CM Group [NASHVILLE, Tenn.] announced the appointment of Mike Vantusko to chief financial officer (CFO). Vantusko most recently served as the CFO of Achieve3000. He has also held CFO positions for private equity sponsored companies at MRI Software and Rakuten/OverDrive.
Tyto Athene, LLC [HERNDON, Va.] announced that Daniel Smith has been appointed Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining Tyto Athene, Mr. Smith was the Chief Financial Officer and a member of the board of directors of MicroPact from January 2013 through January 2019. Previously, Mr. Smith was CFO for Attain LLC.
MSCI Inc. [NEW YORK] (NYSE: MSCI) announced that Andrew C. Wiechmann, who has been serving as the Company’s Head of Strategy, Corporate Development and Investor Relations, has been appointed Interim Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer. Kathleen A. Winters has resigned from her roles as
Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of MSCI to become the Chief Financial Officer of a large global company. Wiechmann joined MSCI in 2012. In addition to serving as Head of Strategy, Corporate Development and Investor Relations, he has previously served as Head of Financial Planning and Analysis.
Remedy Partners [NEW YORK] announced the appointment of Steve Senneff as Chief Financial Officer. Senneff joins Remedy from DigitalOcean, where he served as Chief Financial Officer. Prior to DigitalOcean, Mr. Senneff served in multiple executive roles, including Chief Operating Officer and most recently as Chief Financial Officer, at Cotiviti Holdings.
RH [CORTE MADERA, Calif.] (NYSE: RH) announced the appointment of Jack Preston as Chief Financial Officer of RH. Preston is currently a member of the RH executive leadership team, serving as Senior Vice President, Finance & Chief Strategy Officer. Mr. Preston joined RH in 2013 and previously worked in investment banking at Bank of America Merrill Lynch for more than twelve years. Ryno Blignaut has decided based upon health considerations to step down from his current role at RH.
Karuna Pharmaceuticals, Inc.[BOSTON] announced that Troy Ignelzi has joined the company as its chief financial officer. Ignelzi joins Karuna from scPharmaceuticals, where he was chief financial officer. Prior to scPharmaceuticals, Mr. Ignelzi was a senior executive at Juventas Therapeutics, Esperion Therapeutics, and Insys Therapeutics.
GIPHY [NEW YORK] announced that Whit Richards will join the company as Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining GIPHY, Richards served in key financial leadership positions at high-growth companies, most recently as CFO of Fullscreen Inc. for more than five years. Before his time at Fullscreen, Richards held CFO roles at ShoeDazzle and DailyCandy.
Eyecare Services Partners [DALLAS] announced the appointment of Aaron Cho as Chief Financial
Officer. Cho was previously CFO of Access Dental. Before Access Dental, he was CFO of the largest operating division at Surgical Care Affiliates. Prior to that he held positions at CAPCO and Ernst & Young.
CathWorks [KFAR-SABA, ISRAEL & ALISO VIEJO, Calif.] announced that Mike Feher has joined CathWorks as Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer. Mike joins CathWorks with over 13 years of finance and strategy experience in companies such as Edwards Lifesciences, Volcom and Deloitte.
Fusion Pharmaceuticals [BOSTON & HAMILTON, Ontario] announced the appointment of John J. Crowley as Chief Financial Officer. Most recently, he served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Merus, Inc. Prior to joining Merus, Mr. Crowley served as Corporate Senior Vice President, Corporate Controller and Chief Accounting Officer of Charles River Laboratories, Inc. Previously, he served as Vice President, Corporate Controller and Chief Accounting Officer of Ironwood Pharmaceuticals, Inc. and held senior corporate finance positions at Vertex Pharmaceuticals, Inc. and Sunovion Pharmaceuticals, Inc.
ADP [ROSELAND, N.J.] (NASDAQ: ADP) announced the appointment of Kathleen Winters as Chief Financial Officer. Ms. Winters will join ADP on April 15, 2019, at which time Jan Siegmund will step down as CFO. Winters joins ADP from MSCI Inc., where she has been Chief Financial Officer since May 2016. Prior to her tenure at MSCI, Ms. Winters served in increasingly senior financial roles at Honeywell International, Inc., from 2002 to 2016. She began her career at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, where she served in various positions from 1989 to 2001.
Delek US Holdings, Inc. [BRENTWOOD, Tenn.] (NYSE: DK) and Delek Logistics Partners, LP (NYSE: DKL) announced the appointment of Assi Ginzburg to Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Delek US and Delek Logistics GP, LLC, the general partner of Delek Logistics. Ginzburg will succeed Kevin Kremke, who will remain with the company as an Executive Vice President and assist with the transition. Mr. Ginzburg joined Delek US in 2004 and has served in various executive roles, including serving as Delek US and Delek Logistics GP’s Chief Financial Officer from January 2013 to June 2017 and as Delek US’ Executive Vice President, Strategic Planning since June 2017. Mr. Ginzburg also serves on the board of directors and as an executive officer of Delek Logistics GP, the general partner of Delek Logistics.
Web.com Group, Inc. [JACKSONVILLE, Fla.] announced the appointment of Christina Clohecy as the company’s new chief financial officer (CFO). Clohecy succeeds Jennifer Lada. Clohecy most recently held leadership positions with Siris Capital portfolio companies Stratus Technologies, Inc., which she joined in 2016 as CFO, and Airvana. Previously, she held a series of positions at both Sycamore Networks Inc. and Vitronics Soltec.
Outsell [MINNEAPOLIS] announced that Jon Ochetti has joined the company as CFO. Ochetti was most recently Vice President – Business Strategy and FP&A at the Star Tribune Media Company. Prior to that, he was Vice President – Finance for publisher Meredith Corporation’s marketing services agency, MXM. He also worked in finance positions at McDonald’s Corporation and KPMG.
Study.com [MOUNTAIN VIEW, CALIF.] appointed Rich Hornstein as the company’s Chief Financial Officer and General Counsel. Most recently, Hornstein was a managing director at Elevate LLC. Hornstein was also the CFO and general counsel at Quotient Technology, Inc.
electroCore, Inc. [BASKING RIDGE, N.J.] (Nasdaq: ECOR) announced the appointment Brian Posner as chief financial officer. Glenn Vraniak, electroCore’s current chief financial officer, will be leaving the company to pursue other opportunities and will be providing transition services through August 2019. Posner joins electroCore from Cellectar Biosciences, where he served as chief financial officer since April 2018. Prior to Cellectar, he served in chief financial officer roles at Alliqua BioMedical, Ocean Power Technologies and Power Medical Interventions. Earlier, Mr. Posner spent nine years at Pharmacopeia, where he rose from director of finance to chief financial officer before the company was acquired by Ligand Pharmaceuticals. Prior to Pharmacopeia, he was chief financial officer and vice president of operations at Photosynthetic Harvest, and regional chief financial officer at Omnicare. Mr. Posner began his career as an audit supervisor at Coopers & Lybrand.
