Chevron Corporation [SAN RAMON, Calif.] (NYSE: CVX) named Pierre Breber vice president and chief financial officer, effective April 1, 2019. Breber replaces Patricia Yarrington who has elected to retire. Breber joined Chevron in 1989. He became vice president and treasurer in 2009, vice president of Gas & Midstream in 2014, executive vice president of Gas & Midstream in 2015 and executive vice president of Downstream and Chemicals, his current position, in 2016.
Lumentum Holdings Inc. [MILPITAS, Calif.] announced the appointment of Wajid Ali as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Mr. Ali will also serve as the Company’s principal financial officer, replacing Christopher Coldren who had been serving as the Company’s Interim Chief Financial Officer since June 2018. Mr. Ali joins Lumentum from Synaptics Incorporated, where he served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Prior to that, he was Vice President and Controller of Teledyne Technologies, after having served as Chief Financial Officer at DALSA Corporation, that was acquired by Teledyne in 2011. He also held key financial management positions at AMD and ATI.
PrismHR [HOPKINTON, MASS.] announced that Joyce Bell has been appointed Chief Financial Officer. Bell joins PrismHR from Brand Networks, where she was CFO. Prior to Brand Networks, she held CFO positions with Nexage, Clicksquared and Compete.

Sharon McCarthy
Babel Health, LLC [PITTSBURGH] announced that they have appointed Sharon McCarthy as Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining Babel, Sharon provided Acquisition Support at Wombat Technologies, served as Vice President-Finance at Foundation Radiology, Inc., Finance Director and Corporate Controller at invivodata, inc., and Area Finance Director at Adelphia Communications – Western Pennsylvania.
CVD Equipment Corporation [CENTRAL ISLIP, N.Y.] (NASDAQ: CVV) announced that Thomas McNeill has been appointed as Chief Financial Officer and Secretary, effective March 4, 2019. Since April 2015, he has been CFO at Century Direct, LLC. From November 2014 to April 2015, he was a consultant at Mailmen Inc. until its assets were purchased by Century Direct, LLC. Mr. McNeill was CFO/COO at Nina Mclemore from July 2013 to June 2014. On the Public reporting side, he was CFO at DineWise, Inc. from April 2006 to April 2013, and from October 1996 to April 2006, was CFO at Global Payment Technologies, Inc.
Illumio [SUNNYVALE, Calif.] announced the appointment of Anup Singh, as Chief Financial Officer. Singh was previously CFO at high-growth companies such as Anaplan, Nimble Storage, Clearwell Systems, and Asurion.
Cosential [AUSTIN, TEXAS] announced Sharon McCollum will serve as the company’s Chief Financial Officer. Most recently, she served as the Vice President of Operations at Epicor Software. Prior to that, she spent 10 years providing contract CFO services to various companies in Austin, TX, including Silicon Laboratories and Guaranty Bank. McCollum is also a former Partner at Ernst & Young, where she began her career.
HPIL Holding [MIDLAND, Mich.] (OTC PINK: HPIL) announced that David C. Langle has been appointed Chief Financial Officer of the company. Langle, a former Florida certified public accountant since 1985, has an extensive history as CFO and in other senior management roles for various publicly and privately held companies in the technology, healthcare, manufacturing, and telecommunications industries. Mr. Langle currently also serves as Chief Financial Officer for other US public companies listed on the OTC stock exchange.

John Greenlee
ExpressJet Airlines [ATLANTA] , a United Express carrier, announced John Greenlee has been named Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President of Planning and Operations Control. Most recently, he served as Managing Director of United Express Business Strategy. Greenlee’s previous roles at United and Continental include Managing Director of Airport Operations, Cargo and Real Estate Finance, Tech Ops Finance and Fleet Planning.
Myomo Inc. [CAMBRIDGE, Mass.] (NYSE American: MYO) announced that Ralph A. Goldwasser, its Chief Financial Officer, is retiring effective as of February 18, 2019. Goldwasser will provide transitional services to the Company for an expected three-month term under a transition and consulting agreement. He will be succeeded by David Henry, effective February 18, 2019. Mr. Henry is joining Myomo from Eos Energy Storage, where he has served as Chief Financial Officer since August 2017. Prior to Eos, Mr. Henry served as Chief Financial Officer of American Superconductor Corporation from July 2007 to June 2017 and as Chief Financial Officer of AMI Semiconductor from April 2004 to July 2007. He has also held various financial executive roles at Fairchild Semiconductor and National Semiconductor.
IZEA Worldwide, Inc. [ORLANDO, Fla.] (NASDAQ: IZEA) announced the appointment of Troy J. Vanke as Chief Financial Officer, effective February 18, 2019. Mr. Vanke previously served as the Chief Accounting Officer of Diamond Resorts International, a holding of private equity firm Apollo Global Management LLC, since January 2018. Prior to joining Diamond Resorts, Mr. Vanke served as the Chief Accounting Officer for both Caesars Acquisition Company and Caesars Interactive Entertainment since January 2014. He served as Vice President, Assistant Corporate Controller for Caesars Entertainment from August 2009 through January 2014. Prior to joining Caesars Entertainment, Mr. Vanke served as an Assistant Corporate Controller of Federal-Mogul Corporation in Southfield, Michigan and as a Senior Manager of External Audit with Ernst & Young LLP.
Victory Capital Holdings, Inc. [CLEVELAND] (NASDAQ: VCTR) (“Victory Capital” or “the Company”) today announced that Michael Policarpo has been named President, Chief Financial Officer and Chief Administrative Officer. Current Chief Financial Officer and Head of Strategy, Terence Sullivan will be leaving the Company effective March 1, 2019, to assume a leadership position at a diversified financial services firm located closer to his home. Mr. Policarpo has been with Victory Capital for 14 years and currently serves as Chief Operating Officer. Since joining the Company, he has held a variety of senior-level financial and operating roles, including serving as Chief Financial Officer from 2013 to 2017.
Chase Corporation [WESTWOOD, Mass.] (NYSE American: CCF) announced the appointment of Christian J. Talma to the position of Chief Financial Officer. Previously, he served as Chief Accounting Officer since joining Chase in August of 2018. Talma replaces Kenneth (Ken) Feroldi who will continue as a Chase company officer fulfilling the role of Treasurer and senior advisor on Investor Relations, Capital Structure and M&A. Talma spent 14 years in finance leadership roles with increasing responsibility at Siemens, and most recently served as the VP of Operations Finance and Strategy at Haemonetics.

Terry Hungle
Mavenir [RICHARDSON, Texas] announced the appointment of Terry Hungle to the position of Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, replacing Walter Loh. Hungle re-joined Mavenir on January 14, 2019, having previously served as the Company’s CFO from 2008 to 2015. His role as CFO will become effective on March 4, 2019. Most recently, Hungle was Chief Financial Officer of Imagine Communications. Prior to Imagine, Terry served as Chief Financial Officer at Mavenir, participating as a leader in the company’s IPO and its subsequent sale to Mitel.
Fluent, Inc. [NEW YORK] (NASDAQ: FLNT) announced the appointment of Alex Mandel as Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Mandel has worked with Fluent as a financial consultant since July 2018. Prior to his consultancy, Mr. Mandel served as Chief Financial Officer of IAC Applications, Inc., a division of IAC/InterActiveCorp. He previously served as the Chief Financial Officer of LendingTree, Inc. Mr. Mandel started his career as an investment banker, advising clients in the Media & Entertainment industry, primarily at Bear, Stearns & Co. Inc.
Valley National Bancorp [WAYNE, N.J.] (NASDAQ: VLY), the holding company for Valley National Bank, announced the transition of Chief Financial Officer Alan Eskow to a Senior Advisor position supporting the Bank’s CEO and President. Eskow will continue in his capacity as CFO for Valley National Bancorp and Valley National Bank until a successor is named. Once the company concludes the search for a new CFO, Eskow will remain at Valley as an Executive Officer and Senior Executive Vice President.
Stage Stores, Inc. [HOUSTON] (NYSE: SSI) announced the promotion of Jason Curtis to Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer. Mr. Curtis has been with Stage since 2011, most recently serving as its Interim Chief Financial Officer from August 2018 to present. Prior to that, he served as Senior Vice President, Finance and Credit from March 2017. Mr. Curtis also held the roles of Group Vice President, Finance and Credit from May 2016 to March 2017, Vice President, Finance and Accounting from November 2013 to April 2016, and Vice President, Finance and Treasurer from May 2011 to November 2013. Prior to joining Stage, Mr. Curtis served in various financial roles at Belk, Inc. and The May Department Stores Company.
Balchem Corporation [NEW HAMPTON, N.Y.] (NASDAQ: BCPC) announced the appointment of Martin Bengtsson as Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Bengtsson joins Balchem following a successful 15-year career at Honeywell, Inc. Martin progressed through a variety of finance, accounting, and audit positions at Honeywell including Vice President, Finance – Group Corporate Audit; Vice President, Global Controller – Performance Materials & Technologies; and several division CFO roles, including his most recent role as CFO, Performance Materials & Technologies.

American Banknote Corporation [STAMFORD, CONN.] announced the appointment of Aglika Georgieva as Chief Financial Officer for the consolidated operations.
Trumark Companies [SAN RAMON, Calif.] announced that it has appointed the company’s corporate controller Eric Lindquist to serve as its Chief Financial Officer of the Trumark Homes and Urban divisions. Lindquist previously served as Corporate Controller of Trumark Homes for the past year. Prior to joining Trumark, Lindquist served as the Vice President of Finance for the Bay Area Division of Lennar Corporation (formerly CalAtlantic Homes). He has also held positions as a Controller at Blu Homes Inc. and Audit Senior Manager with KPMG.
Airfox [BOSTON] announced the appointment of Douglas Lopes as its new global chief financial officer. Prior to joining Airfox, Lopes served as CFO and investment relations director at Biomm SA. Lopes also worked as chief operations officer at Grupo Ibmec Educacional, a senior manager at management consultancy company Monitor Group, and a senior procurement specialist with General Motors.
Aratana Therapeutics, Inc. [LEAWOOD, Kan.] (NASDAQ: PETX) announced the appointment of Rhonda Hellums as Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of Aratana. Hellums will transition into the CFO role from her position as Vice President of Finance and will succeed Craig Tooman, who was recently appointed the Company’s President and Chief Effective Officer. Prior to her role at Aratana, Hellums served as Director of Global Finance at Kinetic Concepts, Inc. Hellums served as Vice President of Finance for Enzon Pharmaceuticals. She worked at ILEX Oncology, Inc. as the Director of Finance and Strategic Planning when it was acquired by Genzyme Corporation. Subsequently, Genzyme named her Director of Finance, Alliance and Strategic Planning. Early in her career, Hellums was a management consultant for KPMG, LLC. and client EG&G, Inc., a division of URS Corporation, hired her to serve as their Division Controller.
Kyn Therapeutics [BOSTON] announced the appointment of Douglas Carlson as its chief financial officer. Mr. Carlson’s most recent role was vice president, commercial operations, corporate strategy & business development at Collegium Pharmaceutical. Mr. Carlson joined Collegium Pharmaceutical in 2013. Prior to Collegium, he was senior director, business development at BTG International. Previously, Mr. Carlson worked at Ovation Pharmaceuticals as director, corporate business development and strategy.
Eldorado Resorts, Inc. [RENO, Nev.] (NASDAQ: ERI) announced that Bret Yunker has been named Chief Financial Officer, effective May 2, 2019. Yunker will assume the CFO position from Thomas (Tom) R. Reeg, the Company’s Chief Executive Officer, who on an interim basis has also served as the Company’s Chief Financial Officer following his appointment as Chief Executive Officer on January 1, 2019. Yunker most recently served as Managing Director at J.P. Morgan in its Real Estate Investment Banking group with primary coverage responsibility for the gaming industry. Mr. Yunker began his banking career in 1998, serving for fourteen years in various investment banking roles including as Managing Director at Bank of America Merrill Lynch.

Charles T. Garner
Lung Therapeutics, Inc. [AUSTIN, Texas] announced the hiring of Charles T. Garner as Chief Financial Officer. Most recently, Garner was a life sciences industry consultant to private and public life sciences companies, providing financial and advisory services. Prior to this, he was Chief Financial Officer and Chief Business Officer for Recro Pharma, Inc.
Pandora Media, LLC [Oakland, CA] announced that Naveen Chopra stepped down as chief financial officer. Mr. Chopra has agreed to remain a consultant of Pandora for a period of two months following the termination of his employment with Pandora.
Fred’s, Inc. [MEMPHIS, Tenn.] (NASDAQ: FRED) announced the appointment of Ritwik Chatterjee as Chief Financial Officer. Chatterjee joined Fred’s as Vice President of Finance in June 2018 and was named Senior Vice President of Corporate Development in September 2018. Prior to joining Fred’s, Mr. Chatterjee most recently served as Senior Vice President, Strategy & Business Development at Rachel Zoe, Inc. Before that, Mr. Chatterjee served as Interim Chief Financial Officer of Microdynamics Group. Prior to that, Mr. Chatterjee was Senior Vice President of Strategy and Business Development at Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia, Inc. Before Martha Stewart, Mr. Chatterjee held positions at Structured Portfolio Management, Harbinger Capital Partners, Merrill Lynch (now Bank of America), Piper Jaffray Companies, and CIBC World Markets.
JOANN Stores [HUDSON, Ohio] announced that Matt Susz will take over the duties leading the financial organization as CFO. Susz has been an integral part of driving results at JOANN, most recently as COO. Since joining JOANN in 1996, Susz has served in various roles of progressing responsibility across Finance, Information Technology, and Operations. Prior to JOANN, Susz was with Arthur Andersen LLP. Susz replaces Wade Miquelon who has been named President, CEO, and a member of the Board of Directors of the company.
OpenView [BOSTON] announced the addition of a new CFO, Kate Ramirez, to succeed Bonnie Lewis who is shifting into the newly formed role of Executive Finance & Audit Chair. Ramirez was formerly the Fund Controller at Guidepost Growth Equity. Prior to that, Ramirez was a Finance Manager at Bain Capital and the Controller at Great Hill Partners.

Darin Gyomory
MFG Chemical [DALTON, Ga.] named Darin Gyomory to the position of Chief Financial Officer. Gyomory comes to MFG Chemical with 25 years of experience having served previously as CFO of WL Plastics (INEOS), Scepter Inc., and Area Controller at Dean Foods.
Pinnacle Dermatology [Lombard, Illinois] announced that Cecilia Taylor has joined its Executive Leadership team as Chief Financial Officer. Taylor last served as SVP and CFO at Cancer Treatment Centers of America (CTCA) at Midwestern in Zion, IL. Prior to joining CTCA, she held various senior financial positions at Dental Associates and IKON Technology Services. She also held various financial and operational positions at Micro Information Services over 12 years.
SITO Mobile, Ltd. [JERSEY CITY, N.J.] (NASDAQ: SITO) announced the appointment of Terry Lynn as the Company’s Chief Financial Officer effective as of February 19, 2019. Mr. Lynn served as Chief Financial Officer at MedHelp, and helped to lead its acquisition by Merck & Co., Inc. in 2014. Since the time of the sale of MedHelp, Mr. Lynn has served as a contract CFO and financial advisor to a number of Silicon Valley startups and emerging companies, including Dropbox, Weather Underground, Birdeye, iMeem and others. William Seagrave, SITO Mobile’s Chief Operating Officer and Interim Chief Financial Officer, will step down as the Company’s Interim Chief Financial Officer when Mr. Lynn joins the Company on February 19, 2019, and will continue to serve the Company as Chief Operating Officer.
Biogennix [IRVINE, Calif.] named Robert Baizer its new Chief Financial Officer. Most recently, he led a private equity group that partnered with Qualcomm, Inc. to develop a suite of wireless medical devices. Prior to that, he formed and led an investment company that provided financing to emerging biotech companies during the financial crisis, which resulted in two portfolio companies becoming publicly traded. He started his finance career with TD Securities (USA) LLC, the investment bank and broker-dealer affiliate of Toronto-Dominion, where he worked from 1993 through 2008. Most recently, Baizer was the Managing Director responsible for TD’s US derivatives business.

Tom Russell
Cavalcade Midstream [SAN ANTONIO] announced that Tom Russell has joined the executive team as Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining Cavalcade, Russell was Vice President of Corporate Development at NuStar Energy. Prior to his work at NuStar, Russell spent 15 years with Valero Energy.
Milani Cosmetics [SAN FRANCISCO] announced it has appointed industry veteran David M. Berk as Chief Financial Officer. For the past 15 years, Berk has held senior positions at several divisions of L’Oreal USA, in roles that included Worldwide CFO at NYX Professional Makeup and Vice President – Finance & Accounting at Urban Decay Cosmetics. His earlier role at L’Oreal included Vice President, Finance for all brands in the Professional Products Division. Prior to L’Oreal, Mr. Berk held senior financial positions at LVMH Moet Hennessy Louis Vuitton and Tiffany & Co., Inc.
