflett spent numerous years since December 2014 working with RLH Corporation as a financial consultant. In addition to her history with RLH, Julie serves on the Board of Directors of Northwest Farm Credit Services. Ms. Shiflett began her professional career at with Coopers & Lybrand in 1986 and has held high level financial positions in a variety of industries. In addition to her tenure as CFO of Red Lion, Ms. Shiflett was CFO of Signature Genomic Laboratories (acquired by Perkin Elmer) from 2009 to 2010, VP of Finance and Administration of Columbia Paint and Coatings, Co. (which was acquired by Sherwin Williams) from 2006 to 2009, and CFO of Riley Creek Lumber Company from 2001 to 2006.
National Partners in Healthcare (NPH) [RICHARDSON, Texas] announced that David Hagey, has joined the leadership team as the Chief Financial Officer. Hagey comes to NPH from Epic Health Services, Inc., where he was Chief Financial Officer from 2014 to 2018. In March 2018, Epic was merged PSA, also a provider of pediatric home care, and Hagey continued as the Chief Financial Officer of the combined organization until joining NPH. Prior to joining Epic, he served as President and Chief Financial Officer of IntegraCare; Chief Financial Officer of Accuro Healthcare Solutions, and as Vice President and Controller of U.S. Operations for United Surgical Partners.
InVivo Therapeutics Holdings Corp. [CAMBRIDGE, Mass.] (NASDAQ: NVIV) announced the appointment of Richard Christopher as its Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer. Prior to joining InVivo, Mr. Christopher was the Chief Financial Officer of iCAD, Inc. Prior to iCAD, Inc., Mr. Christopher was Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer of Caliber Imaging & Diagnostics, Inc. Prior to Caliber, Mr. Christopher held various positions of increasing responsibility at DUSA Pharmaceuticals, Inc., where he ultimately served as Chief Financial Officer through its acquisition and integration into Sun Pharmaceuticals Industries Ltd.
Purple Innovation, Inc. [ALPINE, Utah] (NASDAQ: PRPL) announced that Mark Watkins plans to step down from his role as Chief Financial Officer for personal reasons effective March 15, 2019, after filing the Company’s form 10-K.
Chart Industries, Inc. [ATLANTA, Ga.] (NASDAQ: GTLS) announced that Jeffrey R. Lass has joined as Vice President & Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Lass joins Chart after serving as Vice President of Finance & Operations and Chief Financial Officer of CognitiveScale. Prior to that, he served as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Dover Fueling Solutions from December 2016 to May 2018, and previously served in various executive roles for Wayne Fueling Systems (both as part of its ownership by General Electric and Riverstone Holdings after its separation from General Electric in 2014) from February 2011 through December 2016. Lass also previously held Finance roles at Dresser, Inc., Pavilion Technologies, Trilogy Software, Inc. Applied Materials, Inc. and Pricewaterhouse LLP.
Digirad Corporation [SUWANEE, Ga.] (NASDAQ: DRAD) announced that David Noble, Digirad’s current Chief Operating Officer, assumed the additional role of Interim Chief Financial Officer of Digirad. Prior to joining Digirad as Chief Operating Officer in September 2018, Immediately prior to being appointed Chief Operating Officer of Digirad, Mr. Noble was the Managing Member of Noble Point LLC from October 2017 to August 2018. Between 2005 and 2017, Mr. Noble served in various capacities at HSBC, including over a decade as Managing Director, Head of Equity Capital Markets (ECM) for the Americas. Prior to joining HSBC, Mr. Noble served in various capacities at Lehman Brothers between 1997 and 2005, including as Senior Vice President, Equity Capital Markets.
Associated Capital Group, Inc. [RYE, N.Y.] (NYSE: AC) announced that Francis J. Conroy, Interim Chief Financial Officer, has indicated that he will be returning to GGCP, the privately-held parent of AC, as special assistant to the CEO effective April 1 following the filing of the Company’s Form 10-K.
A. O. Smith Corporation [MILWAUKEE] (NYSE: AOS) announced the retirement of John J. Kita and the appointment of Charles T. Lauber as Chief Financial Officer, effective May 1, 2019. Lauber has been with the company for 19 years and most recently was SVP of Corporate Development and Strategy. Prior to joining A. O. Smith as director of audit and tax in 1999, Lauber held a number of audit and management roles as a senior manager at Ernst & Young LLP.
Nobilis Health Corp. [HOUSTON] (NYSE American: HLTH) announced it has named current SVP of Finance, Brandon Moreno, as the Company’s CFO.Mr. Moreno has 11 years of healthcare financial management experience across the Texas market. He has been with Nobilis for over 4 years, assisting with the Company’s progression within the finance, accounting and revenue cycle departments.
The&Partnership [NEW YORK] announced it has named Chad Gilchrist as its new CFO, North America. Gilchrist comes to The&Partnership with over 20 years of experience in marketing and advertising, most recently serving as global CFO for Group SJR. Earlier, he held prominent roles at J. Walter Thompson, DraftFCB and Modern Media.
ProPhase Labs, Inc. [DOYLESTOWN, PA] (NASDAQ: PRPH) announced that Monica Brady has been promoted to the position of Chief Financial Officer. Ms. Brady has served as the Company’s Chief Accounting Officer since September 2017 and previously served as the Company’s Director of Finance since 2009.
Affinity Gaming [LAS VEGAS] announced the appointment of Mary Elizabeth Higgins as Chief Financial Officer. Ms. Higgins has served as the Company’s interim CFO and Chief Operating Officer since June 2018. Before joining Affinity, Higgins was instrumental in establishing VICI Properties, a REIT spinoff from Caesars Entertainment Operating Company, Inc. (CEOC), and served as its CFO. From 2014 to 2017, she was CFO of CEOC, the largest subsidiary of Caesars Entertainment Corporation. Earlier in her career, Ms. Higgins served as CFO at companies such as Global Cash Access Holdings, Inc., Herbst Gaming, Inc., the predecessor company of Affinity Gaming, and Camco, Inc.
DenMat Holdings, LLC [Lompoc, CA] announced the appointment of Timothy Heher as its Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Heher joins DenMat from CIRTEC Medical Systems where he served as Chief Financial Officer since 2014. Prior positions include VP of Finance at Zonare Medical Systems, as well as CFO roles at both United Medical Instruments and Allocade, Inc.
Loyola Medicine [MAYWOOD, Ill.] announced that Daniel P. Isacksen, Jr. has been named regional chief financial officer, a promotion from his post as regional senior vice president of finance and assistant treasurer. Isacksen joined Loyola Medicine in 2013. He served as controller and director of finance for the Loyola University Physician Foundation, manager of finance and treasury and financial analyst for Loyola from 1996 to 2000. Isacksen’s prior positions include chief financial officer for Alexian Brothers Health System’s physician enterprise, controller for St. Alexius Medical Center and vice president of finance and controller for St. Anthony Hospital. He started his career at Deloitte & Touche, LLP.
Chia Network [SAN FRANCISCO] announced that it has brought aboard Mitch Edwards to serve as the company’s Chief Financial Officer. Edwards has held top executive positions at Overstock.com, BitTorrent and a range of other leading public and private companies.
Huntington Hospital [PASADENA, Calif.] announced that Steven L. Mohr joined as senior vice president, chief financial officer. Mohr joins Huntington Hospital from Providence St. Joseph Health Los Angeles, where he served as chief financial officer since 2014. Prior to Providence St. Joseph, Mohr served as chief financial officer for Loma Linda University Medical Center. Mohr began his career as senior auditor at Ernst & Young.
