J.B. Hunt Transport Services, Inc. [LOWELL, Arkansas] (NASDAQ: JBHT) announced that effective March 1, 2020, David G. Mee will retire from his current duties as executive vice president, Finance and Administration and chief financial officer. John Kuhlow, currently senior vice president of Finance, controller and chief accounting officer, will assume the role of interim chief financial officer on that date.
Management Registry, Inc. [LOUISVILLE, KY] announced the appointment of Michael Steinmetz as Chief Financial Officer. Steinmetz most recently held the position of Vice President of Finance and VP of Shared Services, North America for ManpowerGroup.
Elevate Security [BERKELEY, CA] announced the appointment of Nicholas (Nick) Telford as chief financial officer. Most recently he was chief financial officer at Bugcrowd. Before Bugcrowd, Telford was previously chief financial officer of Perforce Software (acquired by Summit Partners) and his background includes AmberPoint (acquired by Oracle) and Ernst & Young.
AngioDynamics, Inc. [LATHAM, NY] (NASDAQ: ANGO) announced that it has appointed Stephen Trowbridge to the role of Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Trowbridge has served as the Company’s Interim Chief Financial Officer since October 22, 2019, in addition to his responsibilities as Senior Vice President and General Counsel. Trowbridge joined AngioDynamics as Corporate Counsel in 2008, was promoted to Vice President and General Counsel in 2010, and subsequently promoted to Senior Vice President, General Counsel in 2013. Prior to AngioDynamics, Trowbridge served as Corporate Counsel at Philips Healthcare and Intermagnetics General Corporation. Trowbridge began his career with Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft, LLP.
Resources Connection, Inc. [IRVINE, CA] (NASDAQ: RECN) announced the appointment of Jennifer Ryu as Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Ryu served as the Company’s Interim CFO since August 2019. Ryu joined the Company in April 2019, serving first as the Company’s Senior Vice President of Finance and Accounting. Prior to joining the Company, from 2014 to 2019, Ryu was Chief Accounting Officer for Young’s Holdings. From 2007 to 2014, Ms. Ryu served as Director of External Reporting for Kaiser Aluminum. Ryu began her career in public accounting at Deloitte.
INBRACE [IRVINE, CA] announced the addition of Kevin Cousins as the company’s new Chief Financial Officer. Former CFO Kenny Chang has moved into a new executive role as Senior Vice President of Enterprise Development.
Amylyx Pharmaceuticals, Inc. [CAMBRIDGE, MA] announced the appointment of Jeffrey Trigilio as the company’s first Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining Amylyx, Trigilio most recently served as Vice President of Finance at BlueRock Therapeutics. Previously, Trigilio held roles of increasing responsibility at Alexion Pharmaceuticals, most recently serving as Executive Director, Strategic Decision Analysis.
Jackson National Life Insurance Company [LANSING, MI] announced that Axel André has been named Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Jackson. André most recently served as Chief Financial Officer of Individual Retirement at AIG and will assume his new role effective Feb. 24, 2020. André joined AIG in 2013 and initially served as Chief Risk Officer for Individual Retirement, Group Retirement, and Institutional Markets. He was promoted to Chief Financial Officer of Individual Retirement at AIG in 2018. Prior to his time at AIG, André served in a variety of leadership roles on the Global Insurance Strategies team at Goldman Sachs. André’s arrival coincides with the announcement that current Jackson CFO, Chad Myers, will be moving into the newly created role of Vice Chair of Jackson Holdings, LLC.
JDA Software, Inc. [SCOTTSDALE, AZ] announced the appointment of Sue Savage Pirri as executive vice president and chief financial officer (CFO). Pirri joins JDA from Autodesk where he was Vice President of Finance. Earlier in her career Pirri held positions at Digital Island, Electronic Arts, AirTouch Communications and Coopers & Lybrand.
PPB Capital Partners [CONSHOHOCKEN, PA] welcomed Lance Baker as PPB’s Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining PPB, Baker was the Chief Financial Officer for Hatteras Funds, and previously served as Vice President of Operations at Smith Breeden Associates, and earlier as a manager at the accounting firm, BDO.
PSST, LLC [LOUISVILLE, KY] announced that it hired Mark Lattis as Chief Financial Officer. Lattis was previously Assistant Controller for Yum! Brands. Prior to Yum! Mark was a Senior Accountant with Strothman and Company. He began his financial career with Invesco, ultimately rising to Partner and Portfolio Manager.
iRobot Corporation [BEDFORD, MA] (NASDAQ: IRBT) announced that the company is appointing current vice president of finance Julie Zeiler as its next executive vice president and chief financial officer, effective May 4, 2020. She will succeed Alison Dean, the company’s CFO since 2013. Zeiler joined iRobot in 2017. Prior to iRobot, Julie served in a number of positions over a 20-year-tenure at Boston Scientific Corporation as well as financial management roles at Digital Equipment Corporation.
McorpCX, Inc. [SAN FRANCISCO] (TSXV: MCX, OTCQB: MCCX) appointed Barry MacNeil to serve as the Company’s Chief Financial Officer, upon receiving notice that the Company’s previous Chief Financial Officer, Tricia Tomko, intended to pursue other endeavors. MacNeil has previously served as the Company’s Chief Financial Officer. MacNeil has been appointed to serve as a director on the Company’s board of directors.
Nuvaira [MINNEAPOLIS] announced that Tom Griffin has joined Nuvaira as Chief Financial Officer. Griffin was most recently Chief Financial Officer of Avedro, Inc. Prior to joining Avedro, Tom served as the Chief Financial Officer of Entellus Medical, Inc., from 2007 to May 2016.
Gracie Point Holdings, LLC [NEW YORK] announced the appointment of Joseph Sevely as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer. Most recently he was Chief Financial Officer of Aspen Group, Inc. Previously he was Chief Financial Officer of Cutwater Asset Management. Earlier in his career he was Treasurer and Head of Market Risk at MBIA Inc. and worked at major Wall Street firms. He was Controller of Merrill Lynch’s Global Fixed Income Sales and Trading Division and also led teams responsible for derivative and structured finance product development at Bankers Trust.
BioMarin Pharmaceutical Inc. [SAN RAFAEL, CA] (NASDAQ: BMRN) announced the transition of Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer Dan Spiegelman, who will remain as an employee and senior advisor until September 1, 2020 to assist with the transition. After that, he plans to pursue other interests. Brian R. Mueller, Senior Vice President, Finance and Chief Accounting Officer, has assumed the role of acting Chief Financial Officer. Mueller is a veteran at BioMarin with 17 years of experience at the company, Mueller is a member of the board of directors and the Chairman of the Audit Committee of Anthera Pharmaceuticals, Inc.
Art’s Way Manufacturing Co., Inc. [ARMSTRONG, IA] (NASDAQ: ARTW) announced that Michael Woods has been promoted to Chief Financial Officer. Prior to this position, Woods served as the Vice President of Finance for Art’s Way and he initially joined Art’s Way in 2016. Woods began his career in public accounting at Brinkman and Reed, CPAs and worked at XPO Logistics.
Ankura [WASHINGTON] announced the appointment of Christina Wong as Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining Ankura, Wong spent more than 20 years at American Express where she most recently served as Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President, Global Merchant Services. Wong succeeds Ben Seto, who will remain with Ankura in a consulting capacity until May to ensure a seamless transition.
PenFed Credit Union [TYSONS, VA] welcomed Jill Streit as Chief Finance Officer and Executive Vice President. Prior to joining PenFed, Streit was chief financial officer and treasurer, executive vice president at TIAA Bank. She previously held positions at EverBank, Prudential Network Realty and Deloitte & Touche, LLP.
Northrop Grumman Corporation [FALLS CHURCH, VA] (NYSE: NOC) appointed David F. Keffer as corporate vice president and chief financial officer, effective Feb. 17, 2020. Keffer succeeds Kenneth L. Bedingfield. Keffer served as a general partner for Blue Delta Capital Partners, a role he held since 2018. Previously, he was chief financial officer for CSRA, Inc. and chief financial officer for SRA International.
Conformis, Inc. [BILLERICA, MA] (NASDAQ: CFMS) announced that the Company has appointed Bob Howe as its new Chief Financial Officer. Most recently, Howe spent nearly five years at NxStage Medical, Inc., as VP of Finance and Corporate Controller. Prior to this, Howe served at Lake Region Medical as VP, FP&A – Cardio & Vascular Division, where he progressed from Senior Director of FP&A for its Advanced Surgical Division. Before this, he served for 17 years at Boston Scientific where he held financial leadership roles in three of the company’s operating divisions as well as senior roles in manufacturing and corporate finance.
PSAV [SCHILLER PARK, IL] announced that Becky Sheehan has been named Chief Financial Officer. Sheehan fills the vacancy left when former CFO Ben Erwin was promoted to President in October 2018. Sheehan spent the last three years as Chief Financial Officer for Cars.com. Previously, she spent 10 years with FTD Companies, Inc., as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer.
Allegheny Health Network [PITTSBURGH] announced that James Rohrbaugh has been named the organization’s Chief Financial Officer. Rohrbaugh succeeds former AHN CFO Jeffrey Crudele, who retired at the end of 2019. Rohrbaugh joined AHN in 2014 as vice president of Finance and Chief Financial Officer for Jefferson Hospital and was appointed Senior Vice President of Financial Operations for AHN in 2018. Prior to joining AHN in 2014, Rohrbaugh served in various financial and executive leadership positions at Ascension Health’s Providence Hospital in Washington, D.C., and Inova Loudoun Hospital in Leesburg, Virginia. He also spent three years in the healthcare regulatory consulting practice at PricewaterhouseCoopers.
ResMan [PLANO, TX] announced that Brad Almond has been appointed chief financial officer. Almond previously served as Vertex’s chief financial officer from 2013 to 2019 and currently serves on the company’s board of directors. Before Vertex, Almond was chief financial officer of Cambium Learning Group.
United Natural Foods, Inc. [PROVIDENCE, RI] (NYSE: UNFI) announced that John Howard, who has served as Interim Chief Financial Officer since August 2019 , has been appointed Chief Financial Officer. Howard joined UNFI in July 2019 as Senior Vice President, Finance and Accounting. Howard brings more than 20 years of experience leading finance teams including senior finance positions with the Valspar Corporation prior to its merger with Sherwin-Williams in 2018.
Plus Therapeutics, Inc. [AUSTIN, TX] (NASDAQ: PSTV) announced that Andrew J. Sims has been appointed as the company’s Chief Financial Officer. Sims previously held Chief Financial Officer roles at several private equity-backed companies. Previously, Sims was Partner at Mazars.
Donuts Inc. [SEATTLE] announced the appointment of Randy Haas as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer (“CFO”). Haas joins Donuts from Rhapsody/Napster where he was CFO. Previously, Randy had a long career at Microsoft, including serving as General Manager/CFO of the Internet Advertising Business Group. He also held senior leadership roles in Finance for the Sales and Marketing and internet platform areas.
Gates Industrial Corporation plc [DENVER] (NYSE: GTES) announced that L. Brooks Mallard has been appointed as executive vice president and chief financial officer, and will join Gates effective February 24, 2020. Prior to Gates, Mallard was chief financial officer of Henniges. Prior to Henniges he was the executive vice president and chief financial officer of Jeld-Wen. He also has held senior financial leadership roles with TRW, Cooper Industries, Thomas & Betts and Briggs & Stratton during his 25-year career.
Cipherloc Corporation [SCOTTSDALE, AZ] (OTCQB: CLOK) announced the appointment of Ryan Polk as Interim Chief Financial Officer. Previously, Polk served in CFO roles at Generation Next and Cellpoint Corporation. Prior to those appointments, he filled executive roles for six years in the portfolio companies owned by Lacy Diversified, a family office based in Indianapolis. Additionally, Polk served as the Vice President for Corporate Financial Planning and Analysis for Brightpoint. He began his career at Ernst & Young.

The Company has appointed Wesley W. Winnekins as Interim Chief Financial Officer. Winnekins previously worked with the Company as a financial consultant.
