CF Industries Holdings, Inc. [DEERFIELD, IL] (NYSE: CF) announced that Dennis P. Kelleher, senior vice president and chief financial officer, has informed the company he will retire from CF effective September 1, 2019. Christopher D. Bohn, senior vice president, manufacturing and distribution, has been selected to succeed Kelleher as chief financial officer effective September 1, 2019. Bohn has held roles of increasing responsibility at CF including senior vice president, supply chain, and vice president, corporate planning. Prior to joining CF, Bohn served as chief financial officer for Hess Print Solutions. Earlier in his career, he was vice president, global financial planning and analysis for Merisant Worldwide, Inc.
MACOM Technology Solutions Holdings, Inc. [LOWELL, MA] (NASDAQ: MTSI), announced the appointment of John F. Kober as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Kober has over 25 years of accounting and finance experience, and has served as MACOM’s Vice President and Corporate Controller since 2015. Prior to that, he served as Vice President, Corporate Controller and Treasurer at CIRCOR International Inc.
OrthoLite [AMHERST, MA] announced the hiring of Milton Brice as Chief Financial Officer. Brice has previous experience in managing emerging markets both in Asia and South America with The Hershey Company. He also held international and domestic positions with brands such as DICK’s Sporting Goods, Nike and Under Armour, among others.
Bento for Business [CHICAGO & SAN FRANCISCO] announced the appointment of Paula Bachman as Chief Financial Officer. Bachman comes to Bento from Networked Insights.

Nicole Sauk
Ametros [WILMINGTON, MA] has promoted Nicole Sauk to Chief Financial Officer. Sauk joined Ametros in 2014; most recently she served as the Senior Vice President of Finance and Operations.
TFF Pharmaceuticals, Inc. [AUSTIN, TX] announced the appointment of Kirk Coleman as Chief Financial Officer. Since 2012, Mr. Coleman has also served as an executive officer of Steelhead Capital Management, LLC, and Bios Partners, LP. From 1998 to 2008, he was Treasurer for EFO Holdings, LP.

Jamie Vincent
Harrison Poultry [BETHLEHEM, GA] announced James I. Vincent has joined as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Before joining Harrison Poultry, Vincent was the Controller for Wayne Farms LLC. Before joining Wayne Farms, Vincent spent ten years at ChoicePoint, Inc. in positions of increasing responsibility, including serving as VP and CFO of the company’s Government Services Segment and of its Public Records Group. Before joining ChoicePoint, Vincent was with Equifax, Inc. for five years, and before that spent five years with Arther Andersen LLP.
D.A. Davidson Companies [SEATTLE] announced that Scott Witeby has been named the company’s chief financial officer and a member of D.A. Davidson’s executive leadership team. Witeby joins D.A. Davidson from Lincoln Financial Group, where he served as CFO of Lincoln Financial Network, Lincoln’s retail wealth management business. He previously held senior finance roles during 10 years with LPL Financial, and began his career as a public accountant with Ernst & Young. Witeby replaces Tom Nelson, who has announced his plan to retire in 2020. Nelson has served as the firm’s CFO since 2001.
Buchanan & Edwards Inc. [WASHINGTON] announced that it has appointed Carter Wood as chief financial officer. Most recently, Wood was director of financial reporting for Cognosante. Earlier, Wood served as CFO with Buchanan & Edwards from 2010 to 2015. Prior positions include director of accounting for CGI and working as a public accountant and senior auditor with Deloitte.
StorONE [NEW YORK] named Gil Vassoly as its new CFO. Vassoly comes to StorONE from Gibbs International Inc., where he served as the COO and CFO. Prior to Gibbs International, he served as a principal The Gore Group. Previously, Vassoly worked in a variety of management and executive positions within KLA and was an audit manager at PriceWaterhouseCoopers.
Semma Therapeutics, Inc. [CAMBRIDGE, MA] announced that it has expanded its leadership team with the addition of Mary Kay Fenton as Chief Financial Officer. Fenton most recently was Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Achillion Pharmaceuticals. Prior to joining Achillion, Fenton was with PricewaterCoopers LLP.
Blue Canyon Technologies [BOULDER, CO] announced the appointment of Sam Francis as Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Prior to AVL he was a principal at Tatum, LLC.
Regulatory DataCorp, Inc. [KING OF PRUSSIA, PA] announced the hiring of Fabrizio Ferronato as Chief Financial Officer. Ferronato joined RDC following two years as the Chief Financial Officer at BridgeTower Media and numerous finance leadership roles at Thomson Reuters.

Pelican Products, Inc. [TORRANCE, CA] announced that George Platisa has been hired as Chief Financial Officer. Platisa has worked at companies such as Belkin International, Price Waterhouse, Walt Disney Company, Broadband Sports, and Ascent Media Corporation.
Intelsat [LUXEMBOURG & MCLEAN, VIRGINIA],(NYSE: I) announced the appointment of David M. Tolley as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Tolley most recently served as the Chief Financial Officer of OneWeb. Prior to OneWeb, Tolley served as a Senior Managing Director in the Private Equity Group at Blackstone, where during this period he was Chairman of the Board of Directors of NewSkies Satellites N.V. Prior to Blackstone, he was a Vice President at Morgan Stanley in the Investment Banking Division. Tolley currently serves on the board of directors of ExteNet Systems and the Smithsonian National Air and Space Museum. Tolley replaces Jacques Kerrest, the retiring CFO.

Michael Steuert
Fluor Corporation [IRVING, TX] (NYSE: FLR) announced that D. Michael Steuert has been appointed chief financial officer (CFO) , succeeding Bruce Stanski, who will support the office of the chief executive officer (CEO) focused on analyzing the company’s investments and joint ventures in line with the previously announced strategic review. Steuert served as Fluor’s CFO from 2001 to 2012. Prior to his previous stint at Fluor, Steuert served as SVP and CFO of Litton Industries, and as CFO of GenCorp, Inc. from 1990 to 1999. He was formerly a member of the National Financial Executives Institute and the Carnegie Mellon Council on finance.
LyondellBasell [HOUSTON and LONDON] (NYSE: LYB) announced that Thomas Aebischer, executive vice president and chief financial officer, has announced his intention to retire at the end of 2019. Aebischer joined LyondellBasell in January 2016.
Emmaus Life Sciences, Inc. [TORRANCE, CA] announced the appointment of Joseph “Jay” C. Sherwood III to succeed Kurt Kruger as Chief Financial Officer. Kruger will stay on as a consultant to the company. Mr. Sherwood has over 30 years of investment banking experience, most recently as the Los Angeles Partner at G.C. Andersen Partners, LLC. Prior to joining G.C. Andersen Partners, Mr. Sherwood was Senior Managing Director at McGladrey Capital Markets. Prior to McGladrey, he was Senior Managing Director at FTI Capital Advisors, a subsidiary of FTI Consulting, Inc.
Protagonist Therapeutics, Inc. [NEWARK, CA] (NASDAQ: PTGX) announced the appointment of Don Kalkofen as Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining the Protagonist Therapeutics team, Kalkofen served in an advisory role as Senior Advisor, Finance, to the Company. Kalkofen has had an extensive consulting career and held positions including the Chief Financial Officer at App Annie; Assistant Controller at Align Technology; Vice President of Finance at Simplifier Corporation and Chief Financial Officer of Innovative Bank. Earlier in his career, Mr. Kalkofen served as the Chief Financial Officer for West Coast Bancorp, Pinnacle Bank and DecisionPoint Applications. He started his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers.
Vistra Energy Corp. [IRVING, TX] (NYSE: VST) announced the appointment of David A. Campbell as executive vice president and chief financial officer. Campbell replaces outgoing CFO, J. William “Bill” Holden, who has announced his resignation to pursue other opportunities. Campbell previously worked for Vistra’s predecessor companies. Campbell most recently served as the president and chief executive officer of InfraREIT, Inc., from August 2014 through May 2019. Prior to his role at InfraREIT, he was president and chief operating officer of Bluescape Resources. Campbell also previously served as chief executive officer of Luminant when it was a subsidiary of Vistra’s predecessor parent company, Energy Future Holdings. He originally joined TXU Corp., the predecessor to EFH, in 2004 as executive vice president of corporate planning, strategy, and risk, and became chief financial officer of TXU in 2006. Prior to joining TXU, Mr. Campbell was a principal in the Dallas office of McKinsey & Company.
Sirnaomics, Inc. [GAITHERSBURG, MD] announced the appointment of Allan L. Shaw as the company’s Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Shaw currently serves on the board of directors of Vivus Inc., as well as being involved with a portfolio of healthcare activities. Previously Mr. Shaw took Syndax Pharmaceuticals, Inc. public as its Chief Financial Officer and also served as Managing Director of Alvarez & Marsal, and led their biopharmaceutical consulting practice. Mr. Shaw has also served as the Chief Financial Officer of Serono S.A., NewLead Holdings Ltd. and Viatel, Inc.
Conn’s, Inc. [WOODLANDS, TX] (NASDAQ: CONN) announced that Lee Wright has been named Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer. Wright joined Conn’s in June 2016 as the Company’s Chief Financial Officer. George Bchara was promoted to Chief Financial Officer. Bchara joined Conn’s as Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer in December 2016. Prior to joining the Company, he served as Senior Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer of BankUnited, from March 2013 to December 2016, and served as Vice President and Loan Controller from June 2011 to February 2013. Prior to BankUnited, Bchara was a Manager with the global professional services firm, PwC, where he worked from January 2007 until May 2011.
Neology, Inc. [SAN DIEGO] announced the appointment of Charles Padgett as Chief Financial Officer and Member of its Board of Directors. Prior to joining Neology, Padgett was the Chief Financial Officer for Verimatrix, Inc. Padgett has held executive positions at Kofax, EMC, Captiva, Boeing, Wireless Facilities, Inc., The Walter Group and KPMG.
Lamar Advertising Company [BATON ROUGE, LA] (NASDAQ: LAMR) announced that Jay Johnson has been appointed Chief Financial Officer effective October 1, 2019. Johnson has served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of DiamondRock Hospitality Company (NYSE: DRH) since April 2018. Prior to joining DiamondRock, Mr. Johnson served as Senior Vice President and Treasurer at Host Hotels & Resorts (NYSE: HST). Johnson will succeed Keith Istre, who announced in January his intent to retire from Lamar on December 31, 2019. Istre will become Chief Financial Officer Emeritus on October 1, 2019. Prior to Host Hotels & Resorts, Johnson served in a variety of banking roles at KeyBank Real Estate Capital and Bank of America. Prior to those roles, he was in the management consulting practice of Deloitte & Touche LLP, the investment banking group at Prudential Securities and the industrial markets trading division of Enron Corporation.
Capsule8 [NEW YORK] announced the appointment of Scott Kenerly as Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Kenerly joins from Argyle Executive Forum, LLC, where he most recently served as the firm’s CEO. Previously, Scott had successful tenures at several companies, including with ThreatGRID, Inc. (acquired by Cisco Systems, Inc.).

Ed Hoganson
Crestline Hotels & Resorts [FAIRFAX, VA] announced the appointment of Edward Hoganson as Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer & Chief Investment Officer for the Company. Ed rejoins Crestline from Hospitality Investors Trust, Inc. (HIT) where he served as Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer. Ed began his career with Deloitte & Touche before joining Marriott International where he held various finance positions.

Noel B. Watson
TrueCar, Inc. [SANTA MONICA, CA] (NASDAQ: TRUE) announced that Noel B. Watson has been appointed EVP and Chief Financial Officer. Watson joins TrueCar after spending the last thirteen years with TripAdvisor, where his current role is VP Finance & Chief Accounting Officer. Watson began his career as a CPA at Arthur Andersen and subsequently held management positions at ArrAy Inc. and Way Systems prior to joining TripAdvisor in 2006.

Steve Helmbrecht
Stay Alfred [SPOKANE, WA] announced the addition of Steve Helmbrecht as President and CFO. Helmbrecht is former CFO of Itron, Inc.
Frank’s International N.V. [HOUSTON] (NYSE: FI) announced that Melissa Cougle has been named Chief Financial Officer (“CFO”). She succeeds Kyle McClure, who has decided to leave the Company to pursue other opportunities. Cougle most recently served as CFO of National Energy Services Reunited (NESR). She previously worked 13 years for Ensco plc (ESV), where she held multiple senior positions in treasury, capital management, finance and administration, corporate accounting, internal audit, management reporting and financial systems. Cougle began her career in the audit and consulting practices of Arthur Andersen LLP which became Protiviti.
CSX Corporation [JACKSONVILLE, FL] (NASDAQ: CSX) announced the departure of executive vice president and chief financial officer, Frank A. Lonegro. The company appointed Kevin Boone as interim chief financial officer. Boone joined CSX in September 2017 as vice president of corporate affairs and chief investor relations officer and most recently was vice president of marketing and strategy. Boone has held various positions in organizations such as Janus Capital, Morgan Stanley, Merrill Lynch and Ernst & Young.
Dentsply Sirona Inc. [CHARLOTTE, N.C.] (NASDAQ: XRAY) announced that Nicholas W. Alexos, the Company’s Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, will be leaving the Company in connection with the relocation of its headquarters.
Cipherloc Corporation [AUSTIN, TX] (OTCQB: CLOK) announced the appointment of Gino J. Mauriello as Chief Financial Officer. Mauriello replaces Jim Sullivan, who resigned as CFO. Mauriello has run his own CPA firm since 2003. He previously served as a Director and CFO for Cipherloc during 2016 and 2017. He is currently Cipherloc’s controller.
Liquidia Technologies, Inc. [RESEARCH TRIANGLE PARK, N.C.] (NASDAQ: LQDA) announced the appointment of Dr. Richard D. Katz as Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Most recently, he served as CFO at Argos Therapeutics. Prior to his time at Argos, Dr. Katz served as CFO at several biopharmaceutical companies including Viamet Pharmaceuticals and Icagen, Inc. Dr. Katz had worked as a vice president in the healthcare group of the investment banking division of Goldman, Sachs & Company.
DiamondRock Hospitality Company [BETHESDA, Md.] (NYSE: DRH) announced that Executive Vice President & Chief Financial Officer, Jay Johnson, will be stepping down from his role effective August 31, 2019, in order to assume the position of Chief Financial Officer of Lamar Advertising Company. Johnson has served as DiamondRock’s Chief Financial Officer since April 1, 2018.
