Sangamo Therapeutics, Inc. [BRISBANE, CA] (NASDAQ: SGMO) announced the appointment of Sung Lee as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Lee joins Sangamo from Gilead Sciences, where he spent nearly 14 years, most recently as Senior Vice President leading the financial planning & analysis (FP&A) and investor relations functions. Prior to this role, Mr. Lee held roles of increasing responsibility at Gilead, including Head of Europe Finance and Head of R&D FP&A.
Trinity Merger Corp. [HONOLULU & SEATTLE] (NASDAQ: TMCX) and the Broadmark real estate lending companies announced that David Schneider will join Broadmark Realty Capital Inc. as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer effective December 9, 2019. Schneider previously served as Chief Accounting Officer of New Residential Investment Corp., and as a Managing Director of its external manager. Previously, Mr. Schneider served in various other senior financial and regulatory reporting roles. These include Vice President of Corporate Accounting Policy at JPMorgan Chase.
LICT Corporation [RYE, NY] (OTC Pink: LICT) announced that Daniel E. Hopkins will serve LICT as President and Chief Financial Officer effective November 11, 2019. Hopkins most recently served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer since 2007 with MTPCS, LLC
Mattel, Inc. [EL SEGUNDO, CA] (NASDAQ: MAT) announced that Chief Financial Officer Joseph J. Euteneuer will leave the Company after a transition period of up to six months.
Sidecar Health [LOS ANGELES] announced that Stuart Battersby now serves as Chief Financial Officer. He comes from Amerigroup Washington, a fully owned subsidiary of Anthem, where he served as CFO and COO before becoming President of its Washington Medicaid health plan.
Victory Park Capital [CHICAGO] (“VPC”), announced that Olibia Stamatoglou has been appointed chief financial officer. Stamatoglou assumes the role from Jeff Schneider, who joined the firm as chief financial officer in 2010. In January 2018, Schneider was promoted to chief operating officer, continuing to serve in his role as chief financial officer, until the firm could find a replacement. Stamatoglou will take over the role of chief financial officer, effective October 28, and Schneider will continue to act as chief operating officer and chief compliance officer for VPC. Most recently, Stamatoglou served as vice president of finance at Valor Equity Partners, Prior to Valor, Stamatoglou served as chief operating officer and chief financial officer of First National Assets. She joined First National Assets from Aurora Investment Management where she progressed through several accounting roles.
Altice USA [NEW YORK] (NYSE: ATUS) announced that Michael Grau has been appointed Chief Financial Officer. Grau succeeds Charles F. Stewart who, in a separate announcement made today, was named Chief Executive Officer of Sotheby’s. Stewart will continue as a member of the Altice USA Board of Directors and serve as a special advisor to the CEO on M&A and related strategic matters. Grau joined Altice USA in 2016 and most recently was Executive Vice President of Financial Planning & Control at the Company. Prior to this, Grau held various leadership roles in finance at Cablevision for more than 15 years. Earlier in his career he held senior financial positions at Winstar Communications, Health Professionals Inc, and Deloitte & Touche.
KidKraft, Inc. [DALLAS] announced Todd Whitbeck has been appointed Chief Financial Officer. Whitbeck was most recently CFO and Head of Business Development, Sales, Marketing and Administrative Functions for CANarchy. Previously he was Executive Vice President, CFO & Business Development for Water Pik, Inc. He was CFO for JP Energy, Sears Holdings Corporation (SHC) in the hard goods business units and off-mall retail selling formats, and CompUSA, where he elevated his oversight to CFO through various finance roles as the company grew and was acquired. He is a board member for Tufts Health Plan Board of Directors.
NetAbstraction, Inc. [CHANTILLY, VA] announced that Ron Kolson has joined as Chief Financial Officer. Previously he was CEO/CFO at 24/7 Mid-Atlantic Network, LLC; VP/Chief Financial Officer at FiberGate, Inc.; and Executive Vice President/Chief Operating Officer at MICROS Systems, Inc. Additionally, Mr. Kolson has served as an independent member on various Boards of Directors, including most recently as a member of the Board for Precision Auto Care, Inc.
FS/KKR Advisor, LLC [PHILADELPHIA] a partnership between FS Investments and KKR Credit Advisors (US) LLC, announced that Steven Lilly, who joined FS Investments as a Managing Director in October, will assume the role of Chief Financial Officer of certain business development companies (BDCs) advised by FS/KKR in mid-November. In his role, Mr. Lilly will help strategically lead and will oversee the finance, investor relations and capital markets functions at FS KKR Capital Corp. (NYSE: FSK), FS Investment Corporation II, FS Investment Corporation III, and FS Investment Corporation IV (together, the BDCs). Previously, Lilly served for 13 years as Chief Financial Officer of Triangle Capital Corporation, a publicly traded BDC. Prior to joining Triangle, Lilly spent seven years as Senior Vice President of Finance and Treasurer at SpectraSite Communications. He began his career in the media and communications capital markets group at First Union, now part of Wells Fargo. Effective with Lilly’s appointment, William Goebel, who currently serves as the BDCs’ Chief Financial Officer, will become the BDCs’ Chief Accounting Officer.
Sovos Brands [BERKELEY, CA] announced the appointment of Chris Hall as the company’s Chief Financial Officer starting November 11th. Hall was most recently the CFO at Woodbolt Distribution LLC (Nutrabolt). Prior to joining Nutrabolt, Hall was at PepsiCo Inc. for more than 20 years in various financial leadership positions. His highlights at PepsiCo Inc. include working through the creation of PepsiCo Foods Canada; serving as the CFO for Quaker Foods North America and as the CFO for the Sabra Dipping Company.
Instructure [SALT LAKE CITY] (NYSE: INST) announced that Steve Kaminsky, chief financial officer, will retire in 2020 after nearly eight years of service.
Calumet Specialty Products Partners, L.P. [INDIANAPOLIS] (NASDAQ: CLMT) named H. Keith Jennings as the Partnership’s Executive Vice President (EVP) & Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Jennings will assume EVP and CFO duties on January 1, 2020 following an orderly transition with the current EVP & CFO, West Griffin, who announced he will leave the organization effective January 1, 2020. Jennings joins Calumet from Eastman Chemical Company where he served most recently as Vice President, Finance. Prior to this, he served as Vice President and Treasurer for Eastman. Prior to this, Jennings was Vice President and Treasurer of Cameron International Corporation. Earlier in his career, Jennings held progressively responsible finance leadership roles in Alghanim Industries, PepsiCo, Inc., Ingersoll-Rand and Pharmacia.
Questex LLC [NEW YORK] announced Patrick Nohilly has joined as its new Chief Financial Officer. Nohilly joins Questex from Messe Frankfurt North America, where he was President and CFO. Earlier, Nohilly had a long career at United Business Media and held several senior management positions where he was responsible for finance, mergers & acquisitions operations and centralized services, with his last position as SVP Central Operations and Finance.
Flexera [ITASCA, IL] announced that its Chief Financial Officer Joe Freda plans to retire from the company in 2020 after over a decade in the role.
Passage Bio [PHILADELPHIA] announced the appointment of Richard Morris as chief financial officer. Morris joins Passage Bio from Context Therapeutics, where he served as executive vice president and chief financial officer. Prior to his position at Context, Richard was chief financial officer of Vitae Pharmaceuticals. Previously, he was vice president, global financial planning and strategy at ViroPharma Inc.
Assembly Biosciences, Inc. [SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, CA] (NASDAQ: ASMB) announced the appointment of Thomas J. Russo as Chief Financial Officer. Russo joins Assembly from Gilead, where he spent seven years in finance and commercial operations roles, including Vice President, Head of Commercial Finance. Previously, Mr. Russo was Equity Research Senior Analyst covering biotechnology for investment bank, Robert W. Baird & Co., Inc. He also spent nine years with Merck & Co. in roles of increasing responsibility within the manufacturing division.
Sandspring Resources Ltd. [DENVER AND VANCOUVER, British Columbia] (TSX-V: SSP, OTCQX: SSPXF) appointed Bassam Moubarak as Executive Vice President Finance and Chief Financial Officer, effective November 1, 2019. Moubarak has also been appointed to the Company’s Board of Directors. Most recently Moubarak was CFO of Lithium X Energy Corp. Prior to this Moubarak was CFO of Goldrock Mines Corp. He was Chief Financial Officer of Petaquilla Minerals Ltd.
ePac Flexible Packaging [AUSTIN, TX] announced the appointment of James Braun as Chief Financial Officer. For 12 years of his career, Jim was CFO of two international printing companies.
Swiss Post Solutions [NEW YORK] (SPS) announced the appointment of Ralf Schulz as Chief Financial Officer for North America. Ralf replaces John Chestnut, who held the position since 2014, who moves onto another role at SPS. Ralf comes to SPS, North America from Bern, Switzerland, where he has held the role of Head of Global Financial Reporting for Swiss Post Solutions since 2015. Prior to joining SPS, Ralf was the Divisional CFO, Agriculture Commodity Trading and Processing, at Archer Daniels Midland (ADM) in Switzerland.

Peter Faubert
Evolv Technology [WALTHAM, MA] announced the hiring of Peter Faubert as CFO. Peter joins Evolv from SeaChange International, Inc., where he spent the last three years. Peter served with eight public and private technology companies over the last 20 years, five of them as CFO. Prior to his CFO roles at SeaChange International, Inc., This Technology Inc., Vision Government Solutions, Inc., JNJ Mobile (MocoSpace), and Turbine, Inc., he has held various senior finance positions with Viisage Technology Inc., Burntsand Inc. and Ariba Inc.
Personify Inc. [AUSTIN, TEXAS] hired Joe Hermes as Chief Financial Officer. Hermes joins Personify from Marketo, where he served as head of Financial Planning and Analysis.
nCino [WILMINGTON, NC] announced the appointment of David Rudow as Chief Financial Officer. In his most recent position, Rudow served as the SVP of Finance for CentralSquare Technologies. Prior to that, he held Senior Analyst roles for several leading investment banking and asset management firms, including Thrivent Asset Management, Piper Jaffray and J.P. Morgan.
ReShape Lifesciences Inc. [SAN CLEMENTE, CA] (OTCQB: RSLS) announced the appointment of Thomas Stankovich as Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Stankovich spent the past nine years as the Global Senior Vice President and CFO of MP Biomedicals. Prior to MP Biomedicals, Tom served as CFO at Response Genetics. Additionally, he served as CFO for Cobalis Corporation and for Ribapharm. Tom also held CFO positions at ICN International, which later changed names to Valeant Pharmaceuticals.
